The only place that I am aware of that carries nitro rd parts and fuel. Close to the online prices and I didnt have to wait to get my fuel

I took my bike in for issues to be fixed. After they replaced things $1k and 4 months later I finally get a call to pick it up. Wouldnt even make it on the trailer. Next day get a call that its fixed. Pick it up. They load it on the trailer for me. Turns out because it still wont run right. Nothing but crooks. Never again.

Took my 2021 razor turbo in for service..disaster...I should have learned then, but I was hopeful. Took it in again to have rear radius rods and 4 days later they are a disaster. Complete waste of time and money. Service manager just blew me off and blamed it on not being able to find instructions online. Super frustrating, but like everything else here ...if you want service or quality you have to leave the area for it...so sad

We have been on a “waiting list” for a motorcycle for our daughter since Oct 2020, hoping it would be a Christmas gift for her. December passed, we checked back in Feb, March...finally was told a bike would be coming in April. Just called today May 14th to find out Andy the sales manager sold the bike to someone who ordered a different size bike but decided this one we’ve been waiting for, for literally 6 months, would fit his son better. No one on the waiting list was called and no apologies were made. If this isn’t the WORST customer service in history I don’t know what is. I’m pretty sure Andy needs refresher course on customer service and understanding how a waiting list works. You’ve lost local customers and we will be sure to let everyone know how you handle business.

I came by to check out the Raptor 90. Andy was not very helpful. He really needs to go to salesman school. He wouldnt sell me the quad even though my daughter is 16.I will take my business to Redding or Medford.Brian Powell

It takes the mechanics a long time to change tires. Even if you just have one tire.

Took awhile to repair my Polaris due to having a large workload and slow parts delivery.I suggest they hire some additional mechanics and they could speed up their turnaround time.

A Warranty part got put on back order for a few weeks and instead of making me wait they ordered it from somewhere else on there own dime to get it back to me faster! Good service much appreciated

Huge shout out to Pacific Motorsports. A group of us were on a big road trip on our way home and this shop went above and beyond to get us going quickly with a new rear tire for a ZX1100 and a counter shaft seal for a 70s CB750!! fantastic service! Will definitely be marking this town and shop as a destination spot.

I was had a flat out on CA-36; was very unhappy about paying for the tow, but the folks at Pacific Motorsports were really friendly. I was passing through the area, so they got me in and out in a few hours when I was in a real bind. These guys were able to squeeze us in and change two tires on a goldwing (with sidecar), and get us back on the road extremely quickly. Very happy with their service department!

My 3-star review is really a 1-star review and a 5-star review.I had a tire flat and after waiting for hours finally had a tow truck arrive to take me to their shop. It was 20 minutes before closing, but because I really needed my tire fixed so I could ride my bike, they stayed late to fix it. Everyone was great and I was really impressed.Yet, when my bike needed annual servicing I had to call 3 times, leave 3 messages, and still have never heard back. The reason I was willing to call so much was because they had been so great before. Now Im taking my business elsewhere.

I went in to purchase a motorcycle helmet and gloves and the women up front were very helpful and friendly. Also, the guy on the floor who helped me pick out a helmet seemed very knowledgeable and nice. I am very happy with my purchase. Thanks Pacific Motorsports. :)

Called regarding Traxxas items (special edition r/c I cant get anywhere in Oregon.) Was helped by female, believe it was Kelly, who was extremely helpful and actually knowledgeable. Ive never had anyone actually be helpful to the point that they looked something up without me asking or tried every way possible to assist.Weve been conditioned to poor customer service and, unfortunately, used to doing everything ourselves. I normally look everything up myself and am still baffled how she took it upon herself to assist me. Im bummed this shop is almost 3 hours from where I live.Ill hopefully be ordering a car from them as she advised I could get it shipped directly to me from their website.

Wanted to order a part so I called them. The guy ask for my number and hanged up on me since I dont have the same area code as them because they were afraid it will charge them too much. That is sad

Have been waiting to get a quote on our bike for insurance purposes and its been over a month. No call, no diagnosis, nothing! After a month I went in to check and they said they were going to contact the insurance company and a week and a half later still nothing.

Getting my new honda crf 110 and i dont know what people are saying all these bad things i like them and the helped me and verincoa answer sometimes and directs my call where i need it so people come in and buy a bike the have awsame new stuff and the order if an item is not there in store
