I was riding on a trail 45 min away and broke down. They were the only ones willing to work on my Arctic cat. They spent 2 hrs diagnosing and trying to fix my ATV. Even though we couldnt find the part I needed they explained what I needed to do to fix it. He helped me find the part online and when I got back home to SC I was able to get it up and running. I wish these guys were in my hometown. Very professional and courteous to me!!! They didnt even want to charge me but I insisted on giving them something for their time. Very honest repair shop...you dont find that often anymore!!!

Will definitely continue my business with Gary at elite motorsports. I recently purchased a used Jet ski and had Gary look it over Thankfully there was nothing wrong with the jet ski. But Gary took his own time to look over it and did not charge me a dime. It is very hard to find trustworthy mechanics and I would definitely say he is I trust trustworthy mechanic. He could have easily told me something was wrong with it and charged me for it but he didnt. I would recommend him to anybody.

Took my seadoo that wasnt getting up to speed to Gary (June 1st, 2020). He thought it could be a carb issue, turned out it was a bad spark plug. So instead of a $300 dollar bill, it was only $30 for his time. Hard to find an honest guy like him. So I took him 2 ATVs for brake work and oil changes (6/9/2020). Gary is very skilled at what he does took my dirt bike to him once before and had it fixed and running that same week.. then I aswell just brought another bike to him and he was very helpful with told me that all I need was a bigger battery and I would be good. I would recommend him to anyone as well is very fair with his priceing thank you Gary will be back very soon...Update for January 21, 2021 brought my Yamaha 125 back to Gary to get a few minor things fixed before I move out of the state was very understanding and also pointed out a few other things that I may need and with the person he is and because he’s worked on my stuff before I took his word and told him you do what you need to do and make this thing ride again. I recommend anybody and they use this area to bring your outdoor sports to him and let him work on them he is an excellent mechanic and he’s just not trying to get a buck off of you very very nice gentleman. And whenever I move out of state I will probably drive the 6 1/2 hours so he can work on my stuff. Thank you Gary

Took my seadoo in after rotary valve gear failed. He replaced it to the tune of like $1000 and when i got ski back, it did not run right. I called to let him know and he told me to bring it in under warranty. Once i got the ski to him, he had it in his possession for almost 10 months and when i finally got it back(in pieces) i noticed a brand new jug of oil and a collapsable paddle missing as well. He told me that he would replace the oil which still hasnt happened. I ended up taking the ski to a reputable mechanic and he had my ski fixed in a very timley manner. I told the owner of elite what was wrong with the ski, and he changed the story saying that he was the one who did all the work on my ski to it must of been something his helper did putting the carburetor back on. If you need a good mechanic, by all means, this is not the place. I had a really great experience with Dels watercraft, highly recommended.Update....after posting this review, Gary message me via text at almost 9:00 at night arguing back and forth about what the real problem was once a reputable shop made repairs. He claimed to have called the mechamic at the other shop to find out how much the invoice was to compensate repair cost. I called the mechanic the next day and asked him, he informed me Gary had no way to call him at 9:00 at night (there is Garys 1st lie) he then proceeded to tell me that he was going to send a check which has not happened (lie number 2) and now lie number three....he has no idea who I am but I have letterhead invoice from his shop declaring how much he screwed me out of just at his shop alone; and I also have text messages from the very beginning, so before you fall victim, feel free to contact me through review and I will gladly pass these messages on and you be the judge of true character at hand.

First bad experience with a mechanic and got burned so bad. I have a 2008 buell 1125r hit my first major service marker with it being 12,400 which includes a valve clearance. I called 8 different shops/dealers around town which all told me they cannot service the vehicle. After I was ready to call it quits and spend the few extra 100 or so dollars for harley to do it, I drove past this shop and googled them online to find their contact info while also being very close to my new home in Eustis. After calling, Gary told me he could in fact do a valve clearance for my bike.Happily I made an appointment with him which he did not actually commit to, making my bike last priority on his list. While dropping off the bike he wrote down all previous damage my bike had and have a nice conversation talking about the nice new paint job on the bike. I call Gary seemingly everyday asking about my bike being finished since he said it would be but only a few hours to do but close to a month later, he claimed to finally have finished the job and tells me to come back if theirs an oil leak but not to worry if only a little oil comes out because the seals need to settle and he didnt clean up all the oil when putting it back together. I paid him and took the bike home. The following morning I found a 3 foot or so wide puddle under my bike while the oil breather tube also had gas leaking from it. I call Gary immediately where he tells me he will fix it free of charge because it may be his fault but wont start working on it for 2 weeks.While dropping off the bike again for a second time, he inspects the vehicle, does the vehicle slip again writing all damage and tells me after asking if he ever damaged anything they are for his safety and the customers. My bike has no new damage at this point but has some new decals which we talk about and just make nice small talk. Gary takes the vehicle and doesnt start working on it for weeks, again making it last priority... I called him several times a week about it and he brushes me off, or tries to offer me topping off my bike wit him free oil to calm me down or tells me hes still working on it but a month and a half later, he tells me he doesnt know how to fix it referring me to harley and verbally telling me again he will pay for damages and refers me to Seminole harley.I pick up the bike again but this time i notice paint missing on the left rear side while the blinker is hanging. I start arguing with Gary through text not really wanting to pick up the bike until he we talk about this since he is not at the shop. The assistant at the shop tells me hes sorry and doesnt know how it happened and claims it has sat in the shop for too long to remember if it came like that or not. I take the bike back which I have to push all the way home because the battery was dead at this point and the walk wasnt far, it was probably better this way because it was drained of all the oil anyway from the leak and have Harley Davidson delivery service pick it up.After fixing it and everything they tell me they found the problem was they cracked the casing trying to hammer a seal on, and they confidently said it was a hammer. They refuse to assist in giving me in any statement saying this because they just want no part in this mess Im in. I text Gary again about what the issue was and tell him he owes the bill like we agreed and he goes and blocks me after I say he has camera systems in his shop and vehicle slips which would prove he caused the missing paint on bike and scratched brand new decals, and how the bike didnt have any leaks until he touched it.My experience with elite power sports....

Bought an ATV from Elite powersports a few months back and it runs great! We are very happy with our purchase. They had a great selection of quality powersports to choose from. Thinking of buying a jetski from them soon, for this summer! I highly recommend for boat and jetski repair as well.

Took two 4-wheelers to Gary at ELITE Power Sports in Eustis for repairs... One of them is a Raptor 350 that was vandalized about 8yrs ago and had never run the same since. I had taken it to 3 different mechanics over the years only to get it back, have it run terribly for about 2 months, then repeat... It was so frustrating (and expensive) that we were just about to park it, when we spotted Elite Power Sports in Eustis. We were at our wits-end so we figured it couldnt hurt to let Gary have a shot at the Raptor. He kept it for just over a week. We explained our budget limitations early on, and Gary called each time he found a new issue for cost approval. There were NO hidden fees or add ons at the time we picked up our two 4-wheelers. We noticed within the first test-drive that the Raptor was running better than it ever had before! Yaaaaaay! It started up with no problems, idled without stalling over and over again, then when I jumped on to ride it around my pasture, it ran perfectly! No sputtering, jerking, and stalling out whatsoever! It runs like its brand new! We will never take our ATVs to anyone else now that weve found Gary at Elite Power Sports! He was beyond fair and honest with his fees and the quality of his work is EXCEPTIONAL! Dont bother with any of the other shops in this area- save your time, money, and sanity, and go straight to E.P.S. in Eustis! You WILL NOT be disappointed! Tell Gary that Kyle and Tiffani sent ya ;-)!
