I bought a septum ring and a pair of plugs on the way to the coast on Friday. I realized later that Id bought plugs that were too small for my ears so on the way back through I stopped in again to buy the correct size, because they were just too cute to pass up. I knew a refund wasnt an option (body jewelry purchases are typically non-refundable for most businesses and I am 100% understanding of that), but I mentioned in passing that Id bought the wrong size a few days prior. The cashier gave me a few dollars off of my purchase, which is something I wasnt entitled to but was super kind and appreciated. Ill have to add One World to my list of shops to visit whenever Im in Eugene!

This place is awesome. Extremely clean and their selection of jewelry is enormous! You absolutely need to stop in and shop if youre ever in the Valley River Mall

They don’t know the correct sizes of there jewelry telling me I can’t change balls from a different bar to a nother one bc there not combative with the other bars but it’s the right size said she couldn’t try a different ball on the bar I had brought in that I bout 2 days ago even tho the jewelry didn’t not come in contact with the body unless I bought more jewelry

They wouldn’t honor the price on the packaging and said that they weren’t working for corporate America so they weren’t going to do that. I’ve worked retail for ten years and I was under the impression that that was just good customer service.

Ive been in there twice, the first time was to purchase a couple of rings for myself and the service was me mediocre at best.The second time was a few weeks later to return one of the rings because it had completely fallen apart, due to poor craftsmanship.I gave the salesperson my receipt and the ring and told her that I wanted to simply return it and get a refund. She completely ignored me, didnt look at my receipt & began trying to fix the ring.I waited a few minutes out of courtesy and then said that I was in a rush and would simply just like a refund.The salesperson became visibly irritated & rude and told me that she doesnt just give refunds that normally they try to fix it first and the item cant be returned if its past 30days!I told her that it had been just over 2weeks or so and that I simply wanted a refund so I could be on my way cause I had other important things to tend too!Again the salesperson was visibly Irritated and was being very rude to me and the person I was with.She began processing my refund but didnt apologize for not bothering to look at my receipt at the start & for wasting 10+ mins of my time!This establishment lost a customer and I will make sure to tell others not to shop there because of how I was treated.I feel the poor treatment I received was racially motivated, I hope its not true but it certainly did feel that way!

Well the customer service is horrible and they treat me like a peasant every time I come in. And act like its a chore anybody I see have questions the look on their face is like they smelled literally poop all the time. Also a lot of the information some of them have about stretching ears is not accurate other than pushing for glass to stretch. Theres a couple cool ladies there that are really sweet and interested to assist you but the other half obviously hate their job and everybody who goes in probably should work at hot topic instead.

Great staff. Good prices. I keep forgetting to pick up the plugs I ordered. Im sorry.

Employees were helpful and polite, one even remembering me when I came back later in the day. I love the selection, its easily the best stocked retail body jewelery store Ive ever seen. Cannot speak to employees knowledge level because I know about sizes and how gauging works. Finally, all of the pieces Ive bought have been good or excellent quality and I like that you can buy single pieces of jewelry or pairs. Will be returning often.

They dont have anything good, and what they do have is never in stock.One might think that a piercing shop might have some piercings to sell.The place is always like the last day of a close out sale.

I worked with the manager. She wasnt very knowledgeable or friendly. She sold me jewelry that didnt work for my needs, and refused to remedy the situation.

They lie about the metal they use, got a belly piercing from here and I cleaned it put it in and just a few days later started rusting and I just decided to throw the piercing away.

Had what I need for large gauge piercings.
