Amazing customer service. Morgan was so cool and knowledgeable. Laurel (have yet to meet in person) was great on the phone answering my many questions. This place is filled with rock stars!! Great space with one of the best selections that I have ever seen. Actually felt respected as a medical customer and their medical deals support that. This will be our only dispensary that we use from now on.

Live right down the street, and being a frequent customer to the dispensaries in town for a few years now I can say this is my favorite. From the staff to the products and pricing, and most importantly the convenience of being able to walk my dog, stop in get my flower and a couple dog treats and belly rubs, and walk right home. Highly recommend!

Great prices, normally friendly staff.I usually come here in the evenings, with my boyfriend. We are treated well, when we are together.I happen to venture here alone one morning and ran into an Ashley. She was so disrespectful. She did not want to say hello or help me at all. She was so condescending and tried everything in her little power to upset me.I spoke to a manager, whom tried to defend her behavior. It was impossible to continue to do so with the details I had provided.I suggest coming in the afternoon or evenings, after everyone gets their coffee or breakfast. Maybe its just my face which upsets her existence. Thats what I figured it was, since she saw me and instantly started to be rude.I am actually fearful to come in this AM because I may encounter her again. I still need my meds. A rude staff member shouldnt hinder someone from getting their meds. Kind of the opposite of the point of the industry....

Years of going to dispensaries all over the state and Alyssa was one of the best budtenders I have ever worked with. She showed and explained products in a way that made sense to me. I will absolutely be recommending Terpene station because of their awesome customer education.

Most of the staff are very knowledgeable. Cash only. Has curbside, but parking lot is AWFULLY tiny. We park elsewhere and walk over.

This is a good in and out as fast as possible dispensary, I get dr.Jollys dabs and most are 99.99% total cannabaniods which makes me happy, and for $25 bucks each gram, try to beat that elsewhere.... mwah hahahaha

The staff here are so nice and knowledgeable I have never had less than a great experience in the 2 years I’ve been coming here. I always feel welcome and have never been rushed or ignored. You guys are amazing thank you so much!!

My first time here. I was looking for something to help me sleep.The young lady that helped me took time to gather a few items & explain what they were. Very patient & knowledgeable. Love the large clean airy atmosphere.

The location was further off the freeway then we thought. They seemed to have a variety of choices including clones however the quality of the products didnt seem to be the best. Looks like mostly outdoor flower starting from $5/gram to $16/gram. I dont think we will be returning to this dispensary due to quality and location.

Great oil/extract products, however I would be cautious when buying flower. I recently bought some stuff that was almost a year old and threw it away.

I just picked up an ounce of Shishkaberry and I just weighed out about 5 grams of stem weight. Yall know what I mean too. Ive never felt so ripped off. I work in the industry and theres no reason I should get this much stem. You guys need to pay more attention to your product before you send it out the door.

Been here a couple times, never really impressed with the prices but they were close. I’m really disappointed tonight though. I can’t smoke dry weed, have a lung condition. I bought a top shelf Graham, and asked both of the people working there and they swore that it was super fresh, not crumbly, and sticky. Got home and the gram turns to powder under my fingers, incredibly dry and crumbly. I can’t even smoke it, it’s annoying to get lied to. Last time I’m trying them out.

I called and a gentleman answered and he was very helpful and had great customer service. When I came into the store I was then directed to a female employee, who was in extreme contrast aggressive, rude and had terrible customer service (and lacked every bit of anything you would ever want from a purchase or transaction that you are paying someone to accommodate you with). It is really sad when someone is having a bad day/time and takes it out on the customers thus giving the business a bad name because they cannot be a polite human being or decent. We give thousands of dollars of business to other dispensaries in town and will continue doing so...(not here unfortunately)

A delightful shop, well lit, and welcoming. I appreciated the precautions being taken for public health. On my quest for the finest strain in the land, they suggested Temple by Deep Creek Gardens. An excellent contender. Super friendly staff made a great experience even better. Good selection of LOCAL glass as well. Make sure to stop in when you are in town!

Im starting to really like The Terpene Station. My first visit was about a month ago and I left very happy. On my second visit the product was a bit lacking and the deal I got wasnt as good but still ok. Im new to living on River Road so I really want a homebase for my Cannabis, hope the third time things look better.

I have been to Terpene many times and this time I’m shocked at the look and quality of the flower I ordered to pick up there was so much leaf and stalk on both the eighths I bought it really was poorly trimmed as I am buying from a dispensary it shouldn’t have a lot of leaf and stalk on it not wanting to come back needs to be better quality for me to return

Staff was very nice. One was very knowledgeable the other was great but works only a few hours a week so has a hard time keeping up with the products and stocking. They were very inviting and actually pointed me in a great direction while challenging me. It was impressive. 4 stars cause pricing is average on things to a bit higher on the herb. They didn’t have the Oz I was looking for. They did have clones.

Most everything is pre-weighed to make it a quick stop as well. Today was my first visit to any dispensary, ever! I am a recreational user and not very knowledgeable. The staff was inviting, friendly, helpful and very informative, all with out making me or my husband feel like a fish out of water! We found a few edibles, a concentrate and they even gifted us each a newcomers pre-roll made from their house blend. AWESOME! We will definitely be back!

This place has probably the nicest staff of any dispensary Ive been to. Only problem is Im a Dabber so I only buy BHO. When it comes to that their selection is pretty limited and the prices are fairly High, but if you are trying to get flowers then they have a great selection and competitive prices. Very terrible customer service. Come in at 9:45 pm. Online it says closes at 10:00 pm. As I get to the door a customer is walking out followed by the male worker. He says they are closed and the customers say with some smirk “we bought it all” which if that’s the case that’s unprofessional for not being able to carry enough product to last more than a day at the shop. Will never plan to come here again and wouldn’t recommend.

Hands down best in Eugene, the Co-manager Melissa was really kind and pointed me in the direction of the sugar black rose. There are pre-rolls and then there are next level hand crafted pre rolls of awesomeness and thats what I got. I also got the granola funk and as a grower myself I was blown away by the product at ever price tierall I can say is, if you havent found your home base dispo yet then give these guys a try.

Tried an oil pen from there. Stuff was alright but the clerk that was helping me was unknowledgeable about any question I asked regarding pen or oils. This is probably better suited for well versed herb users but not for new ones like myself.

Ive been going there since they opened. Ive bought numerous items spent a lot of money there. I purchased a pen there it was well over half full..the whole pen leaked through the bottom I go in today to chat with someone and they tell me the best they can do it give me 10% off a new one. Never going again.
