My 18 year old Tahoe needed the hood and front bumper painted including smoothing out years of road wear. I took it to Maaco in Euless and the work was excellent. Shannon, Dylan and Steve took great care in both the workmanship as well as explaining the service. Could not have had a better experience.

I went into this location hoping to get a minor repair done that wasn’t gonna cost me an arm and a leg. I’ve been to another body shop and they refused to do the job that I was wanting and instead were wanting me to spend almost $1000 to completely replace the part when all that really needed was just a screw. When I got there Shannon came out and looked at my car and said he could do it for a very reasonable price. I was waiting to check out I had a great conversation with both Dylan and Shannon just about life in general. Definitely good experience and would recommend them to anyone.

I was very impressed and satisfied with their work they done to my truck it took a little time but you cant rush Beauty some I was very happy when I left.

Couldnt be happier with the results my truck was a hard job and they did an amazing job for an amazing value. My truck had dents that needed to be taken out and some surface rust on the roof/hood missing clear coat and faded paint. The truck looks like it just rolled off the dealership parking lot in 2003. After my car was vandalized by being keyed and literally the WHOLE CAR had to be repainted, I took it to Maaco in Euless TX. Shannan was super friendly and very knowledgeable when doing the initial estimate. He took the time to explain how much work needed to be done and gave a true time frame as to how long it would take to complete it. Dylan was great in taking care of me when I returned to get my car, making sure to walk around it with me to review before making payment. A few days after I picked it up... I did notice a few spots that needed correction, both were easy so deal with in scheduling getting my car back in to make those corrections! My car looks brand new again .... and the cost... WAAAAYYYY less than the big body shops wanted, and I had them do their best package! It looks so good, my boyfriend, who had his recently painted at one of the big body shops said Maaco did a better job on mine than they did on his! Would definitely recommend this shop!

I brought my car in for a fender bender repair covered by insurance. They went through some of the preexisting damage with me. The one thing that really bothered me was the time frame. I asked if 1 week (Friday to Friday) was a fair estimate and was told yes. 3 days in they found additional damage, my insurance company handled it same day. Then, on Thursday I asked if it would be ready the next day and was told it was ready, but they accidentally damaged a windshield wiper piece and had to fix it. Well it wasnt ready when I called on Friday and they couldnt tell me when. By Wednesday (day 11) I was pressuring them for an ETA. They wouldnt give me a direct answer. Then on Thursday and Friday, I was told they just had to wait for the pinstripes to be done by their pinstriping guy. I was again asking for an ETA and they wouldnt really give me one. I explained theyve had my car 2weeks and I needed to be a priority now. Saturday morning, my car was ready for pick up. Its all about expectations for a happy customer. If they said 2 weeks, but they said 7 days.That time experience would lead to a 2 star but when I got the car, they did a good job and gave me some spare paint for the paint chips around my vehicle.

Brought my car in for a full respray and front end collision repair. Nick, Steve and the crew are awesome and were a pleasure to work with. Steve helped me get back home after dropping my car off and Nick helped me keep a few coins in my pocket which is super awesome. The spray and body guys behind the scenes did an amazing job on the car. Check the pic yo. And they even installed some aftermarket headlights and fog lights that I brought in. These guys did an amazing job replacing my cracked windshield. They were fast and effective, and they come with a lot of fun personality. Absolute scam. I brought my car here to get an estimate on repairs. I told them I could not afford my $1000 deductible. SARAH told me that the OWNER approved a $400 discount on my deductible. She also told me to call my insurance company and get reimbursement for the money I had paid to get it out of impound and get a new key made (my car was stolen and then found damaged, with no key) because the money will go towards my deductible. It’s nearing time for my car to be finished and now the total money I owe them jumped from $600 to $1700 because Allstate told them that they gave me the reimbursement that SARAH told me to get. So SARAH told me to get the reimbursement so I could use it towards my deductible and now she’s using it against me. They’ve had my car since the beginning of May and DAYS before I’m supposed to pick it up (middle of July) they tell me they’re taking back the $400 discount and they’re also adding additional charges that no one can seem to explain. Everyone acted like they were helping me and totally on my side when I first brought my car here. I can’t believe how completely fooled I was. Truly disgusting. I don’t know how they sleep at night.

I talked to the owner Steve who was very helpful and knowledgeable about painting my truck. Helped me with the warranty and did an amazing job. My truck looks better than it did new. Im quite the review reader when it comes to picking a place to do business - which is what lead me to this MAACO location. The reputation of MAACO is strong, but I cannot stress how phenomenal the staff at the Euless location are. Steve and Dylan were incredibly friendly, and informative from the moment I dropped my vehicle off, until I picked it up. Steve called me with almost daily status updates. I was worried about going through the process when I first knew Id have to have body work completed; but, I wont worry in the future. Hopefully, their services wont be needed anytime soon again; however, I know where Ill go from now on. Outstanding service.

Nice guys. Decent paint job. However, I did not really appreciate feeling pressured to leave a perfect star review. (i.e. there should be no reason for anything other than a perfect score...) Also, though they did have the car ready on the date requested, I gave them an entire week, and they had JUST gotten around to painting the bumper that day. I was even told it MIGHT not be ready that day. I did then have to bring it back to get the corner of the bumper reattached after the clip failed. I waited an hour for this. I was assured that I could bring it back any time if anything else went wrong with the work they did. Well honestly if they did the job right in the first place, I would not have to bring it back at all.

Nick worked with me and got my car repaired excellently, and as quickly as he could -- not his fault the insurance claim took a while!

When I went to Maaco in euless TX to get a quote for a couple of repairs, I met Dylan & Steve. They looked my car over for the repairs I wanted done, they gave me all the details on the work I wanted done, they were great & honest about the work, they gave me a price quote that was much less than other places I went too, for the work I wanted done! I would recomend going to maaco in euless TX to everyone!! Not only did they fix my car, they gave me a ride home 2 miles away, & delivered the car when they finished it! Fantastic!!! My son and I came in for an estimate on some collision damage to the right front door, and then a complete paint job on a 2001 Ford Expedition. The young man that came out for the estimate took a quick look and said just one minute he was going to get someone else to appraise the repair. The other gentleman came out looked and the damage several times and said he would write it up. We went inside and waited while he was doing the appraisal on his computer, he said he needed to order some part or parts, called someone and said they would be back with him in about 5 minutes with the cost of the parts he was looking for. We waited almost 30 minutes and still not call, I went outside to wait in my vehicle and the first young man came out and said if we wanted he could email the estimate to us by the end of the day, my son and I said that would be fine. Its going on 2 days and still no estimate. Maaco is a production paint and body shop, but in this case they are treating customers like they are a custom paint and body shop. Their paint jobs used to go for 350.00 for low cost, 500.00 for middle of the road paint job, and 750.00 for their best, now their middle of the road paint job is the 750.00 and saying it normally would be 1000.00, and it goes up from their.

Way too overpriced, DO NOT GO HERE!
