Excellent paint quality (solar ceramic satin) and amazing customer service.

Absolutely fantastic customer service from Stephanie! I had a rather unusual request and needed 5 gallons of a product shipped to Montana. Stephanie really went above & beyond to listen to my request then helped me find the best solution, I am so very impressed!

I’ve been using Forrest paint since 2000 when I had to paint my house inside and out. The thing that initially drew me in to the store was hearing that they make the paint here in Eugene, and I like to support local business whenever I can. The thing that has kept me using them ever since (I’ve painted several houses since then) is the fact that their paint is awesome and still looks good after twenty years and the fact that their staff know their stuff and take the time to help. I never buy paint or supplies from the home improvement stores anymore,. And one more thing,Forrest rent out pressure washers and paint sprayers too. When I get tired of my colors I’ll use their paint again although so far after 20 years I’m still happy.

Poor paint quality, their secret backroom memo says company profits first. Forrest Paint Co Product Quality: Id rather puke in my mouth, it tastes better than doing business with them. If I havent had two dozen MINIMUM paint failures costing TENS OF THOUSANDS of dollars, Id be lying.

I needed some paint for motorcycle exhaust and their paint worked fantastically. Not only does it still look great, and is durable, but it came with good advice on appropriate preparation and curing of the paint. I cant say much for their logo on the can, it looks like some third-party low quality stuff, but the Stovebright paint that is in the can is great stuff.

Excellent attention to customer preferences

I have been buying paint from Forrest for more than 20 years and have used many hundreds of gallons of there product. You will not find a better product or better service on the planet:)

I unknowingly parked in the Forrest Paint Co’s parking lot at 10:45pm, well past business hours. A woman came out to ask my wife if she was with someone in the building, she said no and the woman replied “okay” as she pulled out her phone to report us parking there. Based on their attitude regarding their parking, I will not do any future business with this company. Rude people.
