Desiree in womens intimates department is the associate who earned this five star review from me. She was awesome! She worked diligently to help find the proper item for me. If there were more than five stars, I would have given her more.

Dead zone. Aside from the employees I saw maybe 20 people in store. Prices are a bit high, but they do have great sales. Shopping for white blouse and found two under 15 bucks on sale. Clean place, friendly employees but not following covid social distance.

I walked the entire store looking for someone to check me out. Along the way I found other customers doing the same. We ended up forming a line walking around the store simply trying to purchase items.

I was searching for a set of luggage as a Mothers Day / Birthday gift. Online bargains took to long to arrive and I needed the gift by Wednesday. I Googled luggage sets near me. I had tried Ross and Marshalls. I was very surprised to see a set at Belk. I was able to get a 5 piece set that usually costs $260 for less than $100. I tried to find sets. Everything seemed single so I figured they did not have the sets. I asked an employee, she showed me sets were nestled inside largest piece. I rolled up to checkout with the item. I purchased, then rolled happily to my car. This is how I rolled at Belk.

I give 4 stars because the sales staff were super nice but there werent enough of them. Too much stimulus $$ going around. I had to hunt down help when I needed it but they were super nice when I found them.

Love Love, Love me some Belk. Today was awesome (until check out). I went in and found exactly what I was looking for. I deducted 1 star because they didnt have enough cashiers so had to wait a good bit to check out.

This is the first time I went and Im glad I did. So many things on sale..like, 50-80% off kinda sale. I went for a comforter set and sheets. Left with a bath rug, towels, 5 outfits, perfume, sheets and a comforter.FYI--ladies, they have it set up for us to fail. Shoes and cosmetics right as you walk in the door, handbags and accessories just up ahead, clothes everywhere and all the homegoods you could stand right by the unmentionables. Bring an adult.

Over priced cloths. If your looking for any mens Under Armor golf shirts you won’t find it at this location. Even though they have a section for Under Armor I couldn’t find the first golf shirt. Employees are glad to help you hunt down any items if you can find it.

Cashier at the Belks in Evans was amazing. Very friendly and funny. My wife and I love it when people are just personable and not just there to do a job. We had some pricing trouble with the app saying one thing and their system saying another. She knew how to fix it right away. Cant remember her name, but she was a very cheerful person who seemed to love her job. The world needs more people like her.

A very nice location with a great selection. My only problem is with the perfume and cologne section. It wafts throughout the store and smacks you in the face the entire time youre shopping. My allergies were really acting up. The staff was very helpful though

Little old white woman in the front only greets her fellow white customers (yes, I stayed glazing through the free people clothing in the front so I can make sure that’s what she was doing) other than that, the girl working in the shoe department was friendly.

Horrible wait. I stood at jewelry counter to buy a versa 2 and nobody came for 15 mins. My wife went to get help we waited another 7 mins finally someone different came but she had no key so she paged someone I said nevermind walked out. I called ask to speak to manager who told me they are short of help and suggest I put in this review. Im no longer a belms customer. Purchased my watch at best buy

Great sales. Have good Big and Tall dept for my sons. Like the Evans store best.

My favorite retail store. They have curvy and petite perfect for me. They also have bug and tall perfect for my hubby. Plus all sizes in between and a home store. Ladies and kids associates are very helpful.

I cannot see returning here to buy anything. I didnt get the name of the one helpful employee that assisted me at the entrance but she was overshadowed by three rude, loud, unprofessional, and obnoxious employees.

Belk is a nice store. It is high end because it has high end brands at high cost. Golfing attire is A1. They also have a purse section, a suit section, and a perfume section. You are sure to find whatever you need in the department store. Customer service is good as long as you can find a cashier to ring you out.

I love shopping at Belk at the Evans location but please please open earlier than 11 am.!!

Amazing store, the employees where very nice although prices are high youre getting high quality items. Only thing I would say is to do more sweeps in the fitting rooms because people just leave their stuff there. But otherwise clean and neat.

The M•A•C counter is right when you walk in!!!! Also, customer service desk is right next to it making it easy to do any returns or to be helped. Associates were very friendly and overall this store had so much to offer and is very clean, neat, and organized!

Belk is great! Wide variety of clothing, shoes, jewelry. I would say its similar to a Macys but better!

I noticed they have Gloria Vanderbilt and hoped to find another pair of my favorite pants (I already own two). I didnt see any size 4, so I asked an employee if Belk even carried it. In typical polite southern backhand, she was insistent I try 6 because I might find they fit better - even after I informed her I used to own a GV6 and they were too big, which is why I donated them and now own two pairs of size 4 that I wear near daily. She told me I could always order online, but that I should still order both a 4 and 6 and return the one that doesnt fit.

Not thrilled with my visit to this Belk Store. Very limited on merchandise and the store set up is terrible. This is the only Belk in my area and it needs to mirror other Belk stores with a pleasant shopping experience. Ive been shopping at Belk for a long time when I lived in the Charlotte NC area.

