2 of 3 parts ordered were no longer available, or in production, so my time to order them was wasted. I did receive the hood rod grommet, but feel I was overcharged for shipping, as this was an item that could have been mailed in an envelope via USPS, rather than taped between two pieces of cardboard and sent for a $10 shipping fee. the item was barely the size of a nickel. The only reason that I was on board with the shipping fee was because of the other two items that were shown as available when I placed the order. I will be certain to scrutinize this more carefully in the future.

BUYER BEWARE: Their shipping price may change even after you place your order. I ordered a part for $21 + $12 shipping and 4 days later they emailed me saying they need $29 more in order to ship my item. I am not sure why they didnt just tell me the cost of shipping is $41 upfront on their website. Seems like bad business practice. I canceled my order and will be not be ordering from them anymore, already wasted 4 days waiting for my item.

Although it took 3 weeks to get here and I could have sworn I ordered white, I am still very much satisfied. I would have given 5 stars but they forgot to mail out my order.

The engine mount that I received is defective the harness piece that connects to the car is broken. The package when I received it the box was open, there were no insulation, no bubble wraps protecting the engine mount. For something that cost 327 dollars, you would think whomever is fulfilling the order would do descent job packaging. Now I have wasted time and money. Now I have to put more time to get an engine mount. Thats just lazy or youre cheap, zero effort.

Longer drivers side refill had metal support rods bent out of the bag. did not clear properly necessary to swap old parts to new to clean windshield properly

I have had my 2004 nissan titan on Jack stands waiting for a part that i had ordered at my local nissan dealer (nissan lupient)on rochester,mn. I went personally to their parts dealer and my part was still not there after they first told me it would take 5 days and 4 weeks later they still didnt have it. Ordered a fender apron from and it arrived bent and damaged, I called and left a message and have not heard back from anyone for about two weeks! I ended up fixing the part myself and finishing the repair needed! Its pretty bad when you order a part and its sent in bubble wrap, I also contacted FedEx about the handling of said part and havent heard anything back from them as well!
