These guys were great! I was driving across the country and my 4Runner started to overheat. I called a couple of other mechanics in town and they said they couldnt even look at my car for days. I pulled up at T & W expecting the same as they seemed so busy. But they made time to check my car, talk to me in detail about what was going on and hardly wanted to charge me ($10) for thier time. I was so grateful I insisted on $25. Friendly, knowledgeable and dependable! I made it to my destination, Thank you T & W! Go straight to these guys!

Driving across the country when out power steering pump went out. They quickly finished the vehicle they were working on and within a few hours they had us all patched up and ready to go. The husband and wife said they have owned the shop and worked together since 1985! Dont let their age fool you, they are sharp! Highly recommended!

This family owned business is extremely efficient and accommodating.. When i became stranded in Evanston, They dropped everything to hunt down parts, and effect repairs on my work truck.. Im at home tonight, and made it home safely because of their kindness. Thanks yall!

In January while driving to Wyoming our car started having issues. We were able to get into town but leaving town turned out to be a problem. I reached out to several different people but finally found someone here who had time to look at it. He met us at the Flying J, picked up the car and took it back to the shop. He agreed to work on it and so we left our car and items behind thinking it would only be a few days. Our car was in their procession for a month and not only did they not fix the issue, someone stole stuff out of the trunk while it was in their care. I do not recommend bringing your car here since the people who run this shop are clearly untrustworthy and don’t know what they’re doing.

My daughter was driving through and her 4 wheel drive stopped working with bad conditions late on a Saturday. They stayed and quickly solved the problem. Great service, Great price. Would highly recommend. Thank you for the help.

If you need auto service these should be your people. Highest quality customer service. I left feeling good about a repair. Lol

My brakes went out driving through salt lake city, so I made it to evanston to get repairs. I originally went to Cowboy Motor Co and they gave me an estimate for $2500. So I made a call to T&W who got me back on the road within 2 days for $600. The best customer service and they even picked me up from my hotel for free by the owner. 5 star service for a stranded young man.

My oldest son was traveling from Washington State to Kansas and his transmission went out, just as he crossed into Wyoming. He was traveling by himself trying to get back to his military base on time, when this happened. We called the shop and they came and rescued him off of the highway, checked his car put, ordered the part he needed, and got him back on the road the next evening. They stayed late, on a Friday, to get this all completed just so he would make it on time. I want to say that they have made this Army Mom and Dad thankful that they cared enough to do this. Instead of saying sorry we close at 5 and we will finish it on Monday.He did make it on time, with a few hours to spare, and his car is running wonderfully.

Needed a condenser replaced on my pickup ..was passing thru and saw they had good reviews. Family owned by Wendy with Chase her grandson and Robbie as mechanics. Super friendly and they have me a great price as well as taking me right in to do repairs...After being in the auto repair business for 30 years I highly recommend them a d will use them again if passing thru Evanston Wy.again...real down home country service!

While our car was here being worked on for several days a speaker disappeared out of the trunk. We asked them where it was and the young man who works there said he didnt know and hed look at the camera footage to see if anyone messed with it and get back to us. We never heard from him again and they wont return our calls.

Fantastic! Went out of there way to change my water pump.....passing through back to idaho and they stayed late so we could get back on the road.....5 stars all day

My car broke down in Evanston WY they said I needed a new motor it took them 3 months to fix my car. I now have my car and I been driving it for a couple of days now and it broke down again

They do good honest work here. Would recommend to anyone.

Wonderful trust worthy mechanic

T and W was an oasis when we broke down in our Dodge 1 ton dually 30 mile from town on a trip back home to Idaho. They stayed after closing to trouble shoot the problem, gave us a ride to the hotel, got parts ordered from Salt lake early the next morning and worked late again once the parts came in to get us back on the road.Couldnt have asked for better service.

Tony, Wendy (T & W) are a little piece of how things use to be. Chase, who works with them fits right in. My car broke down near Evanston and when everyone else was telling me they were closing, Wendy told me to come on over and they would stay late to take a look. That alone is a difference maker and shows they are there to help. If you need an auto mechanic while in Evanston, this is a friendly place you can go.

They really seem to care about what your car needs.
