Had a light fixture I found out a thrift store that was missing some parts. The people here where really helpful and knowledgeable. They had some awesome options and insights. Absolutely recommend.

New to Oregon and looking for lighting when I found this gem of a store. They were able to fix a lamp that was damaged in shipment, which I was sure was unsalvageable. AND....they have got pretty much any style youre looking for and some you didnt know you were looking for. The staff is knowledgeable and a delight to work with. I live an hour away, and willingly make the trip back to them for any lighting needs I have. You should too.

I was disappointed in this showroom. There were at least 3 workers in the front when my husband and I walked in, not a single person acknowledged us or asked if we needed help. There was one other customer, they had construction documents so I assume they had an appointment.I have a large project I needed lighting for and I would have loved guidance, or even a business card to make a future appointment. I have a new design business and I will have many future projects that would have brought them more business, but it looks like I am going to bring my business somewhere where they are polite. If you are looking for any customer service, I recommend finding a different showroom.

They have a huge selection in store and access to virtually everything available by special order, and their prices are as good as or better than anything youll find online. Not to mention a very skilled and knowledgeable staff that provides excellent service. The big box stores are no competition here; Brighter Homes has been meeting our needs for 20+ years now.

I took a sconce light that had a great look except that the socket was positioned in such a manner that only one half of the sconce was illuminated. The gentlemen there helped me find a totally different socket and bulb/lamp. I just put it together and it looks GREAT! They took their time even though I was purchasing a small ticket item. They have a HUGE selection of sockets, bulbs, switches to make it more likely to find a good solution. I highly recommend them! (They also had a very nice inventory)

Really good selection of interior/exterior lightning. In my opinion they have the best section of higher end lights in Eugene/Springfield area.We bought a discontinued display and got 10% off sale price. Service was no pressure, which I liked.

This has become our go to store for anything lighting. They have more inventory and variety than I realized was out there. The staff are awesome, knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly. Its always fun going into the store.

Good selection of lighting, fair prices, and informed staff. They are customer oriented. I appreciate their welcoming attitude toward do-it-yourself purchases. If they dont have what you want, they have catalogs and advice for ordering.

Brighter Homes Lighting is the Eugene authority when it comes to lighting questions. Rather than going online for the cable lighting I wanted to install, I went there. Not only did they have a convenient kit, but I also got all my questions on installation and possible change to LED bulbs answered (yes, and it will save a lot on electricity). They also have a large selection of lighting possibilities on exhibit.

Very helpful but there lights are very expressive.

The staff will take the time to listen to you so that they understand what you need and will then have the expertise to answer your questions and provide you with solutions. Brighter Homes Lighting is a local store that is a great asset to our community.

I needed a particular chandelier that I had found in California.The people at the store helped me find it and beat the California price.Their selection is hugh and they can order anything in multiple catalogs.They are very helpful and friendly
