I have been working with WCP Solutions (West Coast Paper) since 1997. I have been thoroughly pleased with them at every interaction - which has been a lot! They have never let me down and have always gone above and beyond in their service.I would particularly like to address the paper rep, Jeff Bailey, as someone that has been wonderful to work with, very knowledgeable and ALWAYS pleasant. Jeff goes above and beyond and will stick with you until the problem is solved or the question has been answered. WCP Solutions always provides such excellent customer service! They nearly always have what I am looking for (if they dont they offer an equal - sometimes better - replacement). Their website is very user-friendly, which makes online ordering a breeze. Plus, they have great pricing. WCP is all-around hard to beat!
