Today was an amazing day! I took my brother in law to Tri County Premier Hearing to be tested and fitted for new hearing aids. We were seen by Divya Khirbat. I was incredibly impressed!! Her kindness, extra mile presence and her awesome technical professionalism was out of this world. My brother in law is completely deaf in one ear and hard of hearing in the other ear. She was so extra patient with him. After the test this new information (about his hearing loss) was hard for his mother to hear, but Mrs. Khirbat stepped into the moment dealt with her like a champion. She took up extra time with us all of us. She made calls for second opinions, she dealt with all of the insurance conversations for us, she requested additional test results just to make sure her findings were correct. I was blown away because of the distance she went to help us. We had never met her but the integrity in which she exhibited was so outstanding, it was like she had known us for a long time. I would highly recommencement Tri County Premier Hearing because you will be respected and they will go the extra mile that few will take for a first time customer. I am exceptionally pleased with Mrs. Khirbat. My brother in law uses sign language to communicate and he expressed he was so grateful with his experience. I hope Mrs. Khirbat will be honored for all that she did today to make our day. We cant wait to get those new hearing aids! She was nothing less than amazing!!
