Took me less than 15 minutes to go through the upgrade process for the new iPhone 13. They didn’t have it in store but it shipped and arrived 2 weeks earlier than expected. It took me only another 5 minutes in store to complete the trade in process. Best experience I’ve had in a phone store. The employees were friendly and very efficient.

Came in and spoke to Reggie. I asked for help on an extra charge that was posted and asked why I could not access my AT&T app. He said he could not help me, and when I asked for a contact to someone who might be able to assist me he again said he could not help me.I understand if you cant help but if you could at least direct me to someone who has that ability, whether its an email or a phone number, that would be way more helpful than just telling your customers no and having them blindly deal with customer service related issues on their own.

This review is about service and speed.I was here a few years ago for my Samsung note 9 and it took HOURS to complete.So I carved a chunk of my day out for todays upgrade.To my delight, my customer rep was lightning 🌩 fast and super Kool to work with.I imagine that between tech upgrades the work is much more streamlined. But that doesnt diminish my reps soft skills. She was awesome and deserves every credit.

Denise was absolutely amazing. As a business owner I can not stress enough how much of an assets she is to your business. She was pleasant, knowledgeable, efficient and most of all still cares about what she does which is apparent in how me and the person with me was treated. 10/10 will be sending her some referrals. Tracey H. Was the most helpful ATT employee I have ever had the pleasure of helping me. I usually dread going into the store because there is a long wait, (not by any fault of the store), the employees sometimes give you the run around, or want to pass you off onto calling the service line or the Apple store. Tracey H. Was fast, efficient, friendly, and by far this was the best experience I’ve EVER had at ANY cell phone store, and I’ve been a customer for 20 years! Thanks again Tracey H. TLDR: Shady sales practices; not an actual AT&T store. Avoid this store and go to the actual AT&T store on Wrightsboro Rd.I wish I could give them zero stars. Customer service is terrible. The manager doesnt return calls. Went in to purchase a phone for my relative at full retail price. They refused and would only allow purchase via installment?! I contacted AT&T and was informed that this store isnt an actual AT&T store, but an Authorized Reseller I contacted the parent company to get answers on why they were going against AT&T policy... No response.

Lack of professionalism. I expected to arrive at a store that is knowledgeable in their products which in reality is their only job. If you do visit this store, avoid Tracey. Poor experience with interaction and being informed. Rather than snap chatting, try building a connection with your customer who pays $800-$1,000+ for a phone. Do your research on the phone specs you are looking for. They are just there to sell you the newest phone. Now, did I get a new phone? Yes. Old phone had trouble charging. Was the process easy?Yes. But in reality if those were the only pros I could have sat at home and purchased the phone online.

We would like to Thank MikeLauterbach at the AT&T store located at 4239 Washington Road, Evans!!!!We purchased a new phone from Costco through the rewards program and were supposed to receive credit for turning in a phone. As a result we spent 7 months dealing with Costco and AT&T through various phone calls. Mike spent only 15 minutes and gave us the credit we were suppose to receive in the beginning. Supposed to open at 10. Store employee pretended to be the manager and the authorized dealer. After a Rude, awkward and challenging 20 minutes, all I wanted was a new phone for my daughter the day before she travles and to add a line yo my service and leave, the girl Andrea was rude and even challenging to corporate loyalty rep over the phone. 3 women sitting around chatting with the door locked a ful hour before opening the doors. Will never go back to the Evans 4239-3 Washington rd. location in my life. Embarrassing and shocked. Awful. Thankful for local witnesses. Run.

Courtney, established rapport, even while we all were masked, comparing apples to apples, making sure we got the bang for our buck. I was “helped“ by a customer service representative named Greg. He laughed at my issue and told me that he couldn’t do anything about it in store and that I’d have to call to resolve my issue. He was extremely dismissive of all my questions and didn’t offer to call for me in the store to fix the issue immediately. I had to leave the store without a working phone to fix the issue on my own. I have been a customer of AT&T for years and have never had such poor assistance from anyone in this company.

Went to buy a phone and no phones in display, reason : people touch them!! you can clean them. How in the world you want to sale phones if you don’t show them, can have them and show to people that is there to buy when requesting but probably to hard cause you will have to clean them !! To much work !! Better be there and do nothing all day.

