Went in the other day in search of a hydraulic hose for my tractor. Was pleasantly surprised with the variety and the pricing. The staff was very knowledgeable and so kind. They were able to help me with all the questions I had. Pricing was great. I was expecting to pay more than what A1 Coupling was charging! Such a wonderful surprise. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone needing any type of hose.

Extremely knowledgeable staff, customizable parts, and suggestions when you come in with nothing more than a vague idea of what you want. My company has been using them exclusively for a decade, and I have never, and I do mean NEVER, had a bad experience.

Never been to this business. One of their employees lives put near me. THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO DRIVE SAFELY!!! THIS MORNING THEY PASSED MY SONS SCHOOL BUS GOING OVER 50!! Thats illegal to pass a school bus when the red lights are flashing, also illegal to pass on a double yellow and he was definately going more tha 40 mph. Ive also seen this same person cross the yellow line into oncoming traffic while going around corners. Ive also witnessed this person passing people in a no passing zone. These things are very unsafe out on highway 36. This is an extremely windy road. Please be safer when your driving there are other people out here other than you. Try to remember you are the face of your company everytime you get in that van.

Save your $$$ & go to Pacific Rubber @ W. 7th & Conger.On 9/18/19 I has an 11 X 1/2 hydraulic hose made @ Pacific Rubber. Cost, $58.20Had the same hose made @ A-1 yesterday, 10/2/19. Less than 2 weeks later. Cost, $73.77Same Gates hose w/ the same fittings? Things have sure changed since Dan & Tom are gone & the kids took over. Been going there since 1982 & most likely will never go back.

I come here about every other month, employees are well trained, prices are very fair, if you need something they dont have in stock they can normally get it the next day.

$120 .00 for a 20 ft propane hose with 2 fittings. I have been ripped off many times in life but this has to rate as the worst. Service was prompt, attitude was really bad and with the astronomical high price I wont give them any stars and absolutely will never go back there again. Last one I had made in K Falls was less than $35
