Awesome experience everytime. All staff treated my son and I with the upmost respect. This place is definitely kid friendly. Dr. Barfield and Dr Rutledge are great. They are both knowledgeable about their profession. Dr. Barfield performed his ear tube surgery (surgery went well) and Dr. Rutledge performed his removal of his Adenoids and replacing his left tube(surgery went well).
Routine visit. The staff was courteous; mask required. Standard wait time. The doctor was kind, patient and upbeat! It was a good visit!
I feel that this clinic is very professional in the way they treat patients. Very kind but not all gushy at you . I am deaf and will share that I have severe tinnitus, I like the fact is they dont brush you off and the doctors and office seem to have good communications and I would say indeed seek this clinic for any issues you are concerned about . You will be seen in a professional setting, and leave knowing your concerns are listened to and a proper treatment will be looked into for you .
Staff was great, the Doctor was great. Very happy with the service I received A+
Very helpful for me in the past, and my Daughter also and now the Supper Polite Staff is helping my Mother 😊
Shannon was so great with allergy testing, explain d everything as we went along. Dr. Kimbrough is awesome!
I dont know that I can accurately put into words how wonderful our experience was here! Dr. Lindman and his nurse were absolutely amazing with my 3 year old. He was to most genuine and caring doctor we have ever seen. I was put at ease by his thoroughness and genuine display of concern and care for our daughter. He made what could have been an intimidating visit for a child into a fun and interesting experience for her. He finished up with a train ride to the reception area and a lollipop which made her day. I left there feeling very reassured in the concerns that had brought us in to see him.
Doctor, nurses, staff, all good. I didnt give it a 5 star because of the parking issue. staff own more convenient parking than patients. its outrageous.i never seen this in any establishments. usually employees park behind the building or away from patient parking area.
Excellent doctors..in and out; dont waste an entire day at the dr.
I have been to all three locations. The doctors are knowledgeable, personable and flexible. The staff will work you in if you have an urgent need.
Love Dr. Whitehouse! He was able to treat my daughter after years of trying to find the right Dr for her. Definitely recommend!❤️
The staff if friendly and accommodating to your needs. Everyone I came in contact with was professional and helpful.
I was referred for my tonsillectomy and was more then happy with Dr. Porubsky. He knew exactly what he was doing, great sense of humor and the staff faithfully called wvery few days to check in on me. Definitely a treatment you dont get from every physicians office.
Office is nice but staff were not wearing masks. I understand about the new policy but as healthcare professionals, please protect your patients. Even though you’re vaccinated, you can still transmit the virus to others.
Very very busy place. I took someone their. But he was good with his visit.
Dr. Porubsky is so helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to get me set up on allergy shots quickly after our first appt and I am already feeling better!
I have been very pleased with the support staff and Dr. Ayers ~
She was able to clear me up fast.
Super staff and Dr. On time and spotless.
I have gone to this office over 8 years and they are awesome. Dr. Deal is the best ENT doc in this area, I would recommend to anyone anytime. Proactive and always listens to you with empathy and compassion.
Great place to have your needs met. Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful and friendly
Efficient knowledge courteous staff. Doctors take time to explain and guide you through any recommended treatment modality. The facility follows all CDC COVID-19 recommendations. Masks and Social distance seating is enforced for patient doctor protection. Appointment times are staggered to avoid crowding. We have no complaints.
I have been receiving my allergy shots at the Aiken location. They have BEEN administered by Ms.Pamela-Ms.Daloras-Ms.Scarlet.. 3 of the FINEST TECHNICIANS. I HAVE EVER CAME ACROSS!. Pleasant-Sincere-thoughtful and caring. The entire staff their is WONDERFUL!
Beautiful facility... friendly staff ... very knowledgeable doctors
Great, punctual service.
My son had his surgery here and they have such compassionate nurses and doctors and got me in quickly when my child needed them alot.
