I had a great experience, when I called for an oil change and tire rotation I got an appointment almost the following day! Staff is friendly and thorough, answering every question I had. After your appointment the send you home with a packet of the service they provided along with a referral (with anticipated prices) if any other services need to be done for your vehicle! I felt they were super helpful and professional. I will definitely be going there for future vehicle maintenance. 🤗

Jesse and Lyle are awesome. Replaced my shocks and did realignment after free diagnosis. Returned to get custom exhaust, headlights and fog lights installed. Honest mechanic, free diagnosis, very fair pricing. Now my family automotive place for all our vehicles.

Messaged these people about changing head/fog lights and fixing my DRL. They told me they would look for the bulbs and get back to me. Almost 2 weeks later I messaged them asking if they found the bulbs and they read my message and never got back to me. So I messaged them again because I can’t see out of my headlights and going out of town soon and they again read it and didn’t get back to me. So I guess I will just go to someone else!

I needed a mechanic and they invited me in and looked over my vehicle. We talked about the issue and I was given an honest quote. I was in a car accident and my insurance company wouldnt pay for the damages. But J &L automotive they had my back. Had my car fixed in one day and for less than my deductible. Thanks J & L automotive you guys amazing.

Do not use for major repairs! Needed transmission replaced. After multiple delays, they finally installed a BROKEN used transmission, then when I told them it was faulty they tried to pressure me into paying full labor again to replace it with another one. Out $1700+, still have a broken transmission. In addition, mechanic is extremely rude, using profanity repeatedly and telling me to shut up and stop interrupting, even when he asked a question and I started to answer. Worst experience Ive ever had with a car repair.
