Very happy with this company. From the start of the first phone call to get a bid to the installation. First initial phone call was professional and friendly. Phillip was nice and professional and gave me my options and the easy way to understand. Andy and the other gentleman that came with him to install(sorry I forgot his name) very nice and the install seemed to go without any problems. They were here when they said they would be and they completed the service when they said they would. Once the installation was complete, they showed me how to use the system in a nice and professional way and answered all of my questions.

I received a quote that provided for a discounted price of $7,200 if paid in cash after install or I could use their credit/monthly payment option for $7,400. After the work was complete, I provided payment in full via debit card - aka a cash transaction. I later noticed that I was charged the $7,400 price. I called and was informed that to get the discounted price, I would have had to give them actual cash. So...if i had gone to the bank and got $7,200 worth of nickels, they would have given me a discount.Then, the day after the new unit was installed, I discovered a lake in the kitchen. The refrigerator was not running and everything in the freezer & fridge was completely melted. Turns out when they were doing their work, they knocked out the power in the kitchen. Everything in the fridge and freezer had to be thrown out, easily >$500 worth of food.Finally, about a week after they installed the new unit it stopped working. Though they did come out and fix it.So if you decide to hire these people....pay in nickels and make sure to check your power after they leave.

The service technician arrived a little early. The office called to ask if early arrival was OK. I was very pleased with the professionalism and efficiency of the technician. I would gladly recommend them and will use them if needed in the future. My 25 year old electric furnace needed some new parts. They had me up and running in a bit over a half hour. Thank you for the great service!

Priority One Heating & Air Conditioning always takes care of their customers and went so above and beyond for us recently that its hard to thank them enough. On Eugenes hottest record setting day of the year our AC went out. It was a Sunday and I called and left a message with the answering service but said we could wait for a call on Monday..it got so hot in our house that by 5:30 we decided to escape by going out to dinner. On the way there we saw Mark in a Priority One Van and he had just pulled to the side of the road. We pulled along side him to say hello and let him know we had a call in for the next day. Guess what he said? give me 15 minutes and Ill meet you at your house. He went out of his way on a Sunday evening and fixed our unit. Talk about being a hero in 113 degree weather! I wanted to take time out of my day and share my experience with Priority One Heating & Air. We recently had our A/C go out at our house just in time for some abnormally hot weather. I have a home warranty on my home which I then proceeded to call. They sent a tech out from a company I had never heard of then proceeded to tell me I needed to replace several major pieces which would personally cost me well over two thousand dollars. This did not seem right to me so I called Priority One for a second opinion. I called on a Monday and they were able to send someone out that same day. After just a few minutes their tech named Johnny Guerra informed me he figured out the problem and would be able to fix it right then and there. He had the part on hand and $315 dollars later it was done. They saved me from who knows how many days without A/C and also saved me around $2,000 dollars. Thank you Johnny you were awesome and very professional! I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for top notch work on their heating/cooling system. Thank You

First time using Priority One and this is our first home. Technician inspected unit and determined we only needed a good cleaning because of some nasty build-up. Technician was masked, friendly, timely and knowledgeable. They cleaned our heat pump very well. We will be returning customers.

Service was excellent, they were able to fit us in in the middle of a heat wave and get us scheduled for a new system extremely quick when our old one died. Will looked into everything with our existing ducts and mounting location then he and his team came up with the perfect size for our application. Install was quick and the new air handler/heat pump works great.

Took a while to get a service tech to come out, because lots of people are needing A/C service in this heatwave. But the tech showed up promptly, and was very professional. Unfortunately, my 20 year old external unit will have to be replaced. He scheduled a later appointment to get that done, and charged me only for the service call, since he could not fix it now. Giving four stars rather than five only because the time needed to get someone to my home greatly exceeded expectations.

I just have to review their maintenance guy name Truman! Not only is he so professional he is the most genuine and respectful young man. I would pick priority one to service our unit and request for Truman to come out cause he’s just an excellent young man.

Michael & Isaac did a great job on my HVAC maintenance and duct cleaning. While our original appointment did not work out, they rescheduled and stayed in contact with me as to the new time. They were efficient, thorough, and cleaned up completely. Both knew their job and worked together seamlessly.

Our AC/heating unit went out and we are having 100 degree weather and we were roasting in our mobile home- we have my older disabled mom here and grandkids under age 4- we called the company the previous owners used and they told us at least 2 1/2 weeks- we couldn’t wait that long- Priority One made an appointment for the next day but called later saying they finished a job earlier than expected and if we wanted they could come right out. We had been without ac for going on 4 days- he was very professional and friendly and answered all my questions and got everything up and running in less than an hour! Highly recommend!!

After making an appointment to have a tech look at our system at around 8:30am, we received a call in the early afternoon. A tech had freed up in the area and rather than waiting until tomorrow evening he arrived shortly before 2:00pm today. As usual he was courteous, thorough and explained in detail what he found. After a brief conversation going over our options he made the necessary calls to get info on part availability and cost. Within an hour we had a plan that made sense and an optimal timelime for the completion of the repairs. I am a customer for life!

I had routine service scheduled for my air conditioning unit after receipt of a promotional postcard. The first appointment, I had to reschedule due to a family emergency. So yes, that is on me. When rescheduled, the nearest appointment was three weeks out. I was not pleased with that, but, it was what it was. So, I take off that day to make sure I am here for the visit. I receive a call today that they are rescheduling me due to the heat wave that is coming through. I was not interested in being rescheduled weeks later, especially after I already made arrangements to take the time off for the visit. It was not like this heat was a surprise and they could have called me much earlier for the sake of my work schedule if they decided not to honor the appointment. Just seems like a money grab to get emergency call fees over treating customers (and this first time customer) right. Further complicating this interaction, the lady, Lindsey, I spoke with was rather rude to me and was just very dismissive about what I did to prepare for the appointment when she was cheerfully ready to reschedule me. Just an all around bad first impression and they lost this first-time customer.

Priority One fit me into their schedule rapidly. Isaac and Michael cleaned my dryer duct and identified a section of it was not intact. They were fantastic professionals and did not judge how much lint may have been present in my system. I received fast quotes on that repair as well as estimates for other services I inquired about. They did not cringe at entering the crawlspace and also did not have any hidden charges in the services they performed.

Every single person I worked with was friendly, knowledgable and efficient. They worked me in earlier than both my consultation and installation dates because of a cancellation. Price was something I could luve with and they got me a SUB rebate and a credit card with no interest for 20 months. I LOVE my air conditioning!!!!!

The service was great! He was did his inspection and diagnosis and let me know his suggestions or concerns for the different parts of the system. We discussed the time frame or likelihood of some parts failing and the cost of repairs. He was straight forward with all the costs. I opted to have the blower replaced and he did the replacement right then. Then after everything was finished and put back together we tested everything to make sure it all ran like it should. I have no concerns with calling them back out again. He did great work.

Priority One cleaned and sanitized our entire duct system, cleaned out our dryer vent from wall to outside, checking that all connections were in good shape, and also performed AC heat pump maintenance and replaced some contacts and capacitors. The fresh air change was palpable, and knowing that our dryer vent was clear and safe made me feel a lot better. My new heat pump and furnace install went great. Priority One are always on time, friendly and professional. My last Carrier was from 1994! It was still working but I opted to replace now rather than risk a breakdown. I’m hoping the new one does as well. Heat pump is so quiet and about 1/2 the size of the old one. I’m actually looking forward to my next electric bill!
