Let me start by saying I love this place. I love the scents. I love the products. I love the specials. I think everyone should go and enjoy the cacophony of amazing scents.My favorite product is the foaming hand soap. I have it at every sink in my home. My son likes to come and select his own scents. The lotions and body soaps are great, too. Many people love their candles. Personally, I dont like candles because Im a bit fearful of fire. I like to appreciate it from afar.I also suggest the air fresheners: plug-ins, sprays, and even vent clips for the car.I only gave them a four star rating because I found it difficult to locate the wall plug-in units - not the fragrances, they were easy to find.

I was a little bummed that its mid July and they have fall scents out. Can we not rush through summer! Despite that, I was able to find a few summery scents I liked. My 20% off coupon made me feel better.

I came in to take advantage of the semi annual sales. I helped by the best staffers here. Also it was almost closing time so the store was filled to the Top and the staff was very helpful and quick. Will return soon!

Well organized store. Light and clean. Room to talk throughout. Greeted upon entry consecutively by two employees... Loud and in your face overly helpful.They have some really neat decorations. The candle holders are very decorative.Went back for a second visit. Much better. Upgrading the rating.

One of the best and friendliest bath and body works I have ever been to. I spend a lot of money here and they recognize me and appreciate my business. That is rare these days especially from such a large chain store. They have the best quality and a generous no question asked return policy.

My wife and I love the deals they offer. The workers at this B&BW were kind and helped me pick out fall scents for my pregnant wife, even though I came in 3 minutes before they closed! Keep up the good work!

I went to my favorite store Bath & Body today and was excited they opened back again. I always come every month to stock up on body creams, shower gel, body splash, hand soaps, candles, and wall flower refills. I been going to only Bath & Body for 26 years for all of my lotions, shower gels, candles, splashes, candles, wall flower refills, bubble bath, and aromatherapy products. I had to go to another location last time because this location was closed. I was told the last time I went to Bath & Body we could use our old coupons because the company has not sent any new coupons out. I went today to stock up on everything that I needed again and was told I can no longer use my old coupon anymore. The company stop doing that in June. The Bath & Body associate said I should receive my new coupon in the mail and to call customer service to let them know I have not received my new coupon yet. I went home and called the customer service phone on my receipt. I found out that the company is only now sending random customers their coupons in the mail and that we are now getting only two coupons per year. The company is trying to save money with mailing. I would suggest to not mail our random coupons and just use e mail. I would like to get our monthly coupon by e mail and this would save the company money. Telling your costumers we are taking old coupons and now we are not taking old coupons is frustrating changing your policy’s back and forth. All associates at the Bath & Body stores are clueless to Bath & Body policy’s.

Happy Candle Day! The ladies handled the very early morning rush well, good job! This store is always pleasant to visit and the customer service is equally as professional.

Its a Tuesday evening so I cant really comment about it not being crowded. Even then, it was a pleasant shopping experience. The staff was helpful and nice. This store has a pretty wide variety and stocked up on the favorites.

This place is very nice, clean and well organized. The person who greeted me at the door and helped with my exchange was super friendly and quick. The person who checked me out was one of the rudest cashiers Ive come across in a while. The only thing she said was next in line, didnt look my way the whole time and when she handed me my bag she didnt look my way or say a word. No pleasantries at all. 😒😒. I have no problems taking my $$ elsewhere. Please retrain cashier 1789423. Thank you.

Never really had a bad experience at a bath & body works. The person helping us was really knowledgeable. We were exchanging some items and they offered to hold them behind the register while we picked out the replacements. My only knock is that there wasnt much room to maneuver our stroller with our little kiddo. Made it hard to check out and get out of the store with all the people there.

Its nice but theyre extra pushy here, which I would rather browse on peace...

They had a great summer sale going on. Many items were 50% & 75% off. So I got some good deals. The only problem I had was trying to redeem the discount coupon from my fone. If u spent $40.00 u got $10.00 off. We were never able to retrieve it. So I didnt spend as much as I originally planned. But I was pleased with what I did buy.

I love this Bath & Body Works! The store is in a wonderful location near a ton of other shops, and they always have a great selection of items. The store is well maintained, organized, and clean. The employees are helpful and friendly.
