When I first enlisted Foster’s help, I had a great experience. So I called on him again. Sadly, it was far from my first experience. I ordered a new shower door and pony glass wall. The door went in beautifully, but the pony glass was 2” too short. I was assured it would be reordered and replaced. I waited and waited. We exchanged texts and phone calls, then he went silent and I never heard from him again. Most frustrating is I had paid for the glass in full. After almost a year, I made other arrangements. Lesson learned...
I tried to teach them since my install three years ago.the glas was not staying clean. The handle is loose . The grout chipped and mols is everywhere. No tesponse.
We had a glass shower stall installed. They did a great job! It was clean, looked great and they were very courteous. I was very impressed, and the pricing came in a lot less than other places. We had a great experience with them.
I don’t understand the bad reviews. I had a very good experience with this company. I submitted the measurements online and the day after I received an email with the quote based on the measures I provided. I then got two other quotes from other companies and both quotes were way more expensive so I decided to go with Oasis and I scheduled the final measurement done professionally by them.I called to schedule a final measurement and they showed up at exactly the time they said they would arrive. Since my measurements and theirs match, I received the same quote I got when I submitted my measurements online. They said it would take about two weeks to receive the panels. Exactly two weeks later I called and left a message requesting an update. I did not hear from them so the next day I emailed them and later that day I received an update telling me they had received the panels and that they would be able to install the panels later that same week. I called two days later to schedule the install and they scheduled the installation for the following day. Again, they showed up at exactly the time they said they would and a couple of hours later I had a great looking shower glass installed – I couldn’t be happier with the results.I guess my only complaint would be not getting a call back the same day I called the first time to get an update. I had to email them the day after my initial call to get an update but considering the hundreds of dollars saved, I can’t really complaint too loud since they were right on time on both appointments and the final result speaks for itself.
I would like to give five stars because this company came highly recommended by our contractor but the quality of materials and customer service only deserve one star. We had our shower door installed three weeks ago but it had a blemish (a black mark/scratch) on the glass. My husband immediately noticed and questioned it. The guy who installed the door said they knew about it, had a tool to remove it and would be sending someone out the next day to remove it. That was three weeks ago and no one has come out. They set up an appointment once and no showed. They claimed that they didnt have our number to call us to cancel but they had just called us at that number earlier in the day. No effort has been made from them to fix our door. We have had to call them over and over to get an appt. They did tell us WE could go buy a magic eraser and try to remove the scratch ourselves. They didnt seem concerned that we were frustrated anytime we called and kind of blew us off. So, if you are wanting to pay a lot of money for a sub par product and be ignored, lied to, treated like your an inconvenience and and given all around poor customer service then use Oasis Shower Doors. Otherwise, Id suggest you give your money to a company that cares.
Scheduled an appointment for estimate and none showed up. Filled out the estimate inquiry online and did. It hear back. Called several times on my appointment day and no answer or call back. I guess I’m moving on at this point.
The pricing is good but service was a mess. The panel they had for our shower was cut incorrectly and everything had to be reschedule. It took about three weeks from the original scheduled date to have the new panel installed. Updates were spotty and we were consistently told itd be in the next few days. A small discount was provided but nothing to compensate for the delay and hassle. My next project will not be done through this company.
Requested a quote from Foster McMillan on 8/6/19 to replace shower glass. He sent a quote and requested 50% deposit to place the order and the balance would be due upon completion. He gave an installation date of 9/4. On the morning of 9/4 he stated that glass was chipped an he had to re-order. He contacted me on 9/13 and stated that he had the glass and would fit me in his schedule on 9/16 or 9/17. Did not receive a call or text.On the 9/24 my wife contacted Mr McMillan about the delay and when to expect him. She explained that we needed this project done ASAP or we would like our money refunded. He sent a text saying he will have the company issue a refund. As of today 10/22, we have not been able to reach Mr McMillan and we have not had our money refunded.DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN OR COMPANY. HE IS A FRAUD! I will be taking him to court. #NBCDFW #CBSDFW
Beautiful glass and great job and service for the install. Friendly, honest installers. They came back and did a repair at no charge two years later!
