It seems you have a professional problem with the person who answers the phones. My wife called and left two messages about her car. The lady said no messages and really didn’t care . Also the fact that you make consumers call their own car dealership about their car window according to the person who answered the phone is not good for business. S & H Auto Glass says they call the dealership about the car window, and more for the customer. Not sure why you don’t go the extra mile. Letting our insurance company know that maybe they shouldn’t advertise for you since you guys make it difficult for consumers like my wife. You do have a history of not returning calls as well.

Awesome place. I needed my windshield repaired. It took a while to get in, because theyre obviously exceptionally busy. Once I made it to my appointment, they were quick. They had my windshield fixed within minutes and I was on my way out the door. Everybody was courteous. Five stars all day.

Eureka Glass us our go to glass store in Eureka! Whatever we need/want they do it for us in the way of glass! Whether it is glass shelves or prices on shower enclosures and sliding doors! And they are also very female friendly...they treat everyone the same regardless of gender!

Its ok. First time I was there, I got yelled at because there was only one person to be in the building. I got better reception at the end of the day. Will I go back, probably not. But it done what needed to be done.

The lady Angel was super rude and unprofessional. We called 2 months ago for an estimate, she stated they had to have someone come out to measure the window(which was in about 6-8weeks). Then setting us up with there installation fees when we told them we had someone to install it she got mad and started saying that we had to get new measurements done by the person who was installing it. It has now been almost 2 months of waiting cause she clearly doesnt know how to do her job right.

Looks like they have a good reputation, but Im giving them a thumbs down for not responding to my emails and phone calls. I guess getting back to potential customers is a hard thing to do.

We need our front door repaired. They not only were able to service it the day we called, but were super friendly and did an excellent job. We really appreciate the service we received!

Holy smokes the bad reviews to me are shocking. I own a small business in Eureka. I have been doing business with Eureka Glass for over a decade. I find them to be fast, professional and easy to work with.I always have crazy ideas for display cases, or shelving and I call them up. They send someone over. Measure, consult, and with in a couple weeks its done. I would recommend Eureka Glass to anyone. I am tattooed, pierced, and never felt discriminated against or disrespected by the staff.If your looking for a fast reliable company. Professional...personable...totally on point...

Most people are more likely to write a review when they have a negative experience. Not sure what happened with the two people who gave very negative ratings, but I decided to write this review because I just had my second interaction with Eureka Glass and both were very positive. In my first experience, they were 20% less than their competition and were friendly. Second experience today, staff was again very friendly and cut my glass immediately so I did not have to come back for it. Based on my two experiences, I recommend them.

Got new windows, they were installed quick and very professional. Slight mixup with sizes but they came back and fixed it with no extra charge. Recently I needed a new screen and it was made faster than expected. My new windows work great and I trust them to take care of me if I have any issues!

A representative came out to my house to look at my front windows, which had holes in them after some young punks shot them with a be-bee gun. He said it was a difficult and expensive job but he didnt know how much. He said hed e-mail me with an estimate, but I never heard from them again.

Ive been using Eureka Glass since 2012. First to install glass in my art studio and then to order framing glass and plexiglass for my artwork.The service is excellent, the people friendly and I have had no problems with any order. If a piece of plexiglass or glass has a scratch on it, it is replaced immediately, no questions asked. Scratches are rare. I would not go elsewhere for glass or plexiglass.
