My husband and I drove up from Southern Oregon to stay the night, enjoy dinner at Sabai and pick up those amazing dark chocolate dipped cookies at Cafe Yumm. We peeked in at Luxe and I was horrified by how we were treated. The skinny, dark haired middle aged employee followed us around her store. She hovered.I shop in Ashland and Jacksonville and I’m never treated this way. This shop has nothing special… nothing that you can’t find elsewhere. Do not bother with this store.

Interesting store with different items and cool gifts. Great customer service, friendly cashier. Large selection in a small shop. Have been there several times.

Been shopping for cards and gifts in this little shop for years. Staff always kind. Best cards in town and prices are reasonable. Gifts for any occasion at a great price. Honestly surprised others ever had an experience to the contrary...I have sure appreciated it!

This is such a fun gift store. They have your basic cards and such, but then they have unique, fun and quirky gifts for everyone!

One of my all time favorite Eugene shops. Selection is beautiful & unique. I stop by anytime I visit Oakway!

If I could give no stars I would... I do not recommend anyone shopping here. My husband and I stopped by to look at their paper selection for a decoupage project I was working on. The woman behind the counter gave us dirty looks the whole 2 min we were in the store. I even caught her make a nasty look at us as we went to look at the merchandise located outside of the store. And to top it off she had a dirty mangy mutt sitting on top of the counter. I did not catch her name but she was a brunette. She was so rude and so nasty. Do not bother shopping here. Save yourself the time and just go somewhere else because the customer service is horrible.

I love their collection of funny greeting cards and I can always find the perfect gift at Luxe.
