Went to service department to gather information, thank you Mr. Simone for not only answering my questions but for extending conversation with important information and having the respect and consideration not to push dealer services down my throat, your business practice is commendable, when ready Ill return and give you my business.As I drove into service I saw a nice vehicle for sale on the lot and first thing came to mind was my wife, she deserves something that nice and reliable but right now we just cant, we are sick and tired of that Korean thing and their constant recalls and the horrible customer service at the local dealer, besides we want and need to buy Made in the U.S.A.Mr. Harris came out to assist me, I explained that at home we have a couple of priorities ahead of a new vehicle and he didnt turned around and left neither did he tried to force a sale, again thank you for your time, respect and consideration, you set the ground for a future visit from us because stress, gimmicks, sales tactics and bla bla bla are not welcome in our book and at no point you fell on it.To rest of dealers, you just read how to attract future customers and remember the GOLDEN RULE: One satisfied customer might bring one or two (pushing it 3-4) new customers, while an unsatisfied customer will take away between 12 to 15 customers, do the math, do the right thing!

I started at Cecil Clark and was offered only 3000.00 for my trade in 2013 Malibu that was worth 7500.00 on true car. They tried selling a 2019 used equinox for 26000.00 I checked the internet for Vann Gannaway and found the 2021 Equinox. I was expecting the same trade in offer but was surprised to get a offer of 5500.00 trade on top of the customer cash of 3000.00. It put the new 2021 Equinox in my price range. I paid only 21200.00 for a brand new car instead of 26000.00 for used. Doug Tutin was very very helpful and informative, We chatted for quite a while waiting for the financial man, ROB. I even chatted with the pretty receptionist while Doug was in with Rob. Doug then took me on a tour of the dealership all the way to service. I was tickled because every time he introduced me to a worker they had a small gift for me as a new car owner. That was so cool. I have been taking my Chevy Malibu, which i traded, and my wifes Cruise to Cecil clark for service but no more, I will be using Vann Gannaway from now on and will certainly recommend them to everyone.

I emailed Vann Gannaway late one evening and the next morning before 8am, I received a text from Justin asking if he could reach out to me. We spoke briefly about the suburban. He went out test drove it for me, checking everything out and called me back to tell me about it. He spoke with his finance manager and they were so easy working with MY credit union and putting together an offer that had no extra hidden fees. They held the car for me and I made the drive up to finalize everything. The car was just as Justin described. He had everything ready to get me in/out the door in literally 15 minutes! It was already past their closing time but Justin took his time never making us feel rushed and went through every option and getting my OnStar and XM setup. After 3 visits finally got my window fixed. Spent many hours waiting because neither job should have taken so long.The previous problems were the crash avoidance sensors on the mirrors, both, because the symbols would light up for no reason as there were no objects around. Like when I leave for work at 6:30am the lights, one or both would light up. Also when driving down the streets.They replace some sensors and I guess GM got a defective batch. Seems to me you should have changed them all and save me a trip back.The service writers are great, 5 Stars for them.The sales and finance folks are great, 5 Stars too.Thanks

I have been a long-time customer because of the friendly and knowledgeable group from management down.

If I wanted to recall repair performed I would have to sign an agreement that because my dash was already cracked in some spots that they would not be held responsible for any further damage done to the dash and they messed it up pretty bad. So if you have a recall for your front passenger airbag and your dash is already cracked youre basically screwed so.

Received an oil change. Asked gem to check the tires as they were reading low ( a service that is claimed to be performed when doing an oil change) the tires were never touched or looked at. I ended up filling the tires myself later that day. The oil change before that I paid extra to have the tires rotated but watched most of the time and never once saw them touch my tires but was assured that my tires had been rotated. I now doubt that the service I paid extra for was ever performed when they don’t even fully perform the services included with other services. My car runs smoother with oil changes from pep boys.

This dealership is a hidden gem, if you want to be treated like family this is the place. My husband and I had such a great experience here, we drove over an hour away to come look at a used 2018 chevy 2500HD. We worked with Melvin in sales who took the time to send us pictures of the vehicle and told us the truth about the truck before we went over. From the moment we arrived we were treated with respect and honesty right through our financing experience with Tony. Melvin gave us a tour and introduced us to each department like we were family, including the owner. Many employees have been there over 10 years this says something about the ethics of how this place is run. I would 100% recommend this place and would return to purchase another vehicle.

Ive been here several times now for everything from oil changes, to mechanical work needing done on my car, and have had great experiences every time. Im not sure what the guys name is who stands outside and gives people information, but hes really sweet and funny. Then once inside I usually go to Lenny, who is very helpful, knowledgeable, kind, and patient describing what needs to be done with my car, how much it will cost, etc. I dont know much about cars, but the employees here help me understand whats going on, and I appreciate that. I dropped off my vehicle to get an oil change and to get a window replaced. I was informed that it was ready I showed up 1 hour after the time it was supposed to be ready. Dave from service department could not tell me where my vehicle was and when we finally found it, I had to go to auto body shop to pay and the vehicle was not cleaned after I had asked for the vehicle to be detailed I was charged for a cleaning fee but had to get Rusty to clean the vehicle because it was never done. This dealership was highly recommended to me from my sister and my brother n law due to their experiences there so I assumed it would be a good experience but that did not happen. Sorry for the 1 star but if this is the type of service you give out here I would not recommend it to anyone.