Products are fine. Prices are good; got a really nice pair of brown chukka boots that retail at $85 for $36. However the ladies in the shoe department are unpleasant. They dont keep extra sizes of each shoe on the floor so you have to ask for assistance. But when I did, not one but TWO, staff members acted like I was being a nuisance to their workday. Thankfully the other staff was very friendly.

I like the styles here. I can always find something that fits right and looks great. Its usually pricey, but worth it. Staff are friendly but it felt like they checked on me constantly while I was in the dressing room. Not necessarily a bad thing, but the third time I was a bit annoyed. Dressing room was very dusty and dirty, reason for only 4 stars.

I rarely come to this store but it is my mothers favorite store and decided to come with her today and the guy a the counter was real nice and professional even do she doesn’t speek much English he was courteous and respectful when she was trying to communicate with him.... Five stars to Nicholas, he treated my mother better than I would.

I like the clothes layout and overall selection the store provides similar to other stores like Kholes I took back some Christmas gifts but could only exchange for the same items in the right size to get the full amount of credit because I did not have a receipt I find this policy troublesome it was a Christmas gift so there way no way to have a receipt but that was fine simply because I wanted what I got just need the right size I was then unable to switch out the vest I got for Christmas because of a price change the the manager was needed to ok the transaction so the employee tried to call and find but Boone was around to assist I wound up changing my shirts but walking out with the oversized vest just to end the experience and make things simple for me and the poor employee trying to assist me all that to say I would definitely go to shop here but I dont want to have to exchange clothes here again

I was very happy with my experience at the Belk store in Evans, Ga. I went in to get some mascara at the Lancomme counter and was greeted by a very nice gal, Victoria. She went up and beyond the realm of her duties to help me find a certain lipstick as well! And, I might add that she was very good at *multi customering*, keeping everyone happy at the same time!

I do like Belk for it’s nice clothes but I was on a rush and had to wait for someone to come to the register after waiting for a while to the point of having my kids and I even look for the register person

With the bright lights and super shiny floor, the store is a sensory nightmare. I walked in and within minutes I was having visual disturbances and a headache. I was disappointed because what I saw of the clothes looked great.

If you dont know what size you wear you are out of luck ☹️ You cant try on clothes now. All dressing rooms are closed.

I went into Belks Department Store today to purchase a gift for my kids grandmother. I felt very unwelcomed after encountering a Male representative who was angry at the fact that my kids were bringing over options from your Kim Rodgers jewelry assortment. He was very upset at the fact that they had brought over a few items for us to choose, from, from his precious display. Thus, he did not hesitate to openly express his disgust. As a result, I will never shop at Belks ever again. This was a poor display of customer service on all levels. I can say this because I work for the W Hotels in Atlanta and would have never expressed myself so unprofessionally in the presence of any customer. I am African American and so was he. We need to do better at being professional and should ultimately thrive to treat all individuals the same way that we would like to be treated In future, I will happily take my business elsewhere. Thats is all....

My mom was assaulted in the store by a male Belks employee. She was returning a sweater that she never wore (with the tags on it) stating that it looks like it would snag on her clothes. The employee then grabbed my mother by her wrists, turned them up and said This is why right here while looking at her wrist jewelry and watch. My mom didnt know how to react and quickly left the store. She called me, crying after she ran a red light because she was so out of it after that experience. I told her to go back to the store and we would call LE because this was assault. Conveniently, the employee was gone after she got back and called the police. We are pressing charges against the employee for assault (camera verified the incident.) All this from a sweater that she had every right to return. Women, please be careful shopping this location alone. They employ men who will treat you any kind of way when there is no male presence with you.

This store paled in comparison to the one in North Augusta, SC. I anticipated it opening in Augusta, GA but was so disappointed in this store. I went the day after Christmas, expecting to see alot of clearance sales. There was signs hanging from the ceiling throughout the store saying, up to 80% off, which was a lie. I saw nothing in the ladies Dept, accessories or the jewelry Dept that was over 50% off. The store in North Augusta always has a huge clearance section, this one had 1 small rack that was nearly empty. I had newspaper coupons too, none of which I could use, so the checkout clerk claimed. I had selected a Christmas bracelet that was 50% off, yet seemed to qualify for none of the coupons, not the clearance sale one, not the regular sale one. Surely, if this item is Christmas, its got to qualify for one of these categories! I told the clerk to forget it, I left the store and do not plan to come back. I went over to SC and shopped there instead. This store in Augusta is a big disappointment.

Nice place, but hate trying to find a register that has someone there. Both times we went there I almost put down what I was buying because we had to go to 3 or 4 places scattered throughout the store to find someone at the counter. My thoughts is there should always be a register close to the exit, and of course someone should Always be there. They need to fix that.

Not as great as I thought it would be. I was searching for bedding and nothing was in stock. I would find a quilt but the matching pillows and Shams Etc were not available would have to order things online instead. Or a new store its just not that great. Had to return a few items as well. Employees could use a lesson in manners. A simple hello or thank you and have a nice day would be nice.
