Only place I found that had a Stihl trimmer I had been trying to get for months. After being on a wait-list at a totally different store I called this place and they had 3 in stock and set one aside for me to get the next day. Employees were friendly and knowledgeable.

We went in 3 months ago and were greeted by Jason Hughes. We were a little sad to hear that it may take a year to get the tractor we wanted. Jason got all the information from us on what we wanted and worked for 3 months on piecing together the tractor we wanted. Having parts shipped in from all over the US. I called in this last week for parts and was assisted by a man named Chris. He was extremely helpful in parts and services. The store had everything in stock and they were open on Saturday. Very knowledgeable employees and convenient hours.

The team down there is top notch. Matt and Jason have been a big help and will continue to get my business.My John Deere has been one of the best machines Ive owned and look forward to adding more green to my fleet.

They gave me a quote on some lawn mower parts. Went in 2 weeks later to purchase them and the parts went up in price. I showed them their quote and was frustrated they would not honor it. I told them I would just shop online and they replied sounds good. I guess if I bought a tractor they would treat me better. Its easy to find parts online, i was just trying to support local.

I was frustrated when I first started writing the review, but boy what a difference a day makes. What was a 2-3 star review has turned into a 5-star review. They really did an awesome job and took care of the issue.

Wow! Am very impressed with the people at the Eugene location. Brought them a, dead on arrival tractor that someone had abused. These folks brought it back to life at a reasonable price. Working with Chris was great. He kept me informed at every step and gave me options and prices before proceeding with any work. Many thanks guys!

Update, once their loan processors were back in the office the purchase went pretty quick. I would encourage the sales people to have a better understanding of the process and what they offer on financing. called ahead about purchasing, confirmed they could sell same day. Then when I wasted my time going out there doing an app, they tell me oh gee, our department closed earlier. What a waste of my time.

Was first to buy a JD 2032r in mid-April 2019 from Pape. Was told that when the unit was delivered there would be a walk-around to familiarize one with the unit. When delivered was told that they were the driver and that they didnt do walk arounds. Had several issues over the next year but the worst was discovered today. There was required a fifty hour maintenance requirement, and Pape would provide free pickup-delivery. On the inside of the engine hood on the underside of the hood is a 2R SERIES SERVICE INTERVALS sheet with a part number LVU32445. I was charged $338.70, dated 08/16/19. So then in accordance with said manual, which wasnt available and I had to wait for three weeks for delivery. On the service interval it is required to lube the following. Five areas to be lubed was the 3 point hitch, MFWD drive shafts rear and forward, rear and front trunnion MFWD front and rear. Lube every ten hours in wet conditions and 50 in dry conditions as required. At 89.9 hours I was doing a complete greasing on tractor, loader and rotary cutter. I didnt have a loader lube sheet but was able to retrieve one off uTube. The five tractor locations that were to be lubed had not been lube but I had been charged for the 50 hour service. The zerk caps were dry as well as the universal joints and trunnions. Then it was attempted to explain the faliure was not part of the service and that I had misunderstood the service. But it was writen out what is to be covered both in their manual and engine cover sheet. I pray that no extensive damage that will be found later.Very poor professional service, shameful.
