Had my truck towed in to have an alternator belt put on and the staff was very polite and saw to my vehicle earlier than expected. A week later the belt was making an egregious amount of noise. I just brought it in and they adjusted it free of charge. Im very pleased with my first experience with Firestone.

The employees at Firestone complete auto care Eureka are all awesome and always do a great job on my vehicle, whether its new tires and alignment, an oil change or just a quick patch on a flat they have always been fast and friendly. The manager, Diana, is awesome and always helpful in person or on the phone. They have even allowed me to arrange someone else picking my car up when I had a family emergency and kept my car safely lock inside the garage over night when I was unable to get back before closing once.

Terrible services. Took car in for alignment and they didnt even do it. Said they needed aftermarket parts to do the service. Still charged for alignment even though they didnt do it. Stay away

My first experience here and I couldnt be more pleased! These guys are the stand up real deal mechanics in this area. Honesty and fairness and most importantly solid work are qualities these guys champion. I was in a difficult situation with my vehicle and these guys ( Chris) could have taken advantage of my situation but instead I was treated to a more than fair price and a hasty repair! Just tried to charge me 200$ to change a headlight. Will not go back that is ridiculous.

I had to have about $600 worth of work done, so I was there for a few hours. The waiting room was comfortable, there was free hot chocolate and coffee, and a charging station available for various types of phones and portable gaming consoles. Its close to downtown Eureka so if you have a while to wait its a short walk to cafes, restraunts, shops, are galleries, pubs and the pier. The work they did on my car was good. Im definately going back to them even though I live about 3 hrs from there!

I thought they were not ripping me off but they did. My car had alignment fixed and they put it the routers in wrong. Prior to taking my car to get fixed with them my car wasnt making a squikyy noise but soon after they fixed my car that squikyy screeching noise started. I have not taken it to two Student auto shops. The guest one said that what was used werent brand new routers but used ones and that they were put on wrong was said by the second autoshop repair. They rip people off and I dont recommend them to anyone, especially females because they take advantage of our lack of knowledge in auto repairs.

Terrible experience at this location! Customer service was great however, the maintenance on my car by the tech was not!! I got brake work done and after a day of driving I noticed hearing very loud grinding sounds and felt it difficult to steer my car. I drove 5 hours to my destination. The next day I found the nearest bridgestone...when I arrived the tech told me I was blessed because my tired was in the process of coming off. Immediately I stared thinking how dangerous my life was in jeopardy as I was travel down the already dangerous mountain highways. Although they offered to fix the problem I received no call or apologies/ comps or anything when I could have been seriously injured!!

Best oil change prices in Eureka! Included an inspection of items that insure safety. Tires, fluids, bulbs... Ill return for more work. Great service all around!

The staff is tremendously kind and heavily customer service based. Diane is a multi-tasker and gifted at what she does. She lives up to her word and gets things done. She will help anyone who walks through the door and will do her best to help you even further if you need an extra hand. I have come here twice for an oil change. The first time I brought my old clunker that did have a lot of problems. The mechanic let me know that my CV boot was cracked. When I later went to check it out I noticed another huge problem. My sway bar stabilizer was dangerously loose, glaringly obvious,and right next to the problem the mechanic told me about. How did they not notice it? Oh well, I was paying for an oil change and thats what I got. Second time there, my oil change seemed to go fine. After I left I notice there is small note on my receipt that my power steering fluid is low. It was not topped off, no one offered to top it off, and no one informed me it was low. Annoying, but an easy fix. While Im filling my power steering fluid I decide to check my oil level too. It was VERY low! I had had my oil changed one week before, and was a whole two quarts low. I assumed I must have a leak for it to be that low that soon (I had only been driving around town). I topped off my oil, and kept an eye on it. It has remained at the correct level for two weeks..... Meaning they never filled it enough in the first place!

Every time I go in there Im always taken care of. From the minute I walk in tell the time I leave. The service is great, the techs are fast and always explains whats wrong and whats not wrong. This store will always get my service. You cant go wrong here.

Went in to get an engine diagnostic. I explained the problem my car as been having, they said it was most likely the transmission and to take it to a transmission repair place. They could have easily BS me, ran the $150 diagnostic to tell me that same information. It is so refreshing to go to an auto repair place that has such integrity. Thank you!

