Whenever going up to the campground we always choose to stop at kicks in Evanston rather than the Maverick or any other convenient store simply because of the service. But this last time was lets just say the last time we will probably be stopping at Kicks. I dont know what has happened in the last 6 months or so but someone should probably make some changes. Its hard to find good friendly service and well Kicks you just made it even harder. Looks like Maverick it is from now on.
Carwash is hard water, that is when it actually works. Owned by some corporarion now. No customer support or care, just a cesspool of disregard. I miss the old Kiks
I used to love coming here, but I have been informed it is now owned by a faceless corporation. And it just doesnt feel right. The vibes are off and the employees seem like they really, really dont want to be there. The prices are also ridiculously high. Like I said this used to be my favorite place to stop at but now I have been telling my friends to avoid it like the plague
I came here all the time. I USED TO love coming here.... But now the service is iffy, (was good with previous owners), now its awful. No other words, sorry guys that work there. But if you want to be treated like a human, youd have better luck at Amazon tm.
Love this place, new management makes sure theres always new items to choose from, car wash is always being updated (if you have issues with it they will hook you up with the money lost) and the staff is always friendly
Have great customer service. Their smoothies are amazing
Bathrooms were disgusting and it was hotter inside than out. I’ll go to maverick next time.
Ive used this car wash a couple times, only because its convenient, and I am always disappointed...wash cycle never bubbles and wax cycle never smells like anything...on a good note you save money because apparently rinse cycle is all they offer!!
Manager Cindy Thompson is rude and lies. Waiting for a morning bus to Salt Lake City, Cindy Thompson said that it was running late and insisted that she had no way to know what time it would get there. I waited for an hour but the bus didn’t come. When I went back to take the midnight bus the clerks said that the store has an electronic device that gives exact bus location and minutes to arrival—Cindy Thompson had lied. I spend thousands of dollars each year on gas but avoid this store like the plague. Mary Whitman, the owner, needs to find a decent manager.
The bathrooms kind of smell. On the other hand I would highly recommend trying a frail. Right next to the coffee. Really good.
Expired food on the shelves. Not the best customer service.
They have a taco time and convince items