Dr. Lindman and his nurse (I cant remember her name.) Were amazing! They took the time to look through my medical history and pointed me in the right direction of what to do next. Great bed-side manners and answered all of my questions!
Dr. Barfield and his staff are top notch. They are great with pediatric patients as well. My 11 year old is his patient.
Dr Wells is supposed to be one of the best. Well he told me I needed to have my deviated septum and sinuplasty done as well.. I went in for what I thought he was going to do. Come to find out at my follow up appointment he doesnt remember or even have documents where he fixed my deviated septum. Not to mention the Evans office is always busy, everytime I go there I always have to wait 45 minutes or longer past my appointment time just to get called back to a room that doesnt include seeing the dr. I will never go back .
Dr. Wells is fast and informative while he is working on you. I had my nose cauterized.
Quickly in and out with minimal patients to promote social distancing.
Wonderful staff.
When I say they deserve a 10 I mean that!!! The staff is outstanding wonderful amazing!! Dr. Airs and his team is amazing as well!!! My son had surgery yesterday and they call this morning to check on us RN nurse Brian he is cool funny and nice! RN Katrina You are amazing smart lady!! Thank you for showing love to me a my family!!!! You guys deserve more then 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ you deserve more!!!!
Dr. Deal is one of our favorite doctors! He has treated both of our kids for allergies and even did surgery to open our sons sinuses. For ear nose and throat issues, this is the place to go.
I love the one in Evans I love dr vickers and the staff
Nice office with a professoinal staff. However, Dr. Porubsky was less than helpful. He rushed in, starting talking fast, printed out a prescription, and disappeared into the hallway. He did not take the time to hear my symptoms, answer questions, or make it seem as though he was concerned with my condition to even the slightest extent. I was able to slow him down enough to answer one question, but ultimately left with little confidence that I had received proper treatment. I do not recommend.
Great service, cool building, and the wait is never long. Dr. White is a rock star, as she seems on top of stuff.
We have been going to the Evans office for years. We always have a good experience and the staff is amazing!
Dr. tyson deal is the ear doctor i know. he is outstanding!
Today, our daughter had her first procedure that required anesthesia. After numerous strep battles every year, her primary doctor referred her to Augusta ENT in Evans for an evaluation. At the evaluation my wife and little one met Dr. Ayers. My wife states Dr. Ayers was one of the most gentle Physicians that she has encountered. After evaluating our little one, Dr Ayers did recommend a tonsillectomy. After arriving for the procedure, we were checked in quickly and the nursing staff took the time to calm all fears we had. Shortly after prep, Dr Ayers came in to discuss the procedure. This Dr. was nothing short of amazing. The surgery was complete quickly and Dr. Ayers came out to brief us. He explained post op care instructions again and then in his comforting manner, assured us everything was just fine. I highly reccomend this Doctor and this practice.
Very efficient, thorough care of a “rare” ear condition.
Good people
Had a great experience having my surgery here. Very clean and the staff is awesome. Great experience!
Was great. Everyone is friendly and nice. Had a good visit.
Dr Rutledge was awesome. Helped my daughter get tubes and was an overall awesome experience
Better than Downtown office! Today we went to the Evans location and was seen promptly. We have been going to Dr. Whitehouse for 4 years now and he is great with my 4 year old. This was our first visit to the Evans office and the wait time was minimum. We were in and out in 30 minutes. We have sat at the Downtown office for 2 hours waiting and that was with an appointment.
So thankful for Dr. Wells and his staff! Had the surgery there last year and have been free of sinus infections / sinusitis since!! The staff is so friendly, kind and caring! Dr. Wells and his nurse were very knowledgeable and patient with me. Also the finance department is more than willing to work with you if you suffer from a high deductible insurance plan!
Friendly staff and best allergy doctors around
5 Star service..love the Drs here.my whole family goes here.
This office is always clean. All of the staff are remarkable.