I was very happy with the service, i dont know much about auto work prices, but my family feels they are reasonable with their pricing. They also get the work done fast within their time estimate. I hate getting work done on my car, but they really make it less of a pain. They seem to be honest about when something really needs fixed or not, but they will mention the same issues for the same car. Ive never had a problem with my car after any visits

The mechanic was super helpful and even showed me the potential issues that were causing problems underneath my car. Didnt like what the problem was but at least they pointed me in the right direction 👍 Will recommend Firestone to my friends and family for sure

You need to make an appointment in order to be seen quickly. I went online and found an oil change coupon. for $18.99. I easily found parking & I went into the store to make an appointment for the following day. The oil change was quick and the service was great. I will definitely be a returning customer, especially when the competition is charging double for an oil change. A+

Great tires and good prices, when theyre on sale. Maybe its just me I dont know, but it seems to me that some of the employees there need to drop the attitude. There are plenty of other tire places in the area, so the competition is pretty stiff. I have no doubt that theyll be successful, but they could be number 1 premiere in the area if they just turned up the customer service a bit. You dont have to like me, just remember I am the customer and I can go anywhere I want. Les Schwab is just on the other side of Broadway and they have great prices too.

I came to Firestone for their lifetime alignment service. I appreciate that, unlike Sears, they will provide a lifetime alignment, despite the fact, that I bought my tires at Costco. However, if I had known they would price match and beat Costco deals, I would have come to Firestone for my tires, as well! (I should have done more research) So far, Ive had an excellent experience with this company, and I look forward to coming here for future service.

I always get my oil and tires and alignments here. Cant beat prices. Lifetime alignment is the best thing Ive ever bought. If you plan on keeping your car more than a year it pays for itself ! Oil change coupons make their prices I think the best in eureka ? Free tire rotation with oil change if you buy tire there. Prices for tires are ok. Never gotten service there because me and my boyfriend are handy and dont enjoy getting price gouged. Waiting area is comfy and staff is friendly. Les scwab did have tires for 10 percent cheaper and more in stock so five them a call if youre getting tires.

The starter went out on our truck. We came in on a Saturday, and they told us they could get the part and put it in by 6pm. Our truck was parked a block away, and would not start. They were so friendly and nice. They worked on the truck while it was parked on the street. They got it working great, and got us back on the road. They were reasonable and honest.

Folk are very friendly, BUT their lifetime rotation and balance service takes for ever. I have about 40k on my present tires which they installed. so i have rotated my tires about 7 times now and It takes anywhere from 2-4 hours for them to rotate your tires. I go to any other tire shop and tires are rotated within 1 hr tops. This is a 15 min service that takes 4 hours at Firestone in Eureka. WHY????

So it sounded like something was caught in my brake pads or axle. I let it go on 2 weeks. I knew it wasnt my brakes. It was the emergency brake pad that had broken off and was rattling around. I was out of there in 3 hours and no problems so far. My dog was allowed in the waiting area so all around a good visit.

Inexpensive and truly care for their customers. I cam in for an oil change and they told me other things that could be done but were honest if it was just upkeep or necessary. And they were able to do what I needed right then except when it was close to closing, which I appreciated not having to schedule and come back.

They went prompt and did a standard job. Average as far as welcoming and friendly.

The customer service at this location is absolutely the best in the area! I think the names of the two reps that helped me were Diana and Joe, both were some of the most friendly and knowledgeable auto care professionals that Ive EVER encountered. Bravo!

Have received good service for 11 years from this location. Estimator/ front desk personnel are helpful with suggestions to meet your budget. In house financing is available. Manager Chris and assistant Diane are friendly and helpful.

Car broke down with a failed fuel pump. Got it towed in an hour before close on Saturday. We let them know we were driving back to LA. They got it diagnosed Sunday morning despite a busy schedule and repairs completed by 930AM on Monday. Very thankful for the extra care and courtesy to get us back on the road ASAP! Price was reasonable, within national average.

These folks saw us immediately at the end of the work day for an emergency tire replacement. They treated us fairly, let our dogs hang out with us in the lobby while we waited and were generally very accommodating and friendly. My girlfriend and I were both quite impressed with everything this location did for us. If I lived in Eureka this place would have my business any time I needed tires or an alignment.
