Extremely Impressed! The entire process couldnt have been handled more professional, gone any smoother, or taken less time even if it had been planned! Its impossible to find great quality and outstanding service under the same roof anymore, but Braysen did just that! I walked in full of questions and he had all the answers. Sara the manager I seen today, took care of all my broken jewelry. Waiting game for time to go pick them up. I have been bought several thousands of dollars worth of jewelry from the vrc store and unfortunately I have had to have lots of repairs or replacements. Frustrated with having to bring my things in so often for one reason or another. I love my jewelry. I have hoop and solitaire earrings, necklaces, tennis bracelet and engagement ring.

Sarah was super friendly and helpful and took extra time to explain to me the details of my ring. However, paying $400 to have my wedding ring resized from a 7 to a 4.75 is too expensive. They offered to weld them together at no additional cost, but I still feel like this is so expensive. They initially quoted me $50 for each ring, but soon realized they had to send it in to their specialty store since it was such a drastic downsize and the diamonds ran down half the side of the ring.

I recieved my bracelet back that was broken it looks great but they told me they were going to fix the size and when i got it back it was the same size way to big. Almost like they didnt fix it at all just orderd a new one. Im upset becauase it doesnt say anything about resizing on my reciept so if i go back what if they dont believe you know? Its just frustrating not getting what you paid for and asked for.

My husband and I went here looking for a 10 year anniversary ring. They recommended Le Vian chocolate diamond and opal ring. I fell in love with it. My husband paid cash up front and it was shipped off for repairs. I call the day after the promise date and they tell me that it wont be back for another 2 weeks after said date. I waited untill the next day and called again and the said they dont know why that was said because it was ready for pick up. I drive all the way from coosbay or. to Eugene to get it. I am still in love with the ring. 9 days go by and the big beautiful opal is moving around so bad I cant wear it. I call and they want me to bring it all the way back to Eugene and ship it off again for another 2 weeks. I cant believe I told my husband I would like to try Kays instead of going to Harrie Richies like we always do. I am not happy at all about this. I love the ring but it is not worth the hassle at all. Also we were told We would get the certified papers for the ring with in a couple days of purchase, this was on the 2nd of September, and we still dont have the paper work. We wont buy from them again.12/4/2018 Well, I finally get my ring back and no joke 10 days go by and once again the stone again. Only this time it popped out!!!! I am so fed up with this. I call once again and they told me it has to happen 3 times before they can offer other options. Do I even want to get it fixed. Im to the point I dont even want the ring. I have had rings that we got other places and I have been wearing them for 11 plus years and never had even a loose stone. This was supposed to be a really special ring for our 10 year anniversary. Now I just look at it like it is a nightmare.

Take their time and dont like to help multiple customers onlyone at a time no matter how much you spend. Only to get in and pick a item up and took over 25 mins wait! Poor customer service!
