I have had the pleasure of working with Brenda and Urban Therapeutic since I moved to Eugene 4.5 years ago and I can’t recommend them enough!! UT has stocked and supplied both of my acupuncture and massage clinics - Anjuna Medicine and Liberated Spirit - and has worked with me through the startup phases and each stage of business growth and development. I was skeptical at first because you can get a cheaper price if you buy direct online, but Brenda’s connections in town and her product knowledge have saved me tons of time especially since a lot of acupuncture supplies can be problematic coming from China and other parts of Asia. If the product has a problem, she tells me what she is going to do and handles it without any additional charge. If I have a new project, I simply contact UT and they do all of the research and have always found me a creative solution - like using a meat skillet for heat therapy packs or nursing home pagers so I don’t have to disturb patients who are resting with needles. UT also stocks items I buy regularly like massage lotion and essential oils, so I can get inventory same day if needed, which you can’t do if you buy online. Time is of the essence as a small business owner, and I’m so appreciative of the time UT gives back to me. Brenda has also been my biggest supporter making me feel like part of the community here in Eugene. Thank you SO much!! Not only does she provide a conveniently locatd supply shop in downton Eugene, she can recommend certain products based on your needs. I bought my massage table and chair from Urban Therapeutic. I buy all my lotions, creams, candles, as well as face cradle covers and sheets there too. I tell Brenda my concerns with little things and she finds me the perfect product. She has the best massage sheets ever! She is part of the First Friday Artwalk so I make sure to stop in and say hi. Urban Therapeutic also supports non-profits in the community. Its a great location to find a wealth of information in the bodywork and health care field.
