Delicious hand crafted food! I had the Fried Chicken and Gouda Waffle sandwich and it was absolutely delicious. The chicken was juicy on the inside, crispy on the outside and smothered in melty gouda. A lovely addition to my Oakshire beer!

Absolutely amazing, delectable, crave-worthy ice cream and sorbet! I Scream For Waffles is my new favorite place for desserts in Eugene! No, not just Eugene, my favorite place for ice cream in the WHOLE WORLD! All the ice creams and sorbets are their own recipes made right here in Eugene. The owner is incredibly nice as well, which makes the ice cream taste even better! Nothing but love for this food truck/ice cream shop. I hope they are in business for many, many years to come.

I was counting down days to be able to try the ice cream! We moved recently from Portland and this was the first place on my must try list. I wasnt as impressed as I was hoping I would be, especially after looking at all the pretty instagram pictures. The chicken wasnt all the way cooked, and the staff the day we went wasnt super friendly either. I think there was a new staff member the day we went, which was at the Ninkasi Brewing Company and also still snow on the ground... so, I imagine this isnt the typical experience. I am super hopeful next time we try it itll be better. The ice cream was great, 10/10.

We found this place on Grubhub while hunkering down and were blown away. We’ve ordered the bee’s knees, the back in black, and the bourbon coffee toffee. We love them all so much that we haven’t wanted to try any new ones. We’re looking forward to stopping by in person once things settle down again.

Theres more than waffles here! In addition to sweet and savory waffles, they have exceptional homemade ice cream in fun flavors and tasty sandwiches and salads. Great portions at reasonable prices. Well be back when were in the area.

This place is amazing! We used their food truck for a local event and it was a big hit. I wished I lived in Eugene because I would eat their breakfast sandwich DAILY.

Every part of my waffle breakfast sandwich was made with care. Perfect bacon, perfect runny yolk, perfect WAFFLE obviously. Plus, the Back in Black ice cream is really a beautiful thing. I recently moved out of Eugene, and I will miss this place the most.

Window and lights on and when I asked the man, in the FOOD TRUCK window, if they were still serving and he wouldnt serve me at 10:05, when I drove out of my way for a late night meal. He offered no apology or response other than a blunt No. Thanks for the waste of gas. Your business hours seem to be a very important thing to follow or update.

With a great diner feel, this outdoor food truck (food cart) is a fun source for take-out to eat at the nearby brewery. their menu includes Liège waffles with a selection of ice cream flavours (ice cream, for waffles). Try their Back in Black cookies & cream. They also offer waffle fries, and some more-traditional main courses.

They now have tomato soup all year long. Finally. Waffle grilled cheese is quite incredible. Get the soup with it.

The order I chose was good however I was expecting waffles as fries but they are just crisscross cut fries.
