Very rude customer service and disorganized tank leasing records... I rented a dry ice bin from them and returned it about a month after I rented it because it was so expensive to rent. It was cheaper just to buy one then it was to rent theirs for two months, and six months after I returned it, I get a bill in the mail for $2400 saying that they’re going to turn me in to collections if I don’t pay it within the week! Very unprofessional and very Offensive. When I tried to resolve the issue I was forced to pay the $2400 Balance within one weeks time or they were gonna turn that into a collections agency and it would go against my credit. I was dumbfounded and kind of cornered because I open my mouth and said that I was trying to buy a house and get approved for a loan with my wife...so they use that As leverage to manipulate the situation and leave me no option but to pay it.... Not to mention I made a deal with the owner a while back and we shook hands and agreed that I would be receiving a percentage of the profits of their business brought to them by me turning over all of my customers and Discontinuing my future business with gas innovations... he then laughed at me after about 2 million dollars worth of orders were filled from my clients and told me I was naive and should have got it in writing.... Kieth is a total wolf in sheep’s clothing. I contacted the BBB. Yet, Still no effort from Kieth linville, the owner of eureka oxygen, to be a man of his word. Checks out.

Great service, nice folks . this is the best place anywhere to get supply for welding . the staff here went out of there way to help me numerous times, can not thank them enough for the old school serves.

Care more about themselves than taking care of employees. Seen employees there get treated poorly and even fired for rediculoise reasons. For the customer they will do anything to make a dollar but with no regard for there own people and watching them struggle. All owner cares for is the dollar and will bully his weight around to get it

A total rip off if your getting C02 filled $35 for a 5lb tank. I will never be going back here for C02. Price gouging at the max.

I called ahead asking if I can come in and get co2 refill. I even went as far as asking if I should schedule an appointment they said come on in. When I arrived I was told to come back in 30 minutes because John needed time to spread mayonnaise on his sandwich. I will definitely be searching for a new place for CO2 I was a first-time customer and this is also going to be my last time if I did not require CO2 today I would not go back. Its completely ridiculous to drive all the way out there to the freeway only to get told that we have to wait for John to finish creating the Masterpiece that is his sandwich

The staff is always helpful and although items are higher priced than youd find online, discounts are often available (if you ask nicely or spend enough with an account). My goto supplier for gas & welding supplies when I need it yesterday!

Got me right in to get a propane tank recertified and filled the tank too, all in about 10 minutes. Usually takes 15 to 20 minutes elsewhere in town whether its a gas station or Uhaul. Sometimes you have to drop off a tank and they get to it when they can so maybe I was lucky. Regardless I was treated well and the price was reasonable.
