The only way to have a bad expirence here is if your picture, measurements or files are bad quality or not right with the prints you need. Herbert is very clear about everything. He offers his professional opinion to ensure you get the best for your buck. He will also refer you if necessary. Now thats honest business.

Really friendly, patient folks who do quality work. My order wasnt ready on time, but when I came by (and they realized that the order was late) they offered to stay after closing to finish my order on the spot. I declined because it wasnt urgent, and picked it up the next day without any issue. Great experience. Highly recommended.

Speedy and accomodating service. I love the convenience of sending orders online on receiving an email confiration. They let me know via email when the order is ready so its easy to pop in, limit my time due to COVID and pop back out. Great for small solopreneures like me.

Had a poor experience with the picture printing. The representative did not provide any instructions on any pre- work I could/ should have done to have the required size of the pictures. Very old school approach of working with clients.Instead of requested 4-6 size picture prints I received A3 size printouts and was suggested to turn on great music when cutting out prints to the size I want!! Walgreens did the job in 5 mins for twice as cheap! Save your headache if you want quick and easy service.It looks like I can’t directly respond to business’ response below ;so ill add to my original review the details that I at first decided to not mention. But since “client’s first” doesn’t strike me as company’s philosophy and the fact the customer is blamed for not coming prepared for the service, here are the details.My day was hectic and I had very limited time to make a surprise for my partner, I decided to print out some photos of us and brought them to the store on the flash drive. The first question I was asked after requesting the prints of 4*6, if all my photos were pre-edited to that size. Obviously I said no as I’m a regular human being who doesn’t spend time photo editing at home. This is not my daily job or the skills I’m good at. Then the operator asked me to put all my pictures into the word doc and then the pdf (“just drop them to that format and we will do the rest”), which I did considering that I had to return to the apartment and make all the changes for about 20-30 mins. Upon returning to the store, both operators struggled to insert my flash drive saying that it doesn’t fit their equipment (which was a standard flash drive that fits to all machines). After conquering that hill and me keeping on insisting that it must fit; a third operator was able to insert the flash card... after opening the document the representative said that not all the pictures will be the same size and might be slightly larger than the format I requested, I said I’m ok with that since I have no time. But I wasn’t told that all the pictures will be the size of the entire paper sheet. So I quickly paid for the service, and when the prints came out i was asked if I liked what I saw. I repeated three times that the images are “too large. “ the operator offered to edit a couple of them for “free” to the size I requested originally. I did not have time to make a scene and decided not to return the print outs as I didn’t know if all other services would have the same terrible outcome. I had to make a surprise for my partner!Funny enough after providing the feedback online as I don’t live in Evanston and not able to come back to the office and talk to the manager, I got blamed for being an incompetent customer and apparently was expected to express my dissatisfaction in grandeur manner to fix the problem. In all honesty, this is the first time I’m having to deal with the incompetent staff/business.The morale of the story:every respectable photo-print operator can and should be able to print any size photos out of raw image files. Not only were MinutePress incompetent to do that (as Walgreens effortlessly did), they also couldnt print out the requested images after I put them all in a word document (as they requested). If the staff can’t keep up with technological changes and cannot run a simple photo printing device when the competitors easily can (for almost half the price), the business model or focus has to be revised or the staff needs to get additional training, including the customer service skills.

I used Minuteman Press to print a brochure. The staff there was incredibly patient as our project ran into a series of design issues. Herbert was incredibly patient and flexible and ensured the final product was perfect.
