The staff was REALLY nice and funny. They gave me a small tour and gave me some gifts. I really recommend to come here if your into yoyoing.

Im from Australia and I went there for a factory tour. Lovely place, greatest staff in the states.I love the level of quality control they have, it really makes a difference. Ended up leaving with 6 yoyos, and I couldnt have been happier.

I usually write reviews if I get bad service so they can fix the problem and dont really write them fot positive reasons because its useless but this place is just worth reviewing for its OUTSTANDING service.You might think the place seems seems a bit sketchy at first but as soon as you walk in, your whole mind set changes. The staff where one of the nicest people IN THE WORLD! They gave us discounts on yoyos and even when we were short 40 dollars, they said that it was fine and covered the rest of the 40 dollars. They gave us a bunch of strings, bearings, pads, and lube all on the house! Definitely would come again and if I could, I would rate wayyy more stars.

These guys manufacture the finest YoYos on the planet, and theyre some of the nicest, most helpful people one could hope to meet. Its great to see such innovation and crafsmanship! Definitely stop by and say hello if youre ever in Eugene. Theyre wonderfully accommodating with visitors and patient with those of us who are new to the hobby. If you dont own a One Drop YoYo, do yourself a favor and snag one. It feels good to buy a quality product thats made in the USA.

Really nice guys! I enjoyed seeing the manufacturing process of how these awsome yoyos are made. When I got home my wife (a 2nd grade teacher) laughed and said I went on an adult field trip. I cant put my new yoyos down..thanks guys!

Decided to do a quick swing in on our spring break road trip and check it out. My boys love yo yos!!! Let me tell you the best experience we have had!!! We learned a lot. They have the best attitudes my kids and husband left with big smiles!! Even if the rest of this trip goes wrong thisll make it worth the whole trip!!! Will be back to buy more yo yos definitely!!!
