Employees helpful. Helped find shoes I was looking for.

I have been buying my boys and myself shoes at this location for years. I have had nothing but kind and friendly service. I have to give a big rave for cat, one of the managers at this store. Her selflessness and kindness was extraordinary. It’s people like her that make a difference in our society. Thank you!

This location is always great the folks that work there are super helpful and really nice. We love this location. BUT there were a few of those people in there without a mask on, even though there is a sign on the door requiring a mask. So thats my only issue. PLEASE ENFORCE THE MASK RULE.

Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Was looking for a specific shoe for comfort in walking long distances and the woman working provided plenty of suggestions and the reasons why they were better than others. Although I ended up buying a pair at another store, if the ones I bought were available at Rack Room in my size and desired color, I would have bought from her just for the customer service. Rack room usually runs a buy 1 get 1 half off sale which is also great.

I like the variety here, I find the layout easy to browse through. No problem with the good prices. All good for me at Rack Room at this location.

Catherine, the store manager was very rude! An attitude can go a very long way. I bought shoes from another store. My daughter, 11, asked Catherine the store manager, if they had the shoe and she replied with an attitude. Then I proceed to go ask the clerks at register, Zoria....in the process letting them know an attitude can leave a bad impression on kids. Which she seemed not to care and seemed not to want to assist me. Another associate stepped in whom was off the clock to assist me and call another store. Now, as I was about to leave the store manager, Catherine, does not say ma’am, excuse me or anything but told me I had to wait to put another shoe on hold, still with attitude. I said don’t bother I’ll just go to the other store. I walked back in to get her name, and she cockily says her first and last name in front her employees. Never again!

Catherine and Zoria provided amazing customer service, they both helped find the shoes I wanted online even though it was not in store. Catherine was able to answer my questions about the products and helped me find a great fit for my date night with my husband. Zoria was able to assist me at the register and also was able to inform me on the deals the store was advertising. So I’m extremely satisfied with the customer care and service at the Evans Rack Room Shoes. Great job with keeping the store clean btw!!!

They carry large sizes which is nice and the BOGO 50% off deal they typically run is nice.
