Anyone that knows me good knows I was in the car business for 15 yrs. and I know how hard the business is. I worked with Cassandra on finding a Bradford flatbed for my Ram 2500. She was one of the only dealers willing to work with a short bed truck. The pricing beat everyone I called in three different states, install prices as well! Once I dropped the truck off, they went right to work. We submitted our credit application online Friday evening. Saturday afternoon we walked in and an hour later drove off in our new to us pick up. Sheryl was awesome. My husband and I have been in search for a 3500 to pull a new camper. Inventory everywhere else was low to nothing. After driving 2 hours to Denver to a big dealership for a truck, it was listed as a long bed and was a short bed. Found FRESH RIDES INC by chance and decided to take the chance and drive the extra hour. Their selection was amazing. Initially I was working with Abby to get financed on a 2012 Ram they had, I live over 3 hours away so I was trying to square away most of the paperwork before I drove to the store. After trying only one credit union that denied my loan, she moved on to a completely different truck and started financing me. I got in touch with Hallie the financing manger to discuss what the issues were and she eventually pulled some strings and got me financed with the truck that I originally wanted. I called back the next morning at 9:30 to get everything squared away and put a deposit on it so I could come pick up the truck. She did not get back to me until 1:30 in the afternoon and proceeded to tell me that someone had come to test drive the vehicle and they sold the truck out from underneath me even after I had been working on getting this truck for 3 days. This dealership is extremely unprofessional and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had a dealership. So thanks for wasting my time for 3 days, dropping my credit score and applying me for loans on trucks I didn’t want.

Oh my goodness!!! This place is sooo not your average dealership. Small, cozy, family-owned and all of the ladies in the front office are great. Sheryl Fuehrer rocks! Although I did not purchase a truck this time, I am definitely going to buy one from Fresh Rides in the near future. Sheryl was not pushy and she got me approved for the truck I was looking at. Her honesty and straight forwardness has gained her my business. Its hard to find a good auto sales person and I believe I found mine.

We drove 6 hours from Western Wyoming just to look at the RAM Trucks that Fresh Rides has available. Due to the number of trucks on the lot and that they were constantly moving their product and their sales were flowing! (We began buy doing months of research and found that Fresh Rides offered more of the type of trucks we were looking for than any other dealers in Wyoming, Idaho, Utah and Colorado.) We reached out and were connected with Abby and we couldnt have been more pleased with our experience. Called in after I looked at FR website.I was greeted by Sheryl.I took a F350 for a test drive and while I was on the ride Sheryl called to get me back to the office before closing.I went through Finace and advised Sheryl about some issue with the truck she assured me it would get looked at by the shop.I paid the deposit and she warned me if I told the Bank about the issues I would not receive my deposit back. So I was stuck! Let’s remember Sheryl said she would get the issues fixed. I left my truck for a week and it never got looked at it was sitting in the same spot. I took a Mechanic with me and he pointed out the issues to Sheryl and she just blamed everything on the mechanics. Sheryl said she had me on the schedule after I repeatedly called her cell phone After the bank cleared the $ she blocked me. So I was on my own and the engine needed 5,500 worth of work and not to mention the ball joints were rotted out ! My Kids and I could of been killed !! And come to find out my truck had a huge insurance claim on it. Thanks liar, liar You have an excuse for everything. I would not recommend Fresh Rides Inc. The trucks look pretty, but look underneath. Buyer Beware***

The best car buying experience. no pressure and no hassles. bought the truck I wanted and got a very fair trade value for my truck. In and out in less than 3 hours. had a squeal in the blower motor took it back the following weekend and they replace the motor at no cost to me. Thanks Abby

We bought a Ram 3500 dually for pulling an RV. We took it to a shop after purchasing and found some huge issues, including very loose ball joints. This issue would have definitely caused a bad accident. They said its not covered by the service warranty because ball joints just need to be replaced sometimes. So, they dont have mechanics truly look at the vehicle. This wasnt the only issue, either...fuses and a battery cable needed replacing, one of the batteries was completely dead, random parts missing from the interior. I tried to have a 5th wheel hitch installed and was told that due to a lot of hidden damage that it wasnt safe to install that, either. They dont tell you anything about the vehicle.Update: during the purchase, I told Fresh Rides Id have to drive 12+ hours to Texas to register the vehicle, asked them to have everything in order for me to do that because I work out of state. A month after the registration was completed, the dealership sent my state new paperwork because the dealership hadnt completed their own process correctly, so now my tax office requires me to come back again now that Im 30 hours away just to redo my registration to match the revised paperwork. I wish we had never considered this place.

I purchased a truck with Halley yesterday and had the best experience Ive ever had with a used car dealership. She was kind, and patient, and was even honest enough to call me once I drove away in the vehicle telling me that she had not counted the cash I used to purchase the truck, and I had overpaid by almost $300. I couldnt believe that she called me to tell me to come back to collect it. They are an honest group. I highly recommend working with them.

This place is awesome and I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone. I bought a truck through them and not 6 days after I bought it the engine had a hard knock and stopped working. I messaged Megan and Lee and they drove all the way down to where I’m from (5 hours away) to pick up the truck. They had the block machined and had every flaw fixed and the truck ready for me to pick up 3 weeks later. Mind you I signed a bought as is paper and they still did all this for me. Highly recommend !!!

