Beautiful place! Was very busy but spacious enough to not feel over crowded. Staff us super friendly and knowledgeable of the products I was there for. Must experience for yourself to fully understand. Definitely my new place to go!

Great big box store with box store prices so you cant beat it that doesnt mean we need it. My fear is the little liquor store down the street Mom and Pop Shop they need love too box stores just arent my thing hopefully you understand

Great selections.Their staff is always very helpful and always recommend great drink options.One of the best recommendations from one of their employees:Try the Brown Sugar Bourbon (cant remember the brand) for Pancakes and Waffles... 1/2 Bourbon, 1/2 milk or water with your regular pancake mix... Delicious for Brunch...Wish I could remember the Bourbon brand we got for it... We have use it with the Kodiak Cakes pancake mix and it is great!

One of my favorite Total Wine locations in the metroplex. Lots of selection and has slightly better items than that of their sister stores. Like that the allocated items are available for all customers compared to others.

Good customer service at Euless store - 5 stars for thatExpired stuff in mix and match section - 1 star for that9/10/21 - They had expired Baltika No. 6 beers on the mix and match shelf. I bought one of them without checking the best before date. I called the next day and they promptly apologized. They also found another 15 bottles which had expired. I am happy that Matt (I think) who works in the store was receptive of my call and acted accordingly. He also promised me to refund my 💰It would be good if they cleaned their inventory to prevent such issues.

Ive only been to this store a couple of times so I dont know where stuff is located. Today I was looking for something specific so I had to ask an associate. The man acted as if it was a real bother to him to be approached. He just pointed in a general direction and ran off quickly. The item I needed wasnt even in the direction he pointed. Not helpful at all.

Omg, where to begin!? Visited this location & was just fascinated! Staff was exceptional & so amazingly knowledgeable regarding the wines, spirits, etc. I mentioned what kind of wine I prefer & he gave a wonderful suggestion!! I loved it! The polite vendors that offered samples! Just amazing! I would drive to this location from here on out! The Irving Total Wine did not even acknowledge my presence 🥺but the Euless locale definitely made up for it! Kudos!!

Picked up a few store pick bourbons + a couple of cigars. Best prices on most of their stuff and a knowledgeable staff. They have plenty of samples to taste, that has saved me some $$$. So many times I was about to pick up a bottle then offered a sample and didnt like it, so I could get something else I would enjoy.

My favorite thing about Total Wine & More would be the samplings and then second would be that they have some awesome workers who are just Hands-On, meet you at the door and take you through your journey and be happy to do it. Well the number one thing that takes me back to Total Wine & More is that in price comparison which is something I must do before shopping, Total Wine & More always comes out as the most reasonably priced.

This is the adult candy store basically everything you could want they have at Total Wine & More. Thats no joke they have More from find cheeses to crackers to just things you would pair with wines and places amazing I totally recommend it to everybody and I will totally be going back.

The selection is great, if you like wine or mixed drinks. Its a clean, typically friendly store but my son came in with me the other day. An elderly woman was checking us out. Got upset he didnt have an ID because the world has been on pause for 2 years and we srent in a big hurry to test our vaccine efficacy. She was RUDE AND KEPT COUGHING without covering her mouth or stepping away. To me, in 2021 that is agg assault. I expect a manager to keep sick workers home and make them put on a fkn mask. Ive been angry about her judgmental, snooty behavior for the days.

Wide range of liquor from different breweries.Prices are less compare to other liquor sellers.You can find almost every brand of scotch here.I am favorite of scotch and I love to buy Single Malt 12 year scotch. I feel 12 year Single malt scotch of 2 pegs (30 ML to 40 ML) each will enhance the blood flow and pleasure.Dalwhinnie, Delmore, Balvenie, MACALLAN, Ardbeg are my favorites. You can taste Balvenie double Barrel & Delmore 12 years old single malt scotch before you get old.

Associates at the register made a public and childish scene when my 21 year old brother went to purchase drinks on behalf of our family making dinner and despite his age and government given ID workers refused to sell to him and made a public scene and made loud verbal assaults and accused him of illegal activity. He is 21. he showed ID. And they denied him the sale. Complete incompetence. And the most mind numbing employees we have ever experienced.