I went in to this store at about 7:35 P.M. on Saturday, 9 JUNE, with the intention of buying an iPhone 8 Plus out right. I am already an AT&T customer and simply wanted to upgrade one of my existing devices. Unbelievably, they refused to sell me the phone without putting it on a payment plan!! This is got to be one of the truly dumbest policies Ive ever seen. They suggested that I drive to the Apple Store in Augusta to make my purchase. Has AT&T lost its freaking mind?! For starters, why would I choose a payment plan when I can buy out right? Second, why would they inconvenience an EXISTING customer by asking them to drive another 10 or 11 miles further when they are already in the store? Lastly, what would prevent me from purchasing on their payment plan, then immediately pay off the device while Im there? None of these options make good business sense to me.The store manager even had the audacity to argue that AT&T loses money on every phone they sell! So, you are in business to lose money I asked? No, he replied, but we can at least make money by keeping customers subscribed for the duration of their payment plan. I asked him how much does AT&T make if I port all my lines back to Verizon?Terrible policy, awful customer service, too many choices out there to have to tolerate this ridiculousness. I called the District Manager from the parking lot to express my frustration -- as a paying customer having been turned away. To her credit, I believe she was genuinely concerned with my poor experience and stated that what I had been told was not AT&T policy. Wow. What happened to consistency in messaging, people?She offered to have me go back in the store, but I had already been told that the model/color I wanted was not in stock -- after they discovered I didnt want the payment plan. I decided to go home. The juice just wasnt worth the squeeze at this point.

Stay away at all costs. This business is the reason brick and mortar stores are falling by the wayside. Untrained and unprofessional. One star is really still too high. All I wanted to do was add a line to an existing account. Easily spent 30 hours of my personal time trying to fix their screw-up after they helped me out. Thanks AT&T!!!

Monday, October 8 I spoke with Greg. I feel Greg was unhelpful and dismissive. After being told my device doesnt have a SIMM card, I asked for a printed list of my phone calls. Greg told me he could not give a copy of my calls and told me that is old and you should read the app because AT&T cant tell you everything. He also told me I am responsible for backing up my phone when I was not told that when I purchased the device that I was looking to replace nor was told how to do backups. I dont know if Greg thought he was being helpful. He wasnt helpful at all. I know there are ways to get the phone log. The old ways are not always removed.I left the store very annoyed with Gregs lack of service. I called the toll free number and got useful information and a new device shipped.I think Greg needs retraining. It is not a good idea to tell a customer what she SHOULD do. Ive been a loyal customer with AT&T for years and this treatment is ridiculous and unacceptable. He offered nothing to assist me with retrieving my contacts.

Terrible. I unfortunately had to go into the store a few times to resolve an issue. Each time, there was a long wait and the staff had a poor knowledge of products and service. After enough grief, I finally ended up calling corporate and they resolved things in 10 minutes. This store is pretty much useless, Id suggest going somewhere else.

Hands down, the worst customer service I have ever received with AT&T. Tried to upgrade my husbands phone TWICE. The first associate had no idea what she was talking about and the second associate (a few days later) was rude and very short with us, like we were bothering her by trying to spend a few hundred bucks in her store. We finally gave up and went to Apple. Now, its my turn to upgrade and I refuse to step foot in that store, even if everywhere else is sold out of the phone I want. If you want to go to an AT&T store, go to the one by the mall. Theyre so polite and genuinely helpful.

I got my Phone this Store and let me tell yeah if i was didnt need a phone quickly i would of not got it here. REPS dont know anything their knowledge of Phones is 0. Simply buying a phone you have to wait for more then an 1 hour. I went in to buy a phone for my wife after i already got my phone from them month before. 1 rep was there to help with customer and the so called manager of the place was signing people in but will not help them. why??I will advice people to stay away from that place. If you want tot information about a phone it will better of to get it from a person on the phone or a person on the chat system on att website then this store.

On June 16,2017 my husband and I came into the store to get new phones, after being with Verizon for More then 7 years. We both got Galaxy s 8+. And Two gear s watches. We also got direct tv. Now we spent over 4 hours in this store. We spent nearly three hundred dollars. We never received paperwork on the watches, however it was on our receipts. The rep never provided information on our order such as, 20 dollars a month per watch for a line access fee, didnt tell us about the 45.00 activation fee per watch.We went out of town to North Carolina that Monday. So two days later, we lost signal and drop calls. Mind you,we only had two bars in our home in North Augusta. So we were very disappointed in the service. So come Sunday when we got back from our trip we took them back. Canceled direct tv as well. Our bill was 225 dollars and we got back 45.00 from two phones, two watches, and setting up direct tv. They would not waive our restocking fee. Before going back to this store to return everything my husband called AT&T customer service and they stated that we would not need to pay the restocking fee due to us only having the equipment for 9 days. AT&T is absolutely horrible. I will never have AT&T as a carrier for anything I own. Nor will I refer my family or friends!

I have mixed views about this store. The store manager, Will, and one of his sales consultant ignored my issues until the damages became irreversible. On the back end Kristy DAbruzzo along with the assistant manager, Grant, bent over backwards and assisted me for over 3 hours. Although the DirecTV deal is a pending disaster, the last leg of my customer service has been great!
