I am enjoying my new Android auto and back up cam and mildly amplified kicker speakers on my old Subaru Legacy very much. Anything that keeps a good car on the road and enjoyable is an amazing service to me since I believe in using things to the last drop and taking care things to that effect. The install looks very well done and everything works super well. They made sure I left with the stereo fully usable and my phone connected properly. Even hooked me up with a nice braided type c cable. Thank you!Oh and they diagnosed a dead battery which at first I thought they might be up selling, BUT now my car starts much stronger so 👌

Went here to get my stereo wired in with my sub. They told me the stereo must have been faulty because the sub had no sound. They also made a salty comment on how I had a cheap boss stereo. They then tried upselling me a 110$ stereo. I declined and purchased another stereo else where and my sub still doesn’t work after installing the new stereo. They misdiagnosed my issue and almost got me to spend more money with them to install a new stereo when that wasn’t the issue. Gonna just keep doing my own diagnosis on the system. One guy said RCA-Aux hooked up to his phone worked on the sub so I’m gonna run a splitter from my phone to the sub and stereo. That’d make a 20$ fix instead of their 110$ Stereo +80$an hour install price “fix”. I don’t have the most conventional fix but better than their money pit fix. Wish I could give a better rating.

Awesome job! Installed new rear speakers in my 18 accord, fixed the wiring short done by other shop in AZ and the rear panel rattle. Highly recommend Eureka car stereo!

Not happy with them. I bought a speeker and an amp and had them install it and when I got my car back there were pry marks on my dash around my sterio and now the piece that holds my sterio in will not snap into place, its loose and some clips are broken. It looks terrible. And so I went back and showed them and they told me that it was like that before they started which is BS because I just bought my car from A dealership and it was not at all like that. So they did not fix it or even try to fix it... I had friends that couldve done a better job but I paid a lot of money because I wanted it to look good and I thought they were professionals. Very disappointed with the outcome.

Terrible! I called in and was told after giving my auto information my parts & labor were going to be $120 for parts and $160 labor (total $280) to install a stereo I ordered online. When I got down there to schedule the appointment I was told it was going to be $200 parts and $250 labor (total $450)! Gave them the finger and now posting this! I rather drive to the bay area to have it installed than to ever give these scammers any $$$!

Fuse replacement for car radio, they made the wires much better and went above and beyond with super reasonable prices. Labor is $85/hr (2021)

Just had my stereo wired in my vehicle I installed it which save me money there but after it was all said and done I was an extra $12 charge which hand for me was to be able to plug in adapter into the stock wiring harness which if they would have told me they had one of those to begin with I could have saved 40 bucks but it was for a semi truck so I never even thought to ask my bad but all in all they did a good job of what they did do

I took my excursion in they totally re wired it with a new amp existing alpine head unit and a alpine 15 excellent job sounds great hits hard you can hear it for blocks thanks

They recommended and installed an Alpine deck in my car. They did a good job and it was a great price. I will be a returning customer. A couple of years ago they sold me the perfect Pioneer 3.5 speakers. Those little Pioneers 2-ways have to one of best on the market.Their lobby is comfortable and has great magazines. And the Alpine deck was probably the best choice for my setup. Furthermore, their location is perfect; go across the street to Eureka Natural Foods while you wait. I saved money by doing a lot of the work myself (designing, research, installation of sub and speakers), but seriously, it takes a lot of time (+20 hours) to do all of that yourself and its hit-or-miss. Its worth it to have professionals handle everything for you, which I will do with my next car.

These guys are super helpful. I bought a new stereo for my car and they answered any questions I had about installing it myself and told me if I had any more questions later it was ok if I called in later. Really nice guys. Then later when I bought new speakers for the car and attempted putting them in myself and ran into some problems they gave me no trouble when I had decided to have them do it so I could be sure it was done right. I really like the setup for there showroom. You can test out different speakers and different stereo plates and they know which ones will work for your car. I couldnt have asked for a better experience as a first time car audio equipment customer

This place is a joke I call they tell me the price of $350 over the phone to install a deck and amp. Which was already high. Then I go in because I schedule an appointment with them and I get told a totally different price it was actually over hundred bucks difference I dont know if was because I was Mexican or what but yeah it wasnt cool. Considering I had everything I mean everything to install the deck and amp. I also wanted the door speakers installed and they want to charge me $300 extra over the phone who knows in person and all they had to connect was connect one wire which I did myself cuz I had everything for the speakers as well. Fortuna give me a way better price but its a really long wait thankfully Im going down south to visit because they were giving me a way better prices its not even funny how much cheaper it is down there.

I love the Alpine Stereo I recently bought! I stopped in to look at a new stereo because the one in my car had stopped working. The salesman showed me a few of the stereos they had to offer and he said he would recommend the Alpine. While we were looking at them one of the installers had driven my car into the shop and had discovered that I just had a blown fuse and my stereo was working now. By that time I already had my heart set on an Alpine and I had them install it anyways. It has Bluetooth and connects to my phone. I can play my iPod too. Thanks guys, great job!

Was happy with my sound system they installed 4 focal speakers, Alpine 4 channel amp, and Tacoma stealth box with a JL audio sub. Was awesome till the sub blew, had it installed early 2017 now roughly 8 months later today I went in to get it replaced by warranty and they kept telling me I wasnt in their database and they had no records of the work I had done to my truck... They charged me ~$2,200-$2,800 when I first got the job done, I find it incredibly difficult to believe that they have no record of this transaction. All Ive been able to find is a receipt of my initial deposit for the stealth box, now Im starting to wonder if they intentionally didnt give me one and told me it was in the box with the old speakers and I just didnt check because I was so excited to have a sound system.... Im not really sure. Im going to take this deposit receipt from 1-12-17 if I find out they wont let me collect my warranty and they really cant find any record of the work they did on my tuck Ill just buy a new sub for my stealth box somewhere else and theyll have lost me and probably anyone I know as customers. This whole ordeal has been very unprofessional in my opinion. Edit: had a filing error they were able to find the receipt for my complete purchase they had me worried but came through in the end, guess It was an unlucky mixup these guys are solid again in my books maybe just a lil unorganized.

STOP do not get work done at this Shop. There uneducated rude to say the least.Youre much better off driving to Fortuna, Redding or Sacramento.Also they arent able to instal remote start on any vehicle no matter of year and make.So youre paying 200 bucks for them to install 5 wires awful experience.Better off hiring a blind drunk monkey off craigslist to do the work

I made an appointment to install a CD player and back up camera in my jeep, when I got there they literally said they didnt want to do it...it would be too much work. I honestly laughed because I thought he was joking...he was dead serious. Garbage. They are disgrace to local businesses.

Got stereo put in now truck wont start half to get towed out of there had truck for couple years with no problems at all kinda odd but they say wasent them not to happy I wont go back there and if shop finds it was something they did they will pay for tow shop to look at and fix
