I like the occasional e-mails from Advance Auto Parts, as well as the competitors nearby. A few days ago, I placed an order online for car-specific tune-up parts at a 15% discount. The parts were all available and I was able to pick them up at this location. Very hassle-free, thanks!

Today I come to this Advance Auto Part, the person who help me was Mr.Doug Same scenario as 115 S Belt Line Rd, Irving, TX 75060 store( what scenario plz go to address review my comments). I’m able to used my 10$ coupon with no questions, I’m able to change tool witch they don’t have any in store, he changed same one for me as different brand. Make me really happy. Mr.Doug is really nice person. Thank you again will be back to this location again even I living at Irving.

The employees are super helpful and dont mind getting under the hood to assist. Couldnt have done it without them. Will definitely be going back there.

If your check engine light comes on, before you spend $80+ for a full diagnostic, come to Advance Auto Parts. They will run a quick diagnostic that will show the codes triggering the light and what the system, or part, they reference are. Youre way ahead before a mechanic starts telling you anything. Great place... Everything you need and if they dont have it they can get it and they have very knowledgeable people to help you fix your car the right way.

We were there at 5:53pm today. The store hours state open until 6pm. The door was locked. When we called, an employee inside the store answered and told us they were closed. We stated it is not 6pm yet and they said they wont help us. We went down the street to AutoZone to buy the products we needed.

Tremendous selection of specialized tools as well as car parts. They also stock an amazing variety of car paints for touch up as well as customization. Many caliper paints are also sold. The staff there was extremely helpful and helped me find the proper fuel and vacuum lines. Great auto parts store.

Order a part only carried online e arrived quickly and the xou.ter service was GREAT.

A better store staff than most parts houses. They really want to help you get the right parts. Also there is a used oil drop off with no minimum like at Walmart. They will take your oil change oil all at one time where Walmart only accepts a few qts at a time. All you have to do is as and they show you to the tank and let you pour it in. Thanks AAP.

Excellent service. Anthony checked my indicator light and explained to me it was the gas cap. I tightened the cap and it fixed it. Then I purchased some wiper blade that I had needed. Which he installed.

Mislabeled some sale products and wasted 20 mins trying to figure out why and then told me they got mislabeled these arnt on the sale even tho the sale item name was on the ticket.
