Physician referred and order faxed 12-3-18. No contact received after 3-days. I called the local phone number where through a broken reception phone tree was placed on hold for 45-plus minutes saying not to disconnect the call as I would loose my place in line. 45-minute in I was redirected to the phone tree where again I made a choice. 15-minutes later still nothing other than the periodic request to maintain hold. Sooooo unprofessional! No local phone other than the one my pcp gave me saying that they also experienced long wait times. I questioned if they received the fax order and my pcp office manager said they did receive a confermation. Over an hour now on hold. I have sympathy for patients desparately in need of help. On a scale of 1-5 I will give Pacific Pulmonary Services a -5!!!!!! I gave up after over an hour uninterrupted wait on my land line. Soooooooo frustrated! Wonderful first impression.
