Update #2***It seems as though Kendrick Paint & Body will go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Although my mom and I found some cause for minor frustration after receiving our car back, they have (in good faith) tried to rectify the issues that caused the frustration. Heading back tomorrow to complete the final part of this journey and hoping to end it on a positive note! - 9/30/21Update #1***Today will be the deciding factor. My car looks really good, but theres something causing moisture to build up in the trunk. Since this is where the repairs were made, Ill be calling Kendrick today to get a resolution (8/24/21).Initial post***Clean building and a professional staff. Im just beginning my journey with Kendrick Paint & Body to get body repairs done that occurred due to an accident recently. I have to say that Im impressed with the contact Kendrick has maintained with my mother and the rental car company. The transition from our car into the rental was painless and hassle-free. So far, so good.

Ive used Kendricks on numerous occasions over the years primarily for towing and body repair as well as protecting my interests in dealing with insurance companies. In fact if given a choice they are the only ones Ill let tow my vehicles. I had usually used the downtown location but had the pleasure of being introduced to the Evans facility recently. After a bit of a rocky start due to another towing service getting my name and phone number wrong I found the same competence and professionalism Id come to expect from Kendricks. Once appraised of the situation they quickly got everything squared away without me having to lift a finger. In fact most of it was handled by the lady at the front desk. Im horrible with names so true to form I cant remember hers but I will say KUDOS! I have and will continue to recommend Kendricks to anyone and everyone whether they ask or not

The day I found Kendricks Paint & Body I was in a bit of a panic. My daughter car window fell off track and and she had just started a new job working overnight. It was Friday at 4:45pm, I call six other body shops, car dealers, I decided to call one more shop and thats when I found Kendricks in Evans, GA. From the initial call I was greeted by a professional and caring customer service representative. It was almost closing time but a team stayed late just to assist me. Not only did they help my initial concern. My vehicle was treated with care, so much so to where Mr. Liam figured out what was causing my problem, the team at Kendricks ordered my parts, scheduled me and appointment for my repair as well. To my repair was completed, I was checked in with minimal waiting time, I was greeting by an amazing customer service representative, my vehicle repair was completed under an hour. I will be recommending Kendrick Paint and Body in Evans, GA to everyone I know.

I took my 2019 truck in to repair a small dent on the rear bumper. When I went to pick it up two things were obvious.1: The gap between the truck body on the repaired side and the bumper was approximately one inch. This separation on the undamaged side was less than half inch.2: The paint on the damaged bumper did not match the paint on the truck.Obviously the vehicle was not properly inspected before the attempted delivery. I left the vehicle to have these issues addressed.

Fantastic place. The manager was in communication with me through the whole thing and was very kind. And though I love this place, I know I wont have to go back because they made sure my car was 100% fixed

Kendrick made the whole experience much easier than I had expected. My estimate was made quickly upon receiving my call. I dropped the car off and picked up the rental car which Kendrick arranged for me. The text updates on the cars progress were nice as they allowed me to plan the day of pickup as we live some distance from their office. The body work and paint looks great-in short, no one would ever know that a teenager had backed into my car. Kendrick gave superior service at every turn and I would recommend them for any car repair.

Kendrick Paint & Body Shop - Evans provided a professional experience during our time working with them. Their quality of work is outstanding!

Insurance accident repair. Told to turn in on 5th of July @ 0800 and would have rental. Showed up....they were closed. Missed a day of work and then still had to take it back the next day. Had the vehicle for 21 days to fix a damaged lift gate and rear bumper. Got the vehicle back on 26 July. Rear hatch didnt close correctly. Large bubble/piece of dirt in paint. Told they would wet sand it out. Brought it back next day, wet sanded....still there. People are nice. Their quality control needs improvement.

The employees were very friendly and considerate. I have waited a brief time to complete this survey in order to drive my car some. The car is running well. No electronic/sensor issues. My husband was happy with paint and body work. Body part line up is wonderful!

I loved that Kendrick texted updates to me throughout the process, so I always knew what to expect. And my car looks great!

I due apologize for not writing more but Im typing on my phone. With that said everything was perfect from the customer service at the front desk to the expertise of the technicians all the way to the finishedproduct.

I wish I was fortunate enough to say I had the same experience as most of these reviews but nearly a year and a half later I’m still shocked and saddened at how poorly done my vehicle was. I had someone pull out in front of me on the second day of the year in 2020 and smashed up the front of my vehicle that I had bought only 3 months prior. I took my vehicle to Kendricks in Evans because I had heard nothing but great things through advertising and reviews such as these. I initially tried to get an appointment at their Martinez location but I wasn’t able to get in for another week but the Evans location got me in a couple of days. I whole heartedly regret not waiting. When I got my vehicle back the passenger side panel above the tire had been replaced, as it should have, but the color was in no way close to the rest of the vehicle. I also noticed a huge gap between where the hood and the drivers side panel above the tire would meet. I immediately pointed this out to Kevin only to be brushed off telling me thats just how it fits. Sure, that’s how it fits when that panel wasn’t replaced when it should have been and not just pop the dent out. There is a such a dramatically jarring difference. Standing in front of the vehicle you can clearly see how the two sides are uneven and the drivers side is unaligned with the hood and it’s extremely upsetting every time I look at my car. I am a female and I really don’t want to think this has any relevancy but I truly honestly feel had a male pointed out these exact problems there wouldn’t have been any push back or brushing off of the quality that was done. I am honestly appalled that any sort of management ok’d this before allowing it to leave their shop. I also believe had I waited for the Martinez locations availability to open or had gone anywhere else then I wouldn’t be in this situation.

