This place was a nightmare. I would give zero starts if I could. We ordered all of our tile through them for our new build. First we receive the wood look floor tile and it was all wrong it was much thinner and lighter than what we ordered and completely the wrong color and pattern. So this according to Floors & More this was a manufacturer mistake. We had to drop everything & go to another tile place that day and find something they had in stock to avoid further delay on our house. We were understanding because things happen.Then we received the bathroom tile. The shower flooring tile was a completely different color it was a light greenish grey, we ordered dark grey and the wall tile they gave us wasn’t even close. We ordered a white porcelain tile with slight grey veining what we received was grey with white speckling. On the phone, Cindy insisted this was just a variation in color which it clearly was not a variation in color it was a different product. In fact what they sent us was not even porcelain tile it was marble so now we have to once again go to another tile place to avoid further delay. I spent a lot of time in picking out these finishes and taking samples around so that everything would match and have a certain look. Also, when you order something you expect to get what you ordered & pay for. I just cannot understand how they didn’t just mess up one thing but 3 out of 3. I am thankful I had samples of everything we ordered. I certainly would not recommend this place to anyone.

Have a few rentals. This is the only place I do business with when I need flooring.

Does not return calls or emails. Terrible customer service. The same tile cracked again after their “repair” and it took them 6 months to fix it and this time no answer.

Awesome place for all your flooring needs. I have used them many times over the years. Very knowledgeable and friendly people. They treat u like family.

Super friendly people, but I was very disappointing. From a budget quote of $1300 for 100 ft2, they went to an actual quote of $2500 without a clear explanation of how that is possible.
