I took my daughter here for her third birthday. Right before building the bear I literally dropped a smoothie all over her and the stroller down her back. Sydney and McKenzie were the most AMAZING humans I’ve ever met. While I was freaking out super embarrassed they ran upstairs and got my daughter a plain white shirt to change into, helped clean up the mess, then both were so patient as she took ten minutes to rub the heart before putting the heart into her bear.THANK YOU for helping make her birthday truly one to remember.

I was looking for a Stitch plushie and wasnt satisfied with any options at other stores in the mall. So I opted to make him at BAB. Happy I did! Amanda was amazing. I grew up going to BAB and got to relive the magic. A little sad it was just a kiosk but I still left happier than a clam.

Everyone working there was super helpful and my daughter LOVED going for her birthday. My only disappointment was that the workshop wasnt an actual store but a kiosk and the variety was slim, however, everything they offered was in stock and on display.

I love Build-A-Bear and have been to various locations. This location however is just a keosk in the middle of the mall...wish it was a full store.The employees did not inform or remind me to name my stuffed animal and make a birth certificate. I was only offered/told of one scent (which i didnt like) that I could get, so I didnt get one, which was fine. I also was not given an adoption box.So yeah, a few disappointments lowered my star review

It was great to have a job in high school, but nowadays I do not enjoy dealing with teenagers, even to purchase a simple stuffed animal.Moral of the story, they employ some very dumb kids to help the customers. Have fun

Good selection of stuffed animals to make. We had our daughters birthday party,kids had fun and all got to build different animals

I used my $10 bear coupon I got through my email and grabbed an outfit for it too. Great last minute Christmas gift. The ladies were friendly and helpful.

If i could give zero or negative stars i would! This kiosk is managed by a Rude nasty lady named Holly. I went in with my SERVICE DOG & husband to get a pawsport stamp & a new furry friend with a sound. I picked out my furry friend then went to get a sound. One of the associates came over and completely took over my experience. Then she took my bear out of my hands & said lets get this stuffed as if i was ready. She was rushing me along. I wasn’t even for sure if i wanted THAT furry friend. I then had a mental breakdown and walked away. Holly proceeds to come over and ask me “so do you want us to full the bear for you or not?’ I told her that i was having a mental breakdown and she responds with ‘well you could have told us’ and walked away. I go over to explain that she was being rude, that i had a mental disability & a service dog & she responds with ‘like i could tell’. Ive never experienced anything like this before! They weren’t even busy & they were rushing me!!! Don’t go to this kiosk!!!

My daughter found just what she was looking for and we made a great memory.

Every time I visited the mall I would stop by and sigh at their adorable Eevee but couldnt justify the price on a min wage salary! Once my tax return came in I had no more excuse lol. Rebecca and Alexis were total sweethearts and didnt bat an eye at a 22 y/o buying a stuffed animal. Its been years since I cuddled with a plush while I sleep! Adore this place so much

This Build-A-Bear is actually closed, Google is a little behind the times. If you call their number it doesnt work anymore.

I work there and its not closed and we are a kiosk and our phone does not work but come to valley river center to find us and we are near Rocky mountain chocolate factory kiss jewelry and Harry Richie Jewelers so come by and see us
