I only had access to wifi for 2 days. It has been almost two weeks of trying to get a technician. I was told a technician was going to show up from 9-5 and they told me someone had to be home. I stayed home and no one showed up. I called them 5 times and they told me each time that someone was going to call me back and those FIVE TIMES no one called. NOW they tell me on the phone that they are postponing for another day??? I have been connected to my phones hotspot for this whole time that I have not had wifi and I cannot even get my school work done. I cant do anything without wifi. They are so careless and their lack of attention is ridiculous. I just started with this company and I am switching to another company. Do not waste your time and money.

Do not expect to reach anyone by phone; called three times, left VM, but never got a reply CB. Used the Chat feature on the website to get results. Tech arrived and quickly solved my problem. Thank you CenturyLink!

This Company has no conscience and obviously you dont either. They fraud the people out of money and somehow no matter what the person installing it does it is terrible service. Shame on you for working for a company like this.