My boyfriend and myself have both been patients at this wonderful facility. The staff is very caring and attentive to the needs of the patient and their families. I am very grateful for Dr. Owen, and the rest of the staff, especially the nurses for being so thorough and attentive on post-op directions.
Nice staff, Dr. Vickery is compassionate and very knowledgeable.
Very professional service, friendly and knowledgeable staff, spotless offices
Worst doctors visit of my life. Dr dill told me my daughter needed tonsil surgery before he even looked at her. Was very quick with the visit and didnt explain anything to me at all. Told me she needed tubes put in her ears and didnt explain why. Scheduled her for surgery and I declined and said I wanted another visit before surgery. Told me that doing a sleep test to see how she slept was completely pointless and that she just needed surgery! At the visit he came in talking very loud ( my daughter is very sensitive to loud voices and it scares her very badly) she started whining and he said that was unacceptable from a 4 year old and I told him that she was scared because he was talking very loud and he didnt care didnt even change his tone. Kept on telling me how ridiculous she was acting. He grabbed her up of the floor and shoved into the chair to check if fluid was in her ears and was yelling at her to stop acting ridiculous. The nurse was saying oh my good this is crazy for her to act this way. She was scared and neither were trying to console her or calm her down ( I was holding my infant baby at the time and trying to calm my daughter down) after he checked her ears he didnt tell me if there was any fluid just said that HE CANT BE IN THE ROOM WITH HER ABYMORE AND THAT HE WONT DEAL WITH HER ACTING LIKE THAT!!!!! After that he told me someone would contact me about scheduling surgery and just walked out!
I have been seeing Dr. Lindman for quite a while now. I have received excellent care and he takes his time and check me out thoroughly. He has done 2 surgeries on me and took great care of me both times. I see others have had bad experiences with some of the doctors in the group. Personally I feel Dr. Lindman is professional and really cares about his patients. I am usually called in the back in a reasonable amount of time. I haven’t had a problem with the doctor or the staff.
Staff was very professional and polite. Very limited wait time.
I saw Dr. Vickery and I must say he is one of the best doctors in our area. Very thorough, a good listener, helpful in all areas of medicine, and excellent skills. Im thankful to have his medical care!
Very professional and clean office. I recommend Dr.Lidman!!!
Always clean and tidy. Nice elegant decor. All areas of this office have friendly helpful staff.( this would include the bottom floor where scans and tests are done, the middle floor where medical exam rooms areand the Top floor where the allergy clinic labs and few other areas of care)The majority of staff has been so cheerful and kind. All have shown professionalism.Dr Whitehouse has been practicing for years. He changed performed the UP3 and made a life changing event.Dr Whitehouse was a referral back in possibly 04 or 06. Never a regret. Still have care under Dr Whitehouse and have referred others dealing with sleep apnea or other EENT issues.Very knowledgeable doctor. Other Drs are within the practice. Some of the referred persons have undergone procedures with the other doctors. Easy have spoken highly of the other doctors as well.Rest assured if visiting either doctor here you wont regret your visit.(Be sure to get your insurance and billing info in the online computer system. It can take a picture of your cards and ID from the comfort of your home . As there is a online pre check in available if desired to have a faster smoother visit. )
Where I have always gone also my children. Dr. Owens is very nice.
I’ve been waiting for an hour now. I haven’t even been called back to a room. I had to take off work which means a loss of money for me. I could have finished my workday had I known I would be sitting here for over an hour before getting called back. If you got plenty of time to wait, you should be fine here. Very angry because this is an appt I rescheduled because you were running over an hour behind the last time. You need to be more aware of people’s time.
**TRICARE**Anyone with Tricare just know that while Augusta ENT is in network their ‘surgery center’ (in the basement) is out of network! So for anyone with Tricare Select Active Duty Group B or Tricare Select Reserves you’ll have to pay 20% of the procedure. Luckily we’re Group A so we only have to pay the $25 copay, but we were billed wrong and Tricare explained it to me I hope this helps someone. As for our visit our son got tubes put in with Dr. Ayers he was awesome makes you feel very comfortable!! The rest of the staff can be a little off putting at times. Also, their recovery rooms are very small and difficult to comfort a toddler freaking out from the anesthesia. But loved Dr. Ayers.
