This is the best tire store I have ever been to. They noticed that another tire company had put the wrong tires on my one ton van and notified me they were the wrong size and not listed for the weight of my vehicle. With their help we replaced all four tires with the best tires on the market and I am pleased to say they work great and I feel safe now using my van for work and travel. Thank you Plains Tire.

Called ahead because I blew a tire on my boat trailer. All my tires were 7+ years, old so it was clear I needed a new set. The only tire shop that had a full set of tires for me. The whole crew helped me out close to closing to get me on my way. Thanks again!!!!

Jason and crew were absolutely amazing! They had multiple people volunteer to stay late on Saturday night to get me back on the road. Absolutely thrilled about their service, attitude, prices, and service. I had to get towed 70 miles (30 miles passed other tire shops that aren’t open on the weekend. I am from out of state and after getting my second flat tire in 24 hours and arranging for the long tow I was not in the best mood. Again, these guys stayed an hour late on a Saturday, was cheaper than they quoted me (including their protection plan!). They truly helped me out of a pickle and had me out of there before the tow truck driver was done with the paperwork. Seriously, 4 tires after hours and done in 10-15 min! Thanks Jason and everyone! I’ll be singing praises for a very long time!!!

We ordered the tire over the phone. They received tire as expected and promised. Got us right in, changed, balanced and mounted in a timely manner. They also completed the warranty paperwork in an efficient method, even though staff had never done before. Large parking lot so we didnt disconnect from 5ver we were towing. Nice clean waiting area and nice clean bathroom. They had free coffee and vending machine. Prices were fair.

I had a good experience. My tire could have blown out on the highway and caused an accident.I got the tire since they had time. I still had to wait my turn. But, waiting and listening to the other people was a pleasant experience.Im thankful that I didnt have to drive somewhere else to get a new tire put on.I dont like to spend money when Im inna bind, but if I choose to drive, I have to be responsible and the cost of having a new tire is insignificant in comparison to a human life.Im thankful they got me in.

Went in for a oil change and alignment. They noticed my control arms on the front end were in bad shape and gave me other details that needed to be addressed. I went back the next day and the parts were delivered overnight. With an estimated wait time of 4 hours, they were done before that time frame. Superb service and incredibly friendly. Plains Tire took care of my vehicle and entrusted safety for my family. Ill be more than happy to return for their service.

Such a great group of guys! Fixed my tire and when I picked up another dang screw, they fixed it again at no charge! When we asked to air up out camper tires, the tech noticed two of our stems were broken got us in right away and replaced them for us quickly. Quick, honest, helpful, and kind are perfect adjectives for this company.

I went to Plains Tire for an oil change and the manager Mark was fantastic. He was friendly, offered honest advice, and got the job done fast. I moved to Laramie from Chicago two years ago and I’ve had a difficult time finding a mechanic I trust. Not only did Mark recognize me when I walked in. He was clearly knowledgeable and trustworthy. I’ll definitely be back!

The people at Plains tire were very helpful and nice. The prices were great. I was very impressed with their customer service. Then.... We were supposed to get a free tire rotation with the tires. They returned saying we needed 1800.00 worth of parts and 1800.00 labor before they could adjust it. We brought it home and talked to two other mechanics and ended up paying 560.00 for parts. If we had replaced all they said was bad it would have been 960.00 so I dont know who they get parts from. These we got were NAPA life time warranty parts. Alot of the replacement they said we needed wasnt bad. I dont know if the mechanics needed more training or if that is how they make their money but for gosh sake people get a second opinion!!!! We ended up paying 950 not 3200. While we were there to get the free alignment they were telling a young lady the same thing! DO SOME CHECKING!!

These guys are great. My 18 y.o. daughter broke down just outside of Evanston towing a U-haul from Minnesota to California. They picked up her vehicle and the u-haul, stored the u-haul in secure parking, and looked over the vehicle and determined it was a bigger job than they typically do. They called another mechanic and towed the vehicle to his shop as well. We eventually got my daughter back on the road to California with the u-haul, and they basically said no charge. They took great care of my daughter when I was helpless 20 hours away, and that just shows what good people they are. Im shipping them a batch of ribs from MN.Anyone with service needs, these guys will do right by you.

Have been a customer of plains tires for a number of years. My experience with them has been nothing but the best have found in awhile, good prices, fast friendly service. Would recommend plains tire to anyone. Purchased 3 tires there today.

Y’all were very helpful. I came in to get a whole new set of tires, without an appointment. The front desk salesperson was working alone and he said that normally there are 3 people working in the lobby. I only stayed in the lobby for about an hour and fifteen minutes while the work was done. I had a spare on one of my tires and when I got back to my car, they had even put the spare back in it’s storage spot.

These guys are always awesome. Friendly, accommodating, quick, and they dont charge an arm and a leg. One of the few honest people round town who do what you ask and dont mention other things unless they are absolutely needed. Wont go anywhere else.

I had a screw in my tire and it was in the wrong spot so it wasn’t repairable. Next option was getting 4 new tires because my tread was just under the line so doing just one tire messed with the all wheel drive. He went above and beyond problem solving for me and after several attempts at solutions found the perfect one and saved the day and ot only cost me $30! The ‘tire guy’ was looking out for my best interest! I feel so pleased with the customer service and help!

Went to get tires in a hurry, they accommodated me quickly. Had an issue with them breaking my ignition. Scott the Corporate guy agreed to fix my ignition would have let them fix it but didnt have a week to wait for the parts. Bought a part locally and changed it out. Was a big inconvenience but Plains made it right by paying for the part. Never had a problem with them any other time. Aside from that I Love my new tires!!

Stay away from this place!!! ITs terrible when anyone gets taken advantage of but extra disgusting when it is an elderly person. However, perhaps it should not be as surprising at an auto repair shop as some are known to con vulnerable people. Sadly, in this case, at Plains tire-Evanston, it was an elderly gentleman who was charged double what is reasonable for a battery and its placement in the car. I did call and talked to Robert who did not want to make any adjustments to his unreasonable charge of 360$ for a common, cheap And easy to install battery. Until this place gets new management, I would urge everyone to stay away as they cant be trusted. I mean, what kind of person takes advantage of an elderly person? Robert, get a conscience.

Ive had them work on two of my camping trailers in the last couple of years. Amazing service both times. First camper needed all new tires and bearings re-packed. Second trailer, I wasnt sure on the tires, they totally couldve ripped me off and sold me new tires, but they assured me they were still good for a couple more years, had the bearings re-packed, and they got me on the road in enough time to pick up my kids! Awesome service and value!

Awesome experience with these guys during my rotate and rebalance they walked me out to look at my vehicle to show me some serious issues going on that a different tire company from where I’m from and drove over 8 hrs with these issues that could’ve hurt me and my family or killed us and their inspection said everything was A OK! And clearly was not! I’m surely glade that the other tire company messed up my rebalance! These guys up front and honest people! Next time when I’m here and need tire work done or anything else I’m coming back again!