I got my 2006 Ford F-150 from Fresh Rides Inc in Evans Colorado and I am extremely pleased with it and it extremely hard for me to drive a Ford especially being a Chevy and Dodge guy, and The sales team presented my truck to me in a way that is making a Chevy, Dodge and Ford guy no matter what the model of the vehicle is. I give them 5 stars for me feeling welcomed and overall best experience ever at a dealership

Said they’d order mud flaps for my dads pick up and never heard back from them. We were also there seriously searching for a new pick up, they didn’t have what we wanted so they again took our phone number when they got new ones and never once did they call us. They clearly didn’t want our business so we went over to booth motors in Longmont and they took great care of us.

I recently purchased a 2006 BMW 325i from this dealership. First off, it was a total steal! I made a gamble after seeing an online post and made the 50 minute trek out there to at least give a look at what seemed too good to be true. It has always been the running joke about used car salesman in my family so I was wary of this from the get go. Fortunately Fresh Rides was a great seller to buy from and I was able to close the deal the same day as initially seeing the car after test driving it all day/taking it to my mechanic. My mechanic went on to say after inspecting it for nearly an hour with me leaning over his shoulder every step of the way that this car was a cream puff. Even the oil change in the car was brand new and the car was immaculate both inside and out. I primarily dealt with Halley and she was professional and to the point. I feel incredibly fortunate and even a week later I still feel giddy about it. I couldnt recommend them more highly. Thanks again for the great service and best of luck!

No pressure sales. I worked with Halley and got a deal on the truck I wanted. The truck I selected had a utility bed on it that I could not use, so we worked out a deal and had the bed replaced with a flatbed that I wanted. On the way home, the check engine light came on. I called and they had me bring the truck back to get it repaired. When I bought the truck, it was as is with no warranty. Understanding that, I was able to work out a deal with Halley and Tom and split the cost of the repair.

Great service they take great care of there customers. Very friendly and great with my daughter while filling out paper work!!! We have also had them install hitches for us fast and very great safe work. I highly recommend Fresh Rides for vehicles and Hitches!

Would not recommend doing business with this company, I had submitted an online credit application with them, sent an email and used the online text feature to get more info about some of the vehicles I was interested in and no response. They did a credit check because I see that on my report but didnt have the time to contact me and it has been almost a month since they checked my credit

We bought 2 vehicles within 2 weeks of each other here only to end up having to trade one off for a considerable loss a few months later due to electrical and mechanical issues and now a year later Im finding out they added thousands to the selling price after deal was made leaving me now owing thousands more than it is worth. There has never been any contact returned regarding service, warranty, questions, our happiness or anything else. I am beside myself. The only way I could ever recommend Fresh Rides is if they were to somehow make some of this right.

Called them 4 times to try to get a quote on a trailer. I talked with three different people about getting a quote on a brand New trailer. Nobody would ever call me back. Finally got a hold of someone who did and the price jumped $350. What a joke this place is.I was referred to them to two friends who recently bought trailers there too. Well, after the run around I got, they won’t be referring anyone else there anymore.

We bought a 2004 Dodge 3500 from them and have not had any problems with the truck. They were very helpful and helped us get a truck that could handle long trips and was good on fuel. When we get another truck we will most definitely be going back to them.

Purchased a 2010 Dodge. Not a newer vehicle, so we expected some issues. The salesman said that the truck was in great shape, but if we had any issues that we should let him know. The next day the check engine light came on. We gave him a call and he told us to bring it on down. He says that he fixed it, but just had the fresh rides mechanic turn it off. Calls stopped being returnled. Needless to say $5000 later, weeks without a truck, and the engine light finally turned off.... or so we thought. A thousand miles later and the engine light is back on. Never again.

Customer service wasn’t the best had to call in a couple times! I got the flatbed installed on my pick up but now I have to change the fuel cap and provide my own mudflaps very disappointed will not return to this location!

After a few issues in the beginning of our contract and four months without a truck this dealer helped us fix our truck which wouldn’t pass emissions initially. I must say tho in the event there’s a issue do consult with Lee the owner directly. There’s a little confusion in the office seems like. Overall satisfaction 3 stars.

One of the most unhelpful sales staff Ive ever met. Called to ask about looking at a few vehicles and was given very short and abrupt answers, when I showed up to look at the vehicles I was interested in nobody even introduced them self. I will not be purchasing anything from this dealer and would never recommend anyone to go to this place of business. They seem more like you are a bother than a customer. I really needed a new truck because mine was falling apart and I was not approved anywhere I went to 5 places to apply for a loan and everywhere said no not even with a down payment! I worked with Halley she went through hoops for me and made sure I got approved . And that is what she did she made a couple phone calls some places said eat dirt we will not accept him but she kept trying and didn’t give up on me. She worked her magic and got me APPROVED!!!! It’s not a new truck but a truck that is nice and a truck I wanted!!! Super unprofessional. Read my husband credit report out loud in the middle of their office and questioned him about certain things. Pretty sure you can’t do that considering they are not a credit bureau. Then they left us waiting for 3 hours with no update. And when they were done the guy working with us wouldn’t even come talk to us. Don’t waste your time they are rude.

Says they will finance you no matter what your situation is but they wont. Told me i need atleast a 700 score to get rolling. Poor customer service.