Yearly checkup
Everyone there is polite & efficient!
The staff is wonderful and I am always in and out quickly.
Dr. Deal placed tubes in both my boys ears! Great job :)
I am very satisfied with the treatment i have received at the Evans office. Dr. Barfield has provided exceptional care, and is one of the most compassionate physicians I have ever had. All of the staff is helpful, and the wait time is minimal. My last appt was scheduled for 10:45. I arrived at 10:22, and was out of there by 11:00. Dr. Barfield took his time explaining things to me, and I did not feel rushed. He recently performed sinus surgery on me, and the results have been amazing. Ive had some uncomfortable procedures post-surgery, and he makes sure I am comfortable. I highly recommend him.
Thank you, Drs. White and Rutledge for the professional diagnosis and medication regimen to improve my health!
Professional! Courteous, Understanding HELPFUL! Not a long wait at all
Always great care
I cant say enough good things about Dr. Johnson, Dr Whitehouse, and their staff. The nursing staff answered all my questions and calmed me down prior to surgery. I received a prompt courtesy call the next day. Top notch A+ organization.
Dr. Kimbrough put my 4 year olds tubes in when he was approx 18 months old. He is wonderful- great doctor, answers any questions you may have, and addresses any concerns that may arise. Highly recommend!
Well run practice with efficient process for patients
Went to Augusta ENT to Dr Vickery for a second opinion after going to MCG ENT and having a horrible experience. From the moment I called to make the appointment to the actual appointment visit I couldn’t have asked for better service. The staff, the nurses, the facility was AMAZING. I went to the Evans location for my first visit and the downtown location for my second visit and both were equally friendly. Parking would be my only complaint for the downtown office but that is my absolute only complaint. Dr Vickery actually really listens to you and does a thorough exam and for this I am very thankful. I would recommend this office to anyone needing this specialty.
Ive had great medical care from Dr Wells and with the allergy department, Ive noticed tremendous improvement in my symptoms since my sinus surgery and the allergy shots. However, their admin has been very difficult to work with, on two occasions Ive asked for Dr notes which they seem unable to handle. The last time I had to go back and forth for days and have it rewritten 3 times because they wouldnt just say anything clearly. This time it took a week to get them to accept it, email bounce backs, refused and misplaced faxes, and now over a week later no one has even touched it.In yet another so epic fail after an hour waiting only to find out my day of appt doesnt really mean anything and it could be another hr before Im seen. Will never use Dr White.
People with a great personality.
Make you feel like home
Awesome people just very long wait period
Love the audiology ladies, theyre the best
The patient/family health history should ask if there is history or arterial stenosis. My mother was being seen for dizziness which Augusta ENT diagnosed as Vertigo. If it weren’t for her primary care doctor ordering Doppler’s of her arteries she may have had a stroke and died. During her appointment with her ENT doctor we discussed the doppler her pcp ordered and the ENT doctor was confused as to why. It makes you wonder how educated the doctors are. Arterial stenosis in the vertebral arteries symptoms are like those of Vertigo. Not happy with the doctor who treated my mother!!!!
Highly professional from the checkin process to the staff and doctors. The nurses respect and enjoy what they do and it shows in how they treated me. My doctor, Dr. Lindman, was exceptional in manner and practice. He was willing to find and repair my issue regardless of my age (Im relatively young). They also followed up with me on two separate occasions and that meant a lot. Dr. Lindman personally called me with my pathology results which also means a lot to me. Id like to say thanks again to the folks there at Augusta ENT and Augusta ENT Surgery Center for a fine job!
I have two children that go here for allergy shots...