The staff was professional and courteous. I received progress updates via text message on a daily basis. My vehicle was ready ahead of schedule. My expectations were exceeded in every possible way. They even tinted the window that had to be replaced. I wasnt expecting that and was dreading having to have it done. Thanks Kendricks!!

Following a car accident Kendrick was able to schedule everything in a timely manner and communicated with me often throughout the process.

Kendrick’s in Evans took GREAT care of my 2020 Challenger SRT Hellcat when it was in an unfortunate collision with a deer. I would absolutely not hesitate to bring any of my vehicles to them and was glad I chose them based off reviews. Thanks so much to them for the work they did and the GREAT service they provided!

I scheduled an appointment three weeks out. When my vehicle was dropped off for a one day repair, the parts needed to perform the repair hadn’t been ordered and no repair had been completed. To add insult to injury I had not received a phone call about the status of my vehicle so I called to find out if it was ready to be picked up to then be advised that no parts, no repair and poor communication about why my vehicle was not ready. I was finally transferred to the “manager “ to receive excuses and the blame was put on someone that was not even there. I unfortunately have to use bodyshops because I have a home full of no good drivers this type of experience really just adds Insult to injury. To say that I was upset and disappointed is an understatement!

I was greeted and was taken care of immediately and I left feeling confident that my car was left in good hands. I received the car four days later and left more confident when I was told if I had any problems to call them. Everyone was very courteous.

I came to this shop after I got into a car accident and they made my experience with getting it fixed so pleasant. We were rear ended in a car accident. I took the car straight to Kendrick’s Paint and Body in Evans. They helped setup the claim with Progressive Insurance, the rental with Enterprise, and got me on my way very quickly. I received my vehicle back and it looked amazing. The car was clean inside and out, the diamond white paint matched perfectly to the original paint job, and when we went to pick up the car we were told we had a nail in the front tire and they plugged it for free. Chuck and the team there know how to take care of you the best!

We had an excellent experience with Kendrick’s. We were responsible for our repairs and They went above and beyond and really made us feel our money was well spent. My Mother and I were in a one vehicle MVA and we opted to have Kendricks Paint and Body fix the vehicle. The vehicle is ready to be picked up and the insurance company has already paid their part however my Mom is having some difficulty paying the Deductible of 500, and the reason I want to post this is because my Moms Jeep has been ready now for a week and she has yet to pick it up and I called today for my Mom to ask them to gives us a few more days and we’ll have the money for the deductible, because we were worried about storage fees,etc... and Chuck, the Manager got on the phone and said “no problem! We know these aren’t good times and a lot of people are hurting so tell your Mother we aren’t charging her any storage fees!!!!” I have to say that is the first time in my entire life, and trust me I’ve had a lot of cars worked on at a lot of different body shops, that I saw customers treated with such passion and care as Chuck showed us today on the phone! Carl saw that the work done the first time was not that great so he was very insistent on helping me make it right, which I am happy about. So, to make a long story short, my car had a tree fall on it a few years back. My insurance had my car towed here. It took forever for them to even look at the car and send in an estimate to the insurance company. When I got the car back, I had no rain guards over the windows. They stated that they could not find any. It took me all of 5 seconds of looking on Amazon to find them. They fought with me about the fact they would only pay for haft since I only needed the guards for the right side. I had to inform them they dont sell them for just one side so they had no choice but to get them. They left the left side guards in the trunk for me after all the unnecessary fighting about buying them to begin with. It took almost 2 months to get my car back; me having to fighting with my insurance to pay for the rental for the entire time they had my car since it would only supposed to take 2 weeks to fix my car. When I got my car back, I had to take it back after I received it to fix things they missed. Simple things like the rear-view mirror. My original one had a compass in it. The one they replaced it with did not. Some trim work was missing. Little stuff they should not have missed when fixing the car since they had to take it off and replace it with the new parts. I had no choice but to take my car here, if I did, this place would not have been my first choice.Update: They have requested me to send in some info, however the email address the provided is not correct. Try looking under Alan Marberry and 2015/2016 would have been the year that they brought it in.

Did a great job with the repair, also took care of blemishes in area to make sure the end product looks great. Best experience at an autoshop.

Crazy experience today. First for myself and everyone working😂 I called in the midst of a panic attack because my pet snake (ball python) managed to get into INTO my dash through my center console area. The wonderful workers at the Blanchard rd/Washington rd location tore my dash apart and pulled my radio out to help me save my baby. Can’t tell you how amazing and kindhearted these people are (and that’s an understatement). Thanks again so much. You seriously turned the most horrifying day into the best. My wife hit a deer and they did a great job getting it fixed and back to normal at look great men couldnt tell the difference until it ever been wrecked.

I took my car here for repair because I previously had a good experience with them. Im not sure if there is new management or what but this past experience was horrible. Multiple times I called when my car was supposed to be ready only to be given another date. When I finally got my car back, I had to take it back in because it was not fully repaired. This was another hassel as they kept misplacing the part for my car. It finally got repaired.... that word is in quotations because that part that they supposedly fixed the second time became partially unattached after a few days. They should fix it free of charge but I refuse to deal with them again.
