I really had a nice experience at Site for Sore Eyes. My technician was experienced and explained everything. And I give him an A+ for having a great attitude and a lot of fun during the examination

I bought replacement frames online to replace the frames i had broken. i absolutely could not get the screws out holding the demo lenses in to put my lenses in. i had stripped out the screws and cut up my hands with different screwdrivers. i brought them in and the person that runs this store swapped the lenses out in moments during our conversation without me even noticing he was doing it. i was completely blown away and i am so happy to have my glasses working again. i cannot overstate how happy i am. the person who runs this store is a master of this stuff, i highly recommend.

The entire staff was friendly and helpful. It took me about an hour and a half to find just the right frames for my prescription sunglasses. They were happy to give honest opinions on each and every pair I tried on and there were a lot. Highly recommend!!!!!

This snowbirder needed néw specks. Everywhere I went there was a 2 month wait. Sight for sore eyes put me on standby if a cancellation came in. That afternoon I was called to come in and I was impressed by there exam. Pictures of my eyes were taken that have never been done before. I was shown and given advise on cleaning up dirt and pollen that had been given me problems. My new specks were made up and express mailed to me within 10 days. I can see far and near again.

These folks are awesome. I recently broke my glasses (stepped on them) while staying in Eureka during my vacation and needed repairs. But my glasses were shot from the accident. So these folks gave me a break on the cost of new rims and VOILA! I was on the road again. They were gracious, kind, honest, and professional in every respect. Good sense of humor too. The wait was very short and the doctor was great. He asked good questions about my needs and lifestyle, explained things clearly, and made specific recommendations. This was the most comprehensive and thorough eye exam I’ve had, for both glasses and contacts, and it was easy and relaxed. I’ve had countless eye exams and I learned more about my own eyes at this one appointment than every other exam combined.The staff is very knowledgeable about the products and so helpful with style advice. Stop winging it with your glasses decisions. Take advantage of expertise when you have the chance and learn how good you can look. Phil is so enthusiastic about everything and happy to go above and beyond. Finally - billing is so much better with Site, and that alone is a big deal for me, who is not a fan of paperwork and reimbursements.

Ive been here several times in the last few years. The wait is short and the doctors take the time to help you understand your particular circumstances. The office staff are friendly and have helped me pick out glasses several times. Never had a problem. Highly recommend :)

Very helpful and professional. They did a fabulous job with my 8 year old daughter. They made her feel comfortable and helped select frames and lenses that would be the most beneficial and still attractive. Open for business on Saturdays which is convenient for my schedule.

In 2018, we moved to Eureka after living in major metro areas with top choices for glasses and doctors. Recently, my eyesight started changing and I looked around for options in the area. I did not expect the high quality of service I found at Site for Sore Eyes. Both Steve and Phil take great care of me and provide the most sincere and highest quality service I have received in over 20 years. In addition, the optometrist, Dr. Peter Disalvo is excellent with his exams and care. It turns out I have a eye condition developing and Dr. Disalvo and the team took extra time to make sure my prescription was accurate and correct.They followed up on every appointment and after everything was complete they made sure I was satisfied and seeing well with my new glasses.By the way, I paid the lowest price for quality frames, lenses with progressive and anti-reflective lenses I have ever paid anywhere in the US. Excellent value and I highly recommend the Eureka store.

Bought glasses here because I didnt have much of a choice and when I got the glasses, the frames didnt sit straight. The nice lady at front tried warming them up but couldnt fix them but I took them because I needed for work and didnt hurt to wear them. I just cant told them like normal when I put them away did the day. Will not go back

This place is absolutely TRASH. They didnt even call to confirm an appointment and then cancelled the appointment without even call to inform me of the change. Horrible management .Very disrespectful.

They are completely useless and unhelpful my wife is in jail and they will not sell me her contacts because shes not been there for a year . If that is the law just another stupid one, good thing Hubble will seems like any is better than none