Great customer service
Had a weird experience with this group. Dr. Barfield corrected spouses deviated septum. All seemed fine. However, as I was pulling the car around to pick him up on discharge, husband fainted, so they kept him--and no one could find Dr. Barfield! They called, and the office said he was out to lunch. I get that--but dont you have a backup? Finally got home after he was monitored for an hour or so (no one knew what to do, which didnt fill me with confidence about outpatient center), and then the splints start coming out 2 days later, on the weekend. Called and they didnt believe us at first, but Dr. Barfield said if we could get there in 30 minutes, he could see us (we lived an hour away--I drove 85 MPH the whole way). Oh, my, look--the splints ARE falling out! Huh-that never happens! (I quote) I give him points for seeing us on the weekend, but thats about it. Hubby had to go to ER for impacted bowel after that. It was a rough 5 days for a 15 minute procedure.
They have a great staff
Dr. Owen is awesome!
I told Doctor Barfield that I had not been hearing very good, so he looked in both of my ears, and said they looked good. But I had been told by my medical doctor that my ears needed to be examined and cleaned. I asked Barfield if hearing aids would help me hear better. He said yes, that I should see the audialogy dept., and left the room. He did not clean my ears or follow up with me. I felt his exam was not adequate. Dr. May
We arrived for the appointment on time. After we checked in we were asked to have a seat. A few moments later we were called to the check-in desk, at which time we were told, We just found out that the doctor is running an hour behind. I found it incredible that the communication between the nurses and front desk is so poor. I believe this must be a common occurrence in this practice, because as the receptionist was apologizing the words were coming out of her mouth, but she was looking at her computer screen, not at me. This practice deals in volume, as can be seen by the size of the waiting area. If you dont mind taking time out of your day to schedule an appointment, work around that appointment, drive to the appointment, and then wait an hour to be seen this is your place. My advice is to look for a different practice, dont waste your time.
This review has be rolling around in my head for the longest. I wanted to find the words to accurately describe my experience with this great establishment!!!! I couldnt have asked for any better service.I was directed to this place through my normal physician and became a patient of Dr. James Kimbrough. He gave me a diagnosis of papilloma on my left tonsil and recommended that I have both my tonsils removed to remove the growth and have the sample biopsied. The actual procedure was done here at the Evans location. The actual diagnosis was done at the Downtown location. This location was very easy to find and very well kept. The check in process was very easy and I was back and undressed in no time. The staff was extremely friendly and made my experience a very painless one. The only problem we had was when she went to inject me with the IV needle, blood went EVERYWHERE!!!! But I guess that was my fault, she was more freaked out than me. It was cool though. This center is very busy, there were several surgeries going on that morning and many doctors and staff helping patients. I think its about 11 doctors in this practice. As I was laying in the bed getting ready for surgery the surgery nurse came in and told me about everything that would be going on. Then Dr. Kimbrough came in and went over a few things with me.After he left the anesthesiologist came in and administered the sleeping drug. The last thing I remember was being wheeled into the Operating room and after that Im clueless as to what all went on. I woke up in the Recovery room and being given Sprite in cup. I wasnt in pain or anything just a little loopy. A friend of mine that I went to school was one of the staff there and it was great seeing her even though I was quite out of it. They gave me instructions on how to take care of myself and whats best for me. I was wheeled out to the car and went home to recuperate. It took a few weeks for me to be able to eat right and have no pain. The pain wasnt as bad as everyone said but it was uncomfortable. It hurt so bad when I swallowed---that was PAIN!!!! That was the worst thing about the whole process not being able to eat what I want and it being hard for me to swallow. The experience with the staff and location was great!!! I couldnt have asked for any better care from the ladies and gentleman here!!!! If you are having trouble with your ears, nose, and throat you should check out one of the doctors here to receive great care!!!!
Dr. Vickery is the best!
Love the doctors and staff here!
Fast and professional staff.
Great staff and Doctors.
Great doctors and staff!

I had bad allergies and they helped me out.
Love this place
