I wasn’t immediately offended until I realized that he was referring to some drug or substance. I’m a professional engineer with a degree in civil engineering and do not and have never used drugs. Run a more professional and honest business I don’t care what people look like or what you may think.

Walked in today with my fiancé looking to purchase Troy oz of Silver and 24k gold. Daniel was very helpful and informative throughout the entire process, he took his time, explained how beneficial the market is, made us laugh, and welcomed us to coffee. We decided to purchase the last 1 oz 24k Buffalo coin for $1996.00. And the worst thing happened. My card declined due to exceeding my daily spending limit! D*mn banks always want to control your hard earned cheddar. Daniel was extremely patient as I called customer Service all kinds of names under my breath in hopes of getting the purchase approved, only for them to tell me not only had I not exceeded my daily limit at all, but that my pending charges from days were just now being completed at that very moment, throwing off my entire flow for the day. Nonetheless, Daniel’s awesomeness never depleted. He encouraged us to come back anytime and he even offered to order more coins and bars just for us. I did end up using cash to purchase a collectible for the trouble. I’ve definitely found a new gold and silver home in the Euless Location. I’m sure Daniel will see this! What’s up, man!

I have been very blessed by the company! I asked to get 3 size 5 rings to a four and a half with the bands soldered together. I have a hour and a half drive there and back when I went to pick the ring up the three rings were not soldered together. Thank goodness Progressive Leasing is such a stand-up company they were able to fix it on there end. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, but still use Progressive for your lease.UPDATEMonths later and I am still awaiting my refund of over a thousand dollars because someone at Dallas Gold And Silver decided to add 600 dollars onto my contact fraudulently. I needed to get a new battery and links removed for my Michele watch. (Its a little bit harder to remove links for this watch) I called one other jewelry store before this one and they were going to charge me $140 for this service because of the brand of this watch. Dallas Gold & Silver Exchange charged me $10 for a new battery and removed my links for free! In addition, the customer service was so great. Daniel helped me personally and was so nice and professional. They orginally couldnt get the links off either and ordered a special tool to do so. If thats not above and beyond customer service, I dont know what is! Please support this business during these times.
