Nice selection of unique, local and exotic brews. You can buy cans individually or in 6 packs or pick from a selection of beers on tap for a crowler! And beers on tap can be sampled before purchase!

Great beer selection all kinds of different styles. They have an option to fill a 32oz. crowler or a 64oz. growler. They even has a huge selection of cans and bottles. You can pick and choose which ones you want to try. You can get single beers off of six pack they are individually as well as sold in a six.

Place appears cool at first glance but is VERY UNHYGIENIC. They rinse their cups between beer samples but they are not sanitizing the dirty glassware in the process (I confirmed with the manager after and he said it is just tap water) - and this is during the coronavirus pandemic! Its frustrating that they are so relaxed about such a serious and totally preventable risk. People can potentially get really sick from here. Hopefully posting this can help others avoid the stress we went through.

Tip top marks for tip top taps.If I drank more craft beer, I would be there all of the time. Not to mention they sell home brew supplies and that puts them over the top.The rotating selection is what keeps you coming back, and the quality is also off the charts.

The taps change regularly so check back often!Crowlers are very affordable and good for a couple pints if you just want to try. Speaking of try, ask for a sample if youre not sure.

Great gas station converted into a growler fill up shop. Plenty of beers to choose from in plenty of sizes to quench your thirst. If you want to get into making your own beer, they have a respectable selection of ingredients for the size of the store. Check email out and have a beer!

Great service and love the atmosphere, however they seem to focus on Pale Ales and IPAs. It would be nice to have a larger variety to include English brown ales, porters, stouts, and oatmeals. Esp during the fall months.

New to the area, coming from Charlotte where the brewery scene and the world of take home growlers is abundant, this place is a respite retreat. Having the ability to sample before I buy again is refreshing compared to the alternative of standing in front of the grocery store beer aisle. Lets hope this is the start to a vibrant beer scene in Augusta.

Coming from San Diego, with all the great microbreweries like Green Flash, Ballast Point, Stone, Port Brewing, etc., I was nervous about moving to Augusta, GA for its beer scene, but Tip Top Taps has delivered some amazing, rare, nuggets of gold from the beer world. 10-12 beers are on a constant rotation that you can get anywhere in GA (Aces cider, many GA breweries, etc.), but the 8-10 other beers they put on tap (and the fair price they charge) have amazing variety, quality, and drintkability. They dont waste tap space with their 20 taps.If youre passing through Augusta and looking for a quality spot to drop in, taste a few beers, grab a growler or 32oz can, then you must visit this place. It is the best Augusta has to offer.

This place is fantastic. Rotating taps and a knowledgeable staff. You can try anything you like before you buy it and you can buy it in 3 different sizes. I have never been disappointed. You can check the status of which kegs are currently on tap and their fill levels on their website so you can chexk whats available before you go.

Stopped by after hearing about this place from a co-worker. The staff is extremely friendly. I have no doubt that they would have let me sample every beer they had on tap (they had at least 20). I will definitely make this place a regular stop after a long week.

This place was amazing. It wasnt what I originally thought it was going to be, but it was better! The guy at the bar explained growlers to us and let us sample several of the beers and the cider on tap. We did get a growler, and we will definitely be coming back. The service was amazing and so was the alcohol.

Outstanding business. I visited almost weekly during my time in Augusta. The employees here were always friendly and very knowledgeable. The rotating tap selection is excellent. At any given time, they have 20 beers on tap representing many popular styles and breweries from all around the U.S and Europe. Prices were always reasonable. Get the Perka app to earn points toward free refills. They also offer a military discount.

Cool selection good place to get sour beers you cant find elsewhere. Cons: Overpriced, staffs not super informed asked if a beer they were selling was being sold elsewhere in cans and was told yeah we sell cans and was shown the 32 oz cans. My question went unanswered even after clarification. Later I found that the answer was yes and its cheaper to just get a 6 pack cans elsewhere. Not really their fault but perka the app they use to track rewards screwed me out of 3 points towards my free growler refill. Wont be going back again.Edit: Thank you for your response changed from 3 star to 4 star.

I came in with two Grawlers the guy behind the counter said he couldn’t take them because they wasn’t clean..... i have brought in growlers that were like they were before keep in mind the outside was just a little dirty and he said their was bugs inside them which they wasn’t! So I left. I should have left the grawlers there on the counter since I won’t be returning ever again. You just lost a customer to many other places to get craft beer then to have to deal with a place that wants to be super picky!!
