Place is great. They had a bunch of copies of a country singing game so I bought 25 of them.

Gamestop is the best, I always go their for my games or online cards. Every month, I get 5 bucks off of anything for having this pass (I forgot how much and what it was called) if your a gamer, you already know where to go.

The staff at this location is phenomenal. Every time my partner and I come in they are very friendly and helpful. We are a lesbian couple and we are never discriminated at this location unlike others. This location has a great selection and it’s in the mall so it’s not the easiest to see from the street itself. Just look for the bay shore mall.

This is the place to go. The staff is extremely helpful. I had to return multiple times for returns (based upon the performance of my own hardware and setup NOT the games they sold me) and Stephen was fantastic. He didn’t mind at all and he even suggested games I should get based upon my particular preferences. Very professional and kind.

I feel bad because I know that they workers are awesome, but their MGMT and the way they have to push those gamer cards on to people is crazy.. Was getting my Plantronics RIG B800HS replaced (because mic stopped working randomly.) (I also bought these at GameStop) Good service, but manager told me That Razer Nari Essential wireless would work for PC, thankfully I went to the Razer website and found out they do not, got them replaced for the Razer Thresher, which is Xbox exclusive and requires a Xbox wireless adapter to use on PC. So make sure to call before coming here and ask if they have what you need, if not ask them to order it for you so you can pick it up when it is in stock. (The price was $183 but the RIGs gave me $150 credit)

I have had moreso a bad experience with online gamestop shopping, but whenever something is wrong with my online order the staff here is always quick to help. Whether to give me a full refund or exchange for a better game used copy; in accordance to Gamestop policy. I do not know the managers name, but there is this guy that the staff always ask him before approval; in which i think he is the manager.? But i normally get what i want. On a side note, I have been there when people try to exchange used game and they do not approve due to the poor quality of the game they are trying to submit for money. In which i think is great that they have a high standard because, i mainly purchase used games from Gamestop. Every used game i purchase online is a lot of times, not that great. I take it to this particular store and they exchange it for a good quality used game. Just purchased some used equipment there today, and even then, they work like new. If you are like me, i would purchase used items from this particular Gamestop with confidence.

Ever since the change of storefront and the new staff several years ago service has vastly improved! Everything is easy to find, the staff is friendly and gives good recommendations, and overall the whole place is much friendlier.

Fun gamestop chain full of pop culture toys alongside the obvious expectation of games. A little disappointed with the lack of clearance games that ive come to expect to with other locations though. Additionally, Staff are professional and helpful.

If I could give zero stars I would. Customer service is the worst I have been to in general. Management rude and doesnt want to be helpful. I agree with every person that says they have to wait in line forever. I was in a few weeks ago and the second cashier is sitting there chatting with a customer. Not ringing him up literally just taking while the other employee is dealing with at least 5 people in line. I almost stopped coming here last Christmas because of poor service and lack of knowledge. It would be nice if their district manager would read these reviews and correct the issues. I guess I will be buying all my games off my console directly or I will go to amazon. Dont waste your time here!

I went there to buy Elder Scrolls Online, and I ended up waiting in line for upwards of 10-15 minutes even though there were 2 cash registers and only one person in front of me who was checking out at the other register, and instead of taking my order, one of the cashiers was pissing around instead of taking my order. I mean seriously, she wasnt doing anything important as far as I could see. Seriously, f**k that place.

I wish I was able to give zero stars.. The service is super duper slow. Expect to be waiting awhile no matter the time. No representative could help with my issue, from store clerks to management. They wouldnt sell me a product because i wouldnt give them my cell number. Their return policy is terrible. Avoid trouble and hassle by avoiding this Gamestop.

I wanted to buy a switch for my family today its our first console together. We drove to the mall and went to walmart where i presented the idea of its been almost a year talking about this lets do it! But not at walmart, lets go to gamestop. But the Nerd Sweat smell was something a fellow game player couldnt stand. I feel bad for the workers. It sucks having to go to Target to get clean enough air to think.

This game stop is ok some times when you go in its nice and quite and some times its really full and it takes for ever to get help. but all together its a ok game stop and things are kind of pricey but its usually worth it :) unless you call and they have $150 head sets and you look on amazon and you can get a Triton for $75 for Xbox one. lol

I thought instead of coming because I was busy to ask to send a picture and they hung up on me. I thought it was rude and I don’t recommend calling in.
