These guys are the best! From the moment I walked through the door the very first time EVERYONE was friendly and courteous! Im treated like Im family and it means so much to me. Nothing says youre valued as customer like getting squeezed in for an oil change on a booked day! I love the team here and you have a lifelong customer in me.
This was my 3rd time coming to this Nissan autobarn! Vincent was so welcoming, and answered all of my questions before I could even ask them! In all 3 visits I have never recieved anything less than excellent customer service.

I brought my vehicle here for service and had a great experience. Ive always been skeptical of bringing my car into a dealership because theyre typically pushy, but I was pleasantly surprised. Everyone I interacted with was kind and helpful, from my service writer Bryan to the service manager Marcell. Bryan did an excellent job of communicating with me and making sure I understood everything being done to my car. I never felt like I was being sold anything, which was refreshing. I will definitely be returning to this location for any future work.
Unfortunately, our experience with Autobarn Nissan was extremely disappointing and we will not be returning for future repairs. Our bill was ~$425 higher than quoted as a result of the poor communication and lack of transparency from the staff at Nissan.When we dropped off our vehicle, the Service Advisor did not clearly state the scope of work that was to be completed. He assumed we were OK with repairing the vehicle with new OEM parts even though we had previously stated in correspondence with the shop that we would like the repair to be completed with after-market parts. The difference in approach for repairs was not clearly stated nor were the financial implications.Additionally, in a follow-on phone call we authorized 2-hours of diagnostic labor for an ancillary issue. However, we were not informed on the call that 1 hour of diagnostic labor had already been completed. This further inflated our repair charges.When we came to pick up the vehicle, we were surprised to find our bill much higher than what we had agreed to. Despite discussing the above issues for roughly an hour, the staff at Nissan refused to offer any redress. We have disputed the transaction with our credit card company and will provide any update on this review if the shop authorizes a refund amount.
Overall great experience with the service department. Worked with service advisor bryan. He did an exceptional job communicating through out the repair. Made me feel like I can trust him and his team, would highly recommend ! Will be coming back for future services on my car.
I do my own work to my car, and ordered a few parts for my 2017 Maxima. The Parts Department Associates are very knowledgeable and friendly. Facility is very clean.
Love them. The service is always on point and the staff is friendly and accommodating. Never have a problem here. I come for regular maintenance and the occasional car wash if they have time.
Bryan T. was my service advisor, thoughtful and very honest with the work that needed to be done on my Sentra. Repairs went flawlessly and had my car with a fresh tune-up and fixed my subframe issues. Cannot thank them enough for their work. I will continue to bring my Sentra here.
The service department is great I had my car dropped off by a tow truck and they were able to give me a diagnosis and quote of the repairs the same day. Joe and Marcell were awesome and very professional, they addressed any concerns I had and kept me informed of all repairs being done.
Great customer service and staff knew what they were doing. They made very good recommendations regarding maintenance of my vehicle that I wasnt even think of.