Great selection and more importantly rock bottom prices. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Tons of tastings and lots of fun accessories. Its hard not to get lost in there! I dont drink wine but theyll have what you are looking for and then some. They also have a rewards program which is nice. They are higher on big name beer (Bud Light, Miller, Coors, etc) but cheaper on harder to find things like Ziegen Bock. My new favorite liquor store. Purchased for $54. Try the mini bottle selection up front

I dont know who the employee was that assisted me in finding the perfect gift (cognac & cigars) for my husband for our 3rd year anniversary but he was very helpful and polite. Customer service is rare these days and he did it with a smile in his heart!

The online website is good when looking for a specific wine and where, and the online customer reviews can be useful.And, like Home Depot or Guitar Center or other specialty shops, the place is enjoyable to just walk around and look/shop.

Went to a training that ended up with a wine tasting. I really enjoyed the venue and would consider it for a future event. Although I did have an issue with my sample sizes versus some of the other folks that were in the room with me 🤔

Walked in the store for the first time ever to buy some bottles of whiskey that run about $50 each. I was so impressed with how large and clean the store was and I was thinkingI might start shopping here. But before I could find what I was looking for, a mask enforcer told my friend and I that we had to wear masks to stay in the store. I said, Ok, then I wont spend my money here, bye.1. Masks are no longer required.2. I wore a mask all the time everywhere and I still got Covid back in December.3. If your mask protects you, then why do I need to wear one?4. If enforcing mask rules when the state no longer has a mask mandate is more important to you than paying customers, Ill take my money elsewhere.When you eliminate your mask enforcers and allow people to shop there without face masks, I will give the store one more chance. Until then, Ill keep taking my hundreds of dollars per month that I spend on wine and spirits to Goody Goody.

This place has everything. They even have a cigar humidor. I like soju, and thats hard to find sometimes. But this place not only has soju, but they carry my favorite brand (Jinro Chamisul)!

Definitely has a lot of variety. Everyone is so nice. Especially Justin! He was so sweet and nice. Very knowledgeable. He helped me pick out a wine and boy it was amazing! If you’re a whiskey fan, you definitely need to look for him!

On 2/13/21 I purchased Items from store. I used cash but entered my phone number into the terminal for reward points. About 15 minutes later, robo calls are blowing up my phone claiming to be from Amazon. Terminals may have a virus or somewhere in routing. FTC was contracted.

Do not come to this place if you are in a rush and dont know what you want. So much to choose from and its so easy to spend an hour just taking it all in. My go to when I want to find something different than the average grocery pick up.

Best wine selection in DFW.

So I needed some help finding a decent wine for my parents and I know nothing about wine except it sometimes comes in boxes and is made from grapes. I was approached by a young lady named Vickey that asked if I needed some assistance, probably because I looked so confused and I was just swaying in the breeze with my eyes glazed over from all the options. I explained my situation to her and after some simple questions, she was able to steer me in the right direction. She helped pick out a bottle of wine that my mother loved. Vickys attitude and personality made something dreadful turn into a simple and pleasant experience. The rest of the staff I encountered were equally as nice and enthusiastic. Great job to the employees of this location for helping the world be more spiritual with their fine spirits and wines lol.

The manager is rude and incredibly unprofessional. Her assistant manager is just as unprofessional as she is. While I was at the checkout she came to meTo enforce her political views rather than store policy. When I asked her to show me the policy she told me I could look it up myself. I called corporate and they emailed me the policy and couldn’t understand why she was acting the way she was. I even have video of it all. Sadly, the store manager also accused me of being sexist when I asked who her boss was. It wasn’t until she realized I was asking for the name of the district manager that she changed her attitude. Disappointed in the store management and I’d gladly pay more anywhere. Businesses are being shut down all over the country because of restrictions due to COVID and it’s because of people who carry the same attitude as this store manager. Follow the law and keep your political views to yourself. You run a business not a country.

Barely two steps in the door and some frail blonde employee harrassed me. She muttered, fashion isnt everything, it wont save you from hell. I came in to raise my spirits. Instead got hate crimed. I wont be returning until I know she is fired.

Staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Great selection.The only downside is that the isles are very tiny and its almost impossible to maintain 6 ft distance with the crowds inside.
