This company is A++. Nancy didnt start my kitchen remodel but she helped save the project when she came in. She was on time to appts, knowledgeable and delivered exactly what I wanted. Always confirmed my choices and kept me in the loop. If I had a choice I would have had her do the whole project from the start. If your spending your hard earned money on work around your house, spend it here. I am an actual customer and No I was not paid for this review. I asked to do one. Trust these folks.

Outstanding customer service from the owner and her family. Out of the kindness of her heart she repaired our damaged sink for no charge. They are extremely knowledgeable and very professional I would recommend to my fellow Vets and anyone needing cabinets and counters installed or repaired.

The owner Nancy very easy to work with. Very eager to please us. After the demo some rotten wood issues in floor and wiring issues which was unexpected but Nancy handled it all with no problems. The cabinet, quartz and tile is exactly what we wanted. Very pleased. I am going to have my other bathroom done with them soon.

We bought a house in Harlem Ga built in 1983. We decided to remodel our home with the kitchen needing a complete redo. The Kitchen Center Was recommended from the small local business group through Facebook. I reached out to the company and the owner Nancy Reid called and came out to the house on a Sunday morning. Her prices were fair, and she worked with our budget. She had great ideas and help us with the design layout. They are all solid wood cabinets with soft close and granite countertops. We now have a kitchen that functions better and is up to date.Nancys whole crew were very nice and professional Nancy has become a great friend, and we plan on calling them again to do two bathrooms for us. They were great. Came in and tore everything out in a day and came back the next day to start the installation. They finished in a few days. Nancy even helped me pick out the backsplash and it matches perfect with the floor tile. My only regret was not doing it sooner. I would recommend them for sure!

Absolutely the best cabinets and service. Nancy worked with me for over 8+ months from design, picking out quartezite to final installation with impeccable quality and service. It was not a small job (gourmet kitchen, outside kitchen, two wet bars, large laundry room and 4.5 bathrooms). Her crew came when they said they would and professionally worked around all the other subcontractors. (Even when the other subs were crabby.) The cabinets are gorgeous and are the envy of everyone that sees them. The quality of the cabinets themselves deserves mentioning. They are all solid wood with soft close and perfectly matched hardware. While our job was being completed our sons were so impressed they both had Nancy complete all cabinetry for their homes too. You cant go wrong in letting the Kitchen Center complete your cabinetry.

Absolutely terrible! My $6,000 kitchen looks great at first glance but once you get to looking cabinet handles are not aligned properly, parts of my countertops I can literally pick up, and wood is spitting after one year. We have be trying to get the wood fixed for over six months now but she always comes up with some excuse or says she’ll come by and never show. Wish people would take more pride in their work. I WOULD HIGHLY SUGGEST NOT GOING WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!

Nancy Reid with the Kitchen Center came right out the same day and showed me some options, and their prices were the best almost half, if not half of other suppliers. And within two weeks they were here starting the install! Nancys whole crew were very nice and professional and payed attention to the smallest of details. Great Customer Service!!

This is the worst place to do business with for cabinets. The owner did a drawing of cabinets for my home however the cabinet over my toilet she selected because she thought it would work best. She did not provide funding so why she gets to decide what goes in my house. Second if you have about a year to wait on your merchandise they would be the company to go with. Totally thinks you have nothing better to do with your time. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE Company and this is a understatement.

WARNING DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. My nightmare began in November. In the beginning Nancy was attentive and proactive. The job was originally suppose to be granite counter tops, through suggestive selling we agreed to change the cabinets. Our kitchen was measured the cabinets costing $6250, not including removal $300, and installation $350. The actual work started on January 20, 2017. To date March 4, 2017 our kitchen is incomplete. After all the measuring the cabinets installed were much smaller than our original cabinets, we were never told that. During the 6 weeks, we had workers in our house 5 day, over the six week period. She does not have her own team and uses contractors. It seems shes not financially stable and uses money from one customer to complete a previous job. The granite we picked out was not the granite that was installed. We were told we needed 2 slabs but the installers said they only had one slab. The counters were put in with no backsplash, not even behind the sink. Nancy told us this is how it is done. UNTRUE. She then offered to tile the edges of the granite for free. This has been the worse experience. Our kitchen is still not completed. We now have to find a contractor to complete the project. There is no hardware on the drawers to the cabinets. She used cheap knobs on the cabinets. I was supposed to have 2 cabinets with paned glass, she put in one piece of glass, the shelves showing should be the same finish as the doors, they are not. We would have done better if we watched YOUTUBE, and done it ourselves. I intend to submit a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I hope this saves someone from my night mare.

The Kitchen Center put a new kitchen in my moms house and it is absolutely beautiful!!!! Highly recommended!
