Always clean. ALWAYS friendly. Exceptional service and selection. Prices are a bit higher, per product, than Walmart- but Ill pay the difference for the quality of the store. Love my little local Publix.

Very nice place and workers are very polite.

Great location but I wish their hot bar (you know, where they sell the chicken tenders, wings, fries, sides, etc.) stayed open later than 7pm. The demographic of this area is working class, so a lot of us are just returning into the Sorrento area from work in Sanford or Altamonte around 6:30/7pm. If it stayed open til just 8pm, it would make a world of difference for a lot of people looking for dinner… in an area where the only real options are to drive to 441 or Mount Dora.

This place is right next to my house. It is the most convenient store and also has a boars head deli! Their fresh made potato salad is killer!! Everything you need you can find here without the long lines like the larger stores!

This Publix location takes all the necessary precautions to prevent and/or minimize the threat of covid-19 in this storeI would like to believe shoppers who frequent this location will continue to do so, no sense in taking chances elsewhere to do your grocery shopping.Despite the positives... the negative is simple....one can expect Publix prices to be considerably higher than other stores in your local community. For what purpose does that serve remains to be seen...for which Im sure are others who agree, for that reason Id hate to see that be the reason why Publix could go under is because of greed!!!

All Publixs need to halt shelf stocking during the morning and afternoon, especially on the weekends.Your standards are slipping. None of the stores we shop at care that they are endangering your customers.There are plenty of other grocery stores to shop at.

I live close to this Publix and I have to say that I personally love coming here when I have to pick up items. Inside looks nice and peaceful. Employees there are nice and will provide you assistance if you need any.

Store is clean but horrible management. Have tried to order from deli and pick up 5 different times the closest to the described pickup time is 20 minutes late the longest was 42 minutes late. Have mentioned that to management and was told order earlier. I ordered over 2 hours ago. He told me so pick an earlier time

My family has always liked the Publix chain for a variety of reasons. Now that I have discovered the GoodRx coupon feature with Publixs pharmacy, I have yet more reasons to love them. In total, I have switched approximately 6 prescriptions from Walgreens, saving me almost $500. Even with the use of my insurance plan at Walgreens, Publix save me more! I guess they have a BCF, best customer forever!😄

Friendly employees at Publix and always high quality of food. Sometimes out of my price range so usually only get the deals.Oh gosh shes going to kill me as we talk every time I see her the lady in the Seafood dept. As she is always in a great mood and goes above and beyond helping us out. We live Phil and Barbara too.

All in all this Publix is great. The staff are good people and most have a sense of humor. My only complaint is their produce department. Ive had moldy tomatoes and grapes, they were in bags and couldnt see until I opened the bag at home. The cilantro, parsley etc are so soggy from the misters that they will go bad in your crisper in 2 days if you dont dry them off first. You really need to look over all your produce here and make sure youre buying decent stuff. Everything else is just fine.

I love Publix! Their staff is a different caliber from any other supermarket. Publixs generousity to our communities is incredible. Hence, my one star rating is based on specific incidents I have witnessed.Yesterday, a woman was allowed to order three subs and get herself up close and personal while wearing NO MASK. Another man with his tween children also shopped carefree while wearing NO MASK. Meanwhile, the rest of us including employees wore masks.PUBLIX YOU NEED TO ENFORCE THE MASK MANDATE. I HAVE HAD EIGHT PEOPLE IN MY FAMILY DIE OF COVID-19 AND TWO ARE CURRENTLY RECOVERING.

The worst experience ever at a Publix. I live in Sorrento Springs and if anyone knows the area they know this is the only grocery store. Today my experience with an employee was the deciding factor for me to write this review. The employee was stocking eggs (mind you its 10:45 am and there were no eggs on the shelf). I walked up to him and asked if I could have a carton of eggs he said yes and gave me the eggs. I said thank you turned around and walked away. While I was walking away he mumble next time have some patience . At this time in our lives why do I need to subject myself to waiting for you to put the items on the shelf when he could have easily handed it to me. I am tired of this store carrying the publix name when they lack the customer service experience

Place is pretty anti covid 19 lol but people are nice and very informative and they got cotton candy grapes in season which are amazing!
