I had a wonderful experience! Dr. Nguyen, my doctor was very good. She explained things in detail for me and she was so patient and kind. She went above and beyond; she checked back in with me to find out if everything was working OK, she looked for places I could get my hearing device serviced when I travel to family, just amazing. Thank you Dr. Nguyen! My whole family thanks you. The front desk staff was also very lovely. Highly recommend My Hearing Centers Eugene.

The folks at My Hearing Center in Eugene Oregon were very helpful and courteous. The process was straightforward and informative. Im pleased with my new hearing aids, and looking forward to settling into them over the next month.

My hearing aids were not working properly and needed to be adjusted. I walked in without an appointment and explained my situation. The receptionist was friendly and immediately began cleaning my hearing aids. I sat for about five minutes until the Dr. was finished with another customer. She promptly started working to get my hearing aids working properly and only took about ten minutes to get me on my way. Great job!

Im writing on behalf of Elaine Kofflers experience with My Hearing Centers.My problem is different than the regular person that visits a hearing aid center. After a brain injury 18 months ago, I have an acute audio problem. My brain tries to process all sounds the ears are hearing instead of selectively processing only whats important, which overwhelms the brain so I struggle to understand anything at times. Dr. Brandi Holt listened to what I described I was experiencing and explained that that isnt what hearing aids are designed to do but was willing to work with me and try to help. After a hearing test, to be sure there wasnt a problem there, she outfitted me with loaner hearing aids adjusted to a lower sound rate to try for two weeks. I went back twice for adjustments and was helped almost immediately both times. Unfortunately, it wasnt the solution I was hoping for, but at least I was able to try it. Never did I feel hurried or that she wasnt trying to understand and help. No other professional Ive been to, primary care doctor, neurologist or therapist, has made as much effort to solve my problem. Dr. Holt and her staff were always professional, helpful and courteous. If I ever do need help with hearing loss I will for sure go back to My Hearing Center and Dr. Brandi Holt.

I purchased rechargeable aids—no more batteries to change every few days! I have worn hearing aids for over 30 years and I think the staff at My Hearing Center is fabulous!

From my very first visit to My Hearing Center I been amazed at the service provided by individuals at the Willegilespie Store. From my greeting at the door to the moment I walked out I was smiling. My Dr is by far one of the best professionals I have ever had the pleasure to deal with, I absolutely love her! I can tell she really cares about her patients and shows it in her thoroughness. I liked it when the doctor took the time in the appointment to hear my issues or questions regarding mask wearing impeding ability to use my new hearing aids.Didnt feel like I was being rushed like with a salesperson.They were kind to set me up with Caption calling representatives so now I have that type of phone which works off my cell phone .yeah.Need to improve the system in place connecting customers on the phone to their immediate office and not a calling center out of the area.

Great service and care. The staff really pay attention to my needs and go beyond in offering cleanings, hearing tests and generally making sure I’m getting the full benefit of my hearing aids. I highly recommended My Hearing Centers as a resource for anyone with hearing problems, or even questions about hearing treatments. I had a growing problem with Tinnitus, but thanks to the therapy I receive through my Signia hearing aids, the Tinnitus has virtually disappeared.

Buying hearing aids can be tricky. There are a bevy of manufacturers from which to choose. While the aids are similar, each offers various features and may sound different in your ears. Remember, only you hear what you hear. I recommend you go to more than one place before buying. You will learn more about recommended aids, yourself and the provider in the process. Some providers are audiologists (they have an advanced degree in hearing), others are HIS, which stands for Hearing Aid Specialist, a less advanced degree. Either provider may be good for your needs, but know the difference -- you can Google to find out more. Be willing to ask for a trial of your hearing aids; in other words, try them out before committing. If your provider wont offer the trial option, go elsewhere. These gizmos cost in the thousands; would you buy anything else without testing them before? My Hearing Centers is more of a clinic than a doctor based hearing provider. They are very competent and helpful, however I would suggest you compare various providers before you commit to any purchase -- here or any other place.

Ive been living with hearing loss that graduallydeteriorated over the last 30 years. I didnt realize that I have been compensating for the loss by faking I understood everyone, or asking What did you say?, or strained trying to piece together a conversation with a combination of lip reading and the context of the conversation with the few words I did hear and failing miserably. For over the last 20 years I have been frustrating myself and others until I could no longer deny I needed help. Dr. Brandi Holt is a compassionate, caring professional who is extremely empathetic with my plight. The testing and subsequent illustration via a graph of my hearing loss was enlightening and Dr. Holts clear explanation of the results made me feel that at last, someone understood my nightmare. In addition, My Hearing Center and Dr. Holt worked with me in finding a high quality solution that was affordable for me. Im so glad that I took the chance in visiting this particular My Hearing Center because now, going forward I believe my life will be enriched by being able to hear and understand a conversation with a loved one or in a group setting. I had just turned 62 a month prior to receiving a flyer in the mail for a free hearing exam. I thought I had better take advantage of it. I was more than pleasantly surprised to get a wonderful education on how our ears work in harmony with our brain and how important it is to take care of our hearing. Dr. Swanson was very kind and knowledgeable. Even though this was a FREE exam there was no rushing and he answered every question I had. He did extensive testing and when complete he gave me the results. My hearing is not yet impaired and I do not need any further services at this time. Dr Swanson demonstrated his honesty by not trying to press any further services on me that I did not need as I have found with other Doctors and or Dentists in the past. He has certainly earned my business in the future when my hearing does start to deteriorate. Thank you

My husband and I came in and both purchased after attending a seminar, the seminar was lovely and our first appointment was great, Richard explained everything in detail and answered all of our questions. Dr. Roelofs explains matters very thoroughly, yet in understandable terms. After I first tried the hearing aids, we had checkups weekly so that he could assess my experience, and make adjustments (if indicated) based on feedback from me. I tried hearing aids a few years ago (from a different provider), but declined to purchase then because I felt the improvement in my hearing was only slight. This time I purchased because the technological advances now seem to make my improvement in hearing worthwhile.

Dr. Steven Roelofs is a great audiologist. He has done a great job in programming my hearing aids which has allowed me to hear and understand so much better. I highly recommend him.
